great place to stay and super close to everything. plenty of room for everyone. will stay again.

We really enjoyed our time at this home. The kids loved the kayaks and the fishing poles and were on the dock every morning. Michelle was impressive with how quickly she communicated. One of the AC units went out and she had techs on site within an hour or two to include returning to address a fault. The house was spacious and we had a big dinner table for a family of 13 people ranging in age from 8-70. It was nice to have two sets of washers/dryers and a 2nd fridge to maintain the large family needs. I would recommend staying here if you're in Branson.

This was a great house that allowed us to be together for our family vacation. It had lots of space and provided everything from home that you could think of. We will be back!!

This was the prefect place to stay for a group of 17 guys and myself. Plenty of things to keep you busy around the house and just a short drive to the landing. Wouldn't have changed any of it!

This stay is sweet. Waterfront, fishing, hot tub, quietness, all while 2 miles from downtown. The bunkroom has tons of bunks, will be great for big groups with single sleepers or kids.
There is a playground, cornhole, kayaks, etc. For large groups, pay attention to the kitchen, not as huge as many properties that sleep this many but fit our needs well!

The property had plenty to do right on site so you don’t have to leave for entertainment unless you want to. The hot tub was a big hit for all ages! The only downer was the limited number of trash bags and other paper products.

Christmas trip to Branson “SO” enjoyable! Last year we were all ready for the ‘Big House’ as the grandkids referred to, but when my husband had his heart attack, we were all devastated! But you allowed us to reschedule for this year with no problem , Thank you so much! To say the kids all enjoyed the ‘Big House’ would be an understatement, so much laughter & memories made! Being blessed to have my 3 kids & family in pastorally positions it’s so hard to be together all in one place, but you made it a reality. Thank you!

We came with extended family for Thanksgiving. We planned on going in to Branson but were having so much fun at the house it really wasn’t necessary. The bunk room is amazing and was a thrill for all the kids. The property is large and we spread out and played basketball, kickball, frisbee golf, corn hole. We enjoying some fishing on the dock, a fire outside, poker, card games and movies inside. We were very pleased and felt like we had everything we needed to have a good time

Came with friends and family, grandparents, grandchildren. Kitchen had everything you could ever need except a cheese grater. Plenty of room to not feel cramped and we had a group of 15. The house manager was easy to contact and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. We will return for future trips.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE. IT DID RAIN ON US FOR MOST OF THE WEEKEND BUT THE HOUSE WAS BIG AND ROOMY AND ENABLED US TO VISIT INSIDE VERY COMFORTABLY. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WE HAVE STAYED HERE AND WILL STAY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. BEAUTIFUL VIEW RIGHT ON THE LAKE!!

Our large family had a great time at this superb location. The house was well stocked and we were able to even make it through a power outage that was the result of a bad thunderstorm. The owner was very accommodating and gave us places we could go for activities and showers. We would highly recommend this place if you like to trout fish and have a place to play games both indoor and outdoor. It is roomy and has a large back deck with a hot tub. It also has a nice dock with two boat slips. We will be staying again.

We had an excellent time. Close to everything. Bathroom space was a little tight with 17 adults and one baby. Other than that all was wonderful

We were one of the first renters under a new management. There were a few things that needed some repairs but overall they are addressing them. The house could use a good spring cleaning.

Had a great time. A/C trouble on 2nd floor when we arrived, fixed, but didn’t cool again last night. Last day work crews in backyard to install dock.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeshore Hideout. There was plenty of room for our group and the views were gorgeous. We didn't have any issues gaining access to the house and it was clean upon arrival. We were extremely impressed with the kitchen amenities and all of the appliances that were available to use. It made preparing food for a large group much easier. The central vacuum inlet in the kitchen was fabulous and I want one at home now. 😊
Beds were all made, clean and inviting. Plenty of closet space to unpack and settle in for the week.
Our group of boys were so excited to have fishing poles, kayaks, and a canoe to use. A great feature to surprise them with. The game room was stocked with all sorts of games to make plenty of memories with.
What an amazing deck and view of the lake! We loved it out there!
Overall, this stay was one that we will recommend to friends and family in the future. Very nice house, convenient location close to the strip but secluded enough to feel like you're miles and miles away.
Thank you for the great experience and memories made!

Really enjoyed our time at this house! The place is HUGE with lots of space to accommodate a large family gathering. Would love to have an opportunity to go back in the warmer seasons and make use of all the awesome outdoor amenities as well! Michelle was great with communication and made sure that we were well taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

Great house, bunk room is great for lots of kids.
8.0 / 10.0
The location of the property was nice and peaceful and easy to get to. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us. We did notice most of the dishes had to be washed before using as they were not clean. The property owner was new within the last week, so I am sure there are things they will update and fix once they get the chance, as our reservation had been made for several months! Overall was a great place to stay!

Very quick responses to any questions. House was well stocked with entertainment, linens and towels, and cookware.

We loved the house, it was a beautiful place. It accommodated our group perfectly. We really appreciate the games and the ability to use some fishing equipment! That was unique and we really enjoyed it. No luck fishing but had fun trying and showing some kids how to do it. We found everything to be exactly as described in the listing and that was appreciated. The only reason for the 4 star was that we did find some trash leftover from the previous tenant that was left underneath some of the bunk beds. There were a few cups and some socks that had been left in there. Nothing major and no real problems. We had a very enjoyable time and would book it again if we were given the opportunity. Definitely recommended for any large groups!

Our family of 20 spent Thanksgiving week in Branson- and the house was perfect! Having a dock available allowed us to rent a boat for the week. The hot tub was great for the cold afternoons. We were close to all the sights. Such a fun week away!

Overall my group thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There were a few setbacks with the dishwasher and cooking utensils but new ones arrived while we were there.
2.0 / 10.0
We had multiple issues with the property. The few pros were lake access, sporting/activity equipment on property, and size of home and property. There were multiple pack n plays (although we didn’t use them), high chairs, and a strange gate for the stairs (but it was not useful). There is plenty of seating. It’s important to keep in mind the proximity to the water, especially if you are traveling with young ones. They can walk/run right into it. The cons list was much longer. As some of the reviews mentioned, the place had not had a deep clean in a while. That is an understatement. It didn’t even appear to have a thorough cleaning upon arrival. The baseboards and other similar areas had a visible layer of dirt/dust. The floor under the table was visibly dirty. The carpet appeared to be 20 years old, very worn, and multiple stains. Dishes out of the cabinet were dirty. Multiple bathrooms had hair all over the tub surround, on the floor, and on the rugs. I don’t mean a few hairs, I mean an excessive amount as if it hadn’t been cleaned after the last few guests. The other bathrooms that are not pictured have carpet. One bathroom on the second level had holes in the carpet and red and brown stains. There were mouse droppings under the sink in the back of the cabinet with the “clean” towels. The towels were very thin, dingy, some stains, and did not seem clean at all. There is peeling wallpaper (appeared to be from the 70s) above the yellow and very old tub surround. Multiple things were broken and not taken care of or repaired over the years. One shower on the second level drained unbelievably slow. The other bathroom had a broken toilet that we had to “fix” with each use. Toilet paper holders were broken with holes left in the wall. We had to reset the thermostat on the main level multiple times and replace batteries with our own to keep the AC on. It took a long time to cool the house due to this. The screen door to the back porch didn’t close or latch well. After a quick walk through on arrival, it appeared the pictures were taken a long time ago. The status on arrival did not match the pictures. I did contact the owner with some of the concerns and issues we had. While I received a reply assuring things would be taken care of, they weren’t. We traveled with extended family and our family left early due to the dirtiness of the house.

The property was very private . We really enjoyed the home it was very nice & we had everything we needed. We had no water when we got there but it was a transmitter & no fault of the owner. We accidentally set the alarm off & we felt bad about that. But we really enjoyed our stay.

I took my two adult daughters and their families (6 adults, 6 children) away for a long weekend. The property was fantastic. Beautiful and well-appointed, there was plenty to do on the property and the location was perfect. Completely private yet close to everything. We all hope we return.

We had a great time at this home. The kayaks and fire pits were a hit! The location was great - only a few minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our 8 teenagers loved the bunkroom! We will definitely be staying again.

We had 18 people in this house for a week. The location was perfect. It was secluded and yet close enough to town to enjoy. The kids loved fishing off the dock. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was quite well stocked. I would recommend this to any large group.
