A pleasant stay for the few days I stayed, worth the money just need to do something about the smell mainly

I liked the place it was in a good location v close to everything in town and the apartment set up was nice it was clean and the team got back to me really fast with any queries without any hassle. the set up and facilities were good and spacious. Great beds and pillows I would fall asleep straight away

Unfortunately there was a really bad smell kind of like a fishy odour that does need to get checked out as it was very prominent when I first entered the Room and whenever I would enter again. Also it would be better if they had a lift as I was struggling with my suitcase up the stairs. It got hot in the room as it’s summer so would recommend buying an AC and a paint job.

what breakfast ? good location for access to transport, bus station trams and railway station. selection of resurants and pubs

door access somewhat difficult even with the code, after difficulty paying a deposit which could not be organized at the same time of booking

A great find!

The apartment was clean and well presented. Beds were very comfy and facilities were great. Despite being close to the centre of Wolverhampton it was quiet and we slept well. The smart TV was a bonus, it meant we could play music while getting ready to go to the theatre. The booking process and arrival instructions were easy to follow. Staff communicated frequently before our stay with clear instructions. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

We were a little bit disappointed that there was no milk to make a cup of tea on arrival. As we only stayed for 1 night it didn't seem worth buying a whole pint from the shop. It took a few days for my deposit appear back in my account, it worried me slightly that I'd had no confirmation of the money being returned at any point after our stay. It did come through after a few days though.

Nice place. Would recommend.

Like the entry system of using codes instead of keys, stops the stress of having to worry about where you’ve placed keys! The apartment was nicely decorated. Washing machine, private bathroom, oven, kettle, fridge, microwave etc provided. I would stay here again if I was in the area. The negatives I mention below aren’t so bad that it would stop me staying again, they’re merely what I disliked. Would recommend staying here to family and friends if the price was right.

There was a smell in the room, so had my windows open to try and ventilate the room. The smell would disappear once windows open, but would return when they were closed. The smell wasn’t the worst smell in the world, but maybe a little bit like old cigarette smoke? (Not sure I have correctly described the smell, but something like that which does get your attention when entering the room). I didn’t like the £150 deposit that you had to pay before arrival…I did get the money back swiftly after check out though!

Great Location for the theatre, not a proper mattress

Location of the property was great for working at the theatre. Plenty of shops around. The property was also very close the the train station. It was very clean.

The single bed was not a proper mattress, I did not sleep well during my stay. Back door to the building was constantly left opened and no way of locking it. Knives in the kitchen were not sharp for cooking.

Fairly good. Appreciate being given a night stay discount in return of having my issue not resolved above.

Good proximity to CBD

There was a water leak in the room and no one came to attend to the leak and the mess in the room . Had to clean up the mess myself and no alternative room was available to move me into. No cleaning of the room since the period of stay. Only informed that it could be cleaned if I were staying for more than 10 days; the information I should have got when I checked in or prior to checking in.

A good town centre stay whilst working at the Grand Theatre

Very convenient for the city centre, comfy bed, good shower,

WiFi a little patchy, Every single person staying seemed to let the front door slam shut no matter what the time of day or night, very loud even at the back of the property.

Adequate for our needs.

No breakfast. Street very busy throughout the night. Room compact. Just about acceptable for sleeping in. Perfect location for bus and train station. Parking close by but difficult in front to unload.

Great apartments but very noisy location.

Apartments were really good as were the facilities inside. Great showers.

Downside is that they are right next door to a nightclub with loud music, groups of people shouting outside, cars revving engines all through the night Friday especially and bit less so Saturday. Not much sleep had.

Would not stay here again. Customer service has been non existent

- Fridge, iron, clothes rail are all nice additions

- Lack of ventilation - Shower didn’t work for 2/3 days - Loud noise from other guests using bathroom (woke up multiple times) - Tried to contact the host about the noise and the shower multiple times to no response. - Bed was uncomfortable - Room was located in basement

if you want to sleep at night, you don’t want to share ONE room with 4 people, you want a toilet door that closes, then

clearly misleadingly advertised as two rooms whereas it is ONE room, a studio apartment. worst of all the bathroom door could not shut. after complaining to the owner, she promised someone would fix it, no one did. she stopped all communication after that. extremely noisy at night and on Saturday night, the club goers piled into the street and the noise was horrible from 1am to 6am. No sleep possible at all

A cozy and pleasant place to stay which made seeing friends even more enjoyable.

Great to have the place so close to the train station and the centre of town. Everything I had to do to get into the building had been sent to me in full and the room was very cozy and pleasant. Overall a nice experience.

Stay

The facilities were really good, clean on arrival and it was nice to stay in for the month. It was also in great walking distance to all shops/ bus and train station. Was quiet the entire time so had no issues with sleep. Heating in room was good. I would recommend this accomodation to people

The wifi wasn't great, I could cope though with it but the signal was poor for doing work online. Some issues with paint work next to the bed but I pulled the bed away from the wall so I wouldn't catch it. No other issues was very happy with my stay.

Always like staying here. My first choice when visiting the city.

Perfect location. Very clean and close to all amnities.

Usual water drain or pump during the night. I stayed in room 9 basement. Also on this occasion (this is my third stay), the small extractor fan in the kitchen was making a lot of noise. I had to switch it off to sleep.

Everthing was perfect

Our flight is always early , and check in is at 3pm . We had to wait with luggage in a pub . I will not book again this apartment since it does not have any loacker room or somewhere when we can leave the luggage.We wasted 3 hrs because I was asking for an early check in . At least they told us to check in at 1pm and appreciated .

Great location and good value

This property it located at a great spot, close to busses and trains food and entertainment.

There was no laundry or storage area for garbage. Getting into the property was a headache, we were stuck outside in the rain with the baby for hours. No email response, no booking.com message respond and phone calls went unanswered.
