A Brand New Home located Downtown in the oldest neighborhood in Glenwood. It is rare to find such a nice Home within walking distance to the Downtown Core, and The Glenwood Hot Springs. Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath home l, with 5 beds. Enjoy time with family, and friends in the open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make an amazing meal, along with a bar too for extra seating. Dining Room table can be extended for more seating, is located conveniently next to the Kitchen. Living Room has a wraparound couch, and a Large Flatscreen TV. Send the kids upstairs to the bonus Family Room, with more seating, sleeping arrangements, and another TV. Family Room also has an office desk if you need to get a little work done. House is equipped with WiFi internet throughout, and Cable TV to watch your favorite show, or sporting event. 4 Bedrooms with all new mattresses and furniture. Master Bedroom has a king bed, with attached Bathroom. Other bedrooms have 2 Queens, and a Bunkbed. Also 2 extra Ottoman Beds for additional sleeping, Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their vacation. House also has Central AC, and Heat to feel more comfortable. Relax outside, with Mountain views , and enjoy the patio or wraparound yard.(it is not fenced in)Get your laundry done for your next day of adventures, with the new Washer and Dryer. Loved the house and how close it was to downtown area. We took morning walks every day and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The house is very spacious but quit close to neighbors. Minor issue: On the website there was a grill but couldn’t find it. The hosts were very responsive when I messaged them about it. We had to cook all of our food inside which wasn’t that bad but it did make the house a bit smelly. The oven is also really slow so plan extra time. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The host had everything we needed and it was close to the hot springs. Would definitely recommend the house!

The house was spacious and clean. We all slept good in the comfortable beds, but the train did wake us up the first couple of nights (it was ok we got back to sleep). The walk into town was very easy and enjoyable. We loved your AC, thank you for having it running when we arrived! Our only negative was not having the outdoor grill that was listed in the amenities (we had planned a couple of meals around using it). We made due, but it would have been nice to have been able to cook outside rather than inside. We did however love the big kitchen table that fit us all so nicely. Thank you for sharing such a nice home.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend. The place was super clean and perfect for our group. The location is perfect to walk downtown, and just a few minute drive to rafting, gondola adventure park, and hot springs! Highly recommend and would definitely book another stay here again.

We were in town for a quick cousins weekend and wanted to stay at a home within walking distance to downtown Glenwood Springs. The home is beautiful, close to town, and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the time we spent there. The home is clean and we felt right at home staying there. The owners are great and replied to questions I had quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Glenwood next time!

We planned this weekend for three couples to get away to celebrate 20 years of pastoral service by one of the husband/wife couples. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the community spaces were great for talking, playing games and eating. We all commented that we would love to bring our families back as well!

This property is well represented with it's listing photographs and was very clean and comfortable. We were a smaller group than planned and didn't end up using all of what was available in the house. Easy and as advertised. We recommend it.

This home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. It is up on a hill, with beautiful views.

This house was perfect for our two families (5 adults, 6 kids). The rooms were super spacious and the house was lovely! It was easily walkable to downtown and to the hot springs. The only thing I would say could be improved was the kitchen was missing a few basics like plastic wrap, foil and a large sheet pan. Other than that, it was exceptional! We’d definitely book this place again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this quiet, new home close to town. We were able to walk to town and the hot springs. The rooms were spacious and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

We stayed here during my daughter’s wedding weekend as a back up plan to our reservations at Hotel Colorado (5 days) . When my daughter was suddenly transferred out of Glenwood Springs, she also was in need of a place for two nights, as well as her cousins and brothers. They liked it so much they gave up their rooms at the Hotel for Friday. Thought I’d never get rid of them.

This home was clean, well cared for, and provided everything we needed for dishes, cups, cooking utensils and appliances. Bedrooms and baths were very comfortable. Walking distance to town/pool/restaurants on a quiet street with little traffic. Great patio area. Has two living spaces with large couches and TVs on separate levels, so if you have kids there is a place for them to be, as well. We will be back!

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed and plenty of comfortable space to relax. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Quick five minute walk to town and another short walk to the gondola that takes you up to the amusement park. We came in on the train and walked everywhere we needed to. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Glenwood Springs. Will tell all our friends as well

We enjoyed our stay in Glenwood Springs. The home is accurately portrayed in photo images. It nicely accommodated our 6 adults and 4 kids by utilizing the bunks and 2 ottomans that unfolded into small beds. It also had a highchair and pack n’ play for those with small kids. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit on the main level kept us cool, despite the 90+ degree July weather, but our upstairs family members didn’t feel relief until late in the evening. Similarly, the water pressure on the main level was good, but the upstairs shower was weak. The yard is comprised of landscape rocks. The home is conveniently located, just a short distance from town, with a lot of restaurant options.

My 6 year old asked for a vacation for his birthday and we love the mountains, so we decided to try somewhere we haven’t been before. This house is tucked away on the mountain side where you feel the quiet, but you can walk almost anywhere in 10 or less minutes. The house itself was very clean, had just about everything you could want including baby items and toys for the kids. It was a wonderful stay.

My husband and I, three daughters, their husbands, and two little ones enjoyed our stay together in this home. There was plenty of room for privacy, and plenty of room to gather together. We enjoyed the proximity of the house to all the fun places we wanted to go in town. We all had a great, long weekend together!

We had an amazing time and the property is perfect! It basically has 2 master suites & has a great layout! I'd say it sleeps 8-9 comfortably. Great location :)

A great place to get together with old friends for a week long ski trip. It took us less than an hour drive to Snowmass, Aspen Highlands or Beaver Creek. Also, we walked from the house to restaurants and bars. We would stay here again.

The house is very nice and in a great location. The house does not sleep 11. There are 2 queens, 1 king, and a set of twin bunk beds. There are these 2 ottoman-type kids beds that would only fit a really small child. Even with these 2 small kid beds, the total sleeping is only 10 people. Realistically, it should be advertised as sleeping 8 people. Another thing was for a newly built house to NOT have a garbage disposal. The ice maker would not make ice. The upstairs living room had power reclining sofas, however the cords were present to plug in. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed our stay. We were lucky we didn't actually have 11 guest total in our party.
