This was a very last minute booking (on the day of travel). It felt a bit overkill to book a 3 bed house as it was just me (travelling to attend a concert), but the location was convenient and the price was the same as what was being offered by hotels, noting that some of the alternatives had restrictions on things like when they locked the carparks and doors - none of those would have worked for me due a late night return. After booking, I was quickly informed how to collect the keys (this is on site, so you don't have to go anywhere), and the property was easy to find. Overall, it's clean throughout, although 'tired' is also a fair descriptor - it's quite worn in places - I get that it's a 'lived in' residential house, but it does need a bit of TLC. There are some nice touches such as tea/coffee/milk and some essentials in the cupboards such as salt - great if you forget to bring some of those items, and the bathroom has shower gel/shampoo etc. I used the larger bedroom, which could have benefitted from bedside tables in easy reach, and the double-bed is actually 2 x singles (so you can feel the ridge in the middle), but that aside it was comfy enough if I stayed firmly on one side, so it's minor grumble. WIFI seemed OK (excessively long password though) and there's an HDMI lead in the TV for you to connect your own source to. Overall, it's great value for money and actually quite refreshing not to have to deal with 'other people' as you would get in the more traditional hotel stay. I would book it again.
First thing I noticed on entering the property were the scuffed/marked walls and the worn decoration (screw holes in walls, a kitchen cupboard door broken at the hinges, some broken wooden crate thing in front of the washing machine etc.) - it gives an initially disappointing first impression (noting that the property is clean, it just looks tired and a bit unloved). For this time of year, the house was a bit chilly - heating came on for a little while in the evening, - it wasn't cold, but it could have been more 'comfortable'. World's thinnest towels by the way and tiny bathroom mirror (shaving one). Parking can be challenging - I wasn't able to use the carport as it would appear the house opposite which has a drive larger than a football field still feels the need to park in the road in front of the property. Carport is right against a wall so you will not be able to get in there unless the road in front is clear, which it wasn't. Another minor improvement would be some form of overhead lighting at the lockbox - it's very hard to see the numbers when trying to use it in the dark, so have a torch or your phone at hand if checking in/out after dark. Finally, there's quite a bit of neighbourhood noise at night (which you should expect), but I had the misfortune of staying over when someone was letting of fireworks so loud that you could actually feel them - for hours, including some at 6am - genuinely sounded like a war zone! Also be aware that there is ring doorbell (or similar), so your movements in and out are tracked and possibly recorded. I didn't see any form of privacy notice explaining what they do with that data - as this is a commercially rented property, you should be aware of this.

The property is a two bedroomed house for a cheaper price than two hotel rooms, it contains the usual amenities from bottled water to smart TVs. It was clean, decorated and with all rooms fully furnished.
I had to park a street over, which wasn’t very far. The first guest was able to park outside the property.
4.2
It was a lovely house, nice and homely, very clean, with good amenities. It had good size bedrooms and a large living room with dining table. It had everything we needed. Fresh towels were provided, and complimentary water, tea, coffee, milk, etc was a bonus. Highly recommended.
A mirror in the bathroom would have been a bonus.
