Your paradise awaits you at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom gorgeous ground floor oceanfront property. At 105 Amelia By the Sea this coastal retreat has all of the comforts of home mixed with the luxury of island living.

Walking through the front door, the magnificent oceanfront views will immediately take your breath away. Natural light streams in across the entire wall of sliders filling the room with warmth and a picturesque setting.

The kitchen, dining and living area are all conveniently situated in an open floor plan overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The fully equipped luxury kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, stunning granite countertops, and a decorative white subway tiled backsplash. The kitchen opens up into the dining area with a large wooden farmhouse table complete with seating for six guests. Adjacent to the table sits a bar stool area with seating for three. The living area is beautifully furnished with a cream-colored sofa and loveseat all centered around an oversized flat screen television. Coastal blues and tans adorn this beautiful room creating a serene ambience.

Through the sliders sits the covered patio furnished with a high-top table with seating for four as well as two comfy wicker chairs. The large community pool sits directly in front of this ground floor villa giving it an unparalleled view of the entire pool as well as the ocean. Walk directly off of the back porch right to the pool or straight down the boardwalk to the beach!

The Master bedroom is just off of the living area and includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower. The master is beautifully appointed with coastal décor complete with an ocean view and sliding glass doors connecting it to the outdoor patio.

The second guest bedroom across the living area is equipped with a full bed as well as a full over a twin bunk bed. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the second bathroom right across the hall.

Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it's exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. In addition there is a large community pool, two tennis courts, and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! The property is in a terrific location. As pictured the complex pool is just a few steps from the patio. The beach access is not much further....merely a few more steps. The beach is super with a wide strand of soft white sand even at high tide. While the pictures are fairly accurate, the property is showing more wear than is revealed on the listing. Upholstered furniture and carpet could be cleaned. The patio is a bit cluttered by the overflowing bin of beach chairs and toys. The building exterior is showing some age. And the parking is tight. The kitchen was well stocked although some of the contents were overlooked by the cleaners. Well furnished. A great starter kit of supplies. Comfortable bed. Little noise disturbance from the pool or neighbors. Updated bathrooms. In the afternoon, the building blocks the sun providing shade into the evenings...making the pool and all outdoor space to the building's rear cool and comfortable even in the July heat. I would recommend but would also like to see a little more cleaning done.

We love coming to Amelia By The Sea! This unit in particular was beautifully updated and had plenty of space for our family plus some sleep overs with our friends. Loved that the kitchen already had spices etc and we didn't have to buy every single thing just to be able to cook a meal right when we arrived as well!

Loved the layout where the guests are on one side of the condo and main couple on the other. Great access to beach. Bummed the pool was empty and being worked on.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Ground floor and direct pool access made it perfect for everyone. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked for us to make meals. The men love to fish so the private pier is a plus. We will definitely be back again.

Everything was great, except for the people above us who were doing some renovations. There was ,for most of the time, the sound of a drill on the floors or walls, making it impossible to watch TV . We informed the people who rented to us. They were very kind and we were able to obtain a free night, though this did not really help.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The layout was great, kitchen had everything we needed, beds and couches were very comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We intentionally chose this one over higher up units because it was on the first floor and we liked the idea of being able to walk right off of the balcony to the pool and ocean. We were so glad we did as we really enjoyed being able to easily go back and forth. The patio furniture was great - I enjoyed sitting out there every morning looking at the ocean while having a cup of coffee and getting some emails done before the kids got up. We had a glitch when we got there as the entry code didn't work but the property manager answered the phone after hours and gave us a different code. They were very communicative during our time there and made it clear we could call them for anything which was appreciated. The private fishing pier provided hours of fun for my 16 year old son in particular. For us, it would be worth staying at this complex again just for that. The drive to the Fernandina Beach district with all the shops and restaurants was only about 10-12 minutes. The owners provided beach towels and beach chairs which was a nice added bonus. My only complain, and it's a very minor one, was that the carpet in the master bedroom was kind of dirty and had several stains - nothing that would keep me from staying here again. We absolutely loved this condo and would stay here again if we go back go Amelia Island.

Easy access in and out of unit, close to pool, nice and clean, had all the amenities we wanted and a great TV to watch football! Will def be back! Great communication from the management company! They even called the next day to make sure we had everything we needed!

Check in was a pain. Have to park in a small parking space. Walk through the gate into Condo to get card key then back out to get the vehicle into the complex. We had called about getting in to the unit a bit early so our toddler could get a nap. The unit was empty and ready but they were going to charge us $55 an hour for a convenience fee. We will return but not likely to this unit due to this. Carpet was stained and mattresses needed replaced but overall a decent unit. Light above kitchen table was not working. Kitchen well stocked.

The condo was very nice and clean and loved being on the ground floor. (This was our first time on ground floor) The room had everything needed for a great vacation. My only complaint was they were cleaning/redoing the balconies and the noise was very loud. Other than that, it was perfect.

On the positive side the place was clean and more than enough room for us. On the not so positive side, there wasn't enough parking spaces, the room was on the first floor with noisy people that didn't sleep above us, and we were right by the pool, where everyone had to walk by our room to get there. No privacy.

This condo was perfectly located for us. We had my elderly parents stay with us and the convenience of being on 1st floor steps from the beach was great. Easy car ride to downtown Fernandina Beach. Condo was well decorated with many updates. Would stay here again.
