Location convenient
No Internet connection (very poor when with teenagers), non working TV, shared hall way filthy, full of litter and on both nights a homeless person was sleeping (inside) the hall. The hall stank of urine.
Velox window in bathroom couldn't be closed and as a result, lots of wind debris was blown in

The host Kejia was amazing, she helped immediately with the minor issue we had and we could not have been happier. Close to allsorts of shops and restaurants
10.0
Near the beach, clean, easy access, parking nearby and modern flat.
The stairs lol.

Nothing. Location is good, but the building is at the corner of the road which is loud till late at night. Two rooms facing West and it gets very hot and stuffy in two rooms.
Dirty, worn out, broken window, dirty windows, left garbage, no toilet paper, no towels for three guests, wallpaper falling off, hot, noisy.

the property is in a great location lovely walk to beach. clean bright and comfy

very attractive , spacious , well appointed apartment in Hove, quiet location with relaxing views of the sea, the attractive regency buildings of the nearby square , 5 mins walk from nearest supermarket , restaurants , bars . Approx 15-20 min walk along seafront to centre of Brighton .
The double beds in main larger room very comfortable , the beds in the smaller room slightly less comfortable . No hangers / wardrobe /place to hang up clothes, so had to live out of suitcase , would have appreciated a simple rail & hangers so could hang up clothes . perhaps pack a few hangers if this a concern to travellers .

The location was amazing,
on the plus size the checking in process was very good, great communication between the owner and myself and I liked the fact no keys were needed to access the property, which meant my son could enter the property without the need for me to let him in, as I was over the visit him in Brighton.
Very disappointed with the beds which were very uncomfortable one of the singles is totally broken. Only four towels, with no hand towels, and only one tea towel. Only one and a half toilet rolls and it said you had to buy your own if it runs out. For £634 I would expect that not to be the case!
Chairs at table in lounge (only two) were both very unsteady, the stool was broken, and the sofas very old and uncomfortable.
The curtains in the main bedroom were off rails, and any spare bedding ie duvet / quilt was just shoved in the bottom of the store cupboard.
Down the side of the shower was filthy and the whole of the flat was not very clean.
There was no hanging space for clothes so lived out of a suitcase on the floor.
I paid for the whole property, if it was a shared cost between four or the six guests as stated £634 would have been good I suppose, but £300 per night was very over priced for the accommodation.
Also absolutely no mention in the description about it being on the top floor with many stairs to climb. I have mobility problems and found the hike to get into the flat was a nightmare.

perfectly located, easily accessed and comfortable size.
Single beds were incredibly uncomfortable and cheap.
No plug in the bath was frustrating.
6.0
Location + space of the apartment + well equipped kitchen. All well maintained.
Curtains in smallest bedroom are very thin and let through the sunrise in the early in the morning (bedroom windows are facing east). The beds in the same bedroom are 70 cm wide which is insufficient for a normal adult (1.65 cm tall and 59 kg). So an adult sleeps badly in that room. Those in the main bedroom sleep much better (even though the beds in many hotels and apartments in England that we slept in during the last 10 years are rather small).
It would help if the owner of the apartment would facilitate parking tickets in the area (rather than sending the guests to a crowded parking garage).

Location was great. Lots of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Spacious and comfy.
They was no wardrobe or cloths rail to hang our clothes up on. Could do with a few more wine glasses.

No parking facilities and no on street permits available would be a huge benefit to have had as no car parks close by!!!!

The location was great. Very central.
The flat was dirty and in bad shape. It clearly hadn't been cleaned before we moved in. We had to clean the kitchen to make it usable. The bin was stinky. There were no curtains in one of the bed rooms and the living room, which meant that my child was not able to sleep there. We complained and someone came and cleaned the bin, the other complaints were not dealt with. Veery disappointing.

Was in a great location.
No wardrobe space and as 5 girls we struggled with living out of a suitcase. Didn’t see that on reviews.
Property clean but a little worn in places.
Staff were really helpful and quick to reply.

Location was fantastic
Bathroom needs a bit of TLC but it was clean and there were no lamps so could only use ceiling lights in the evening

Location was great.
If the changes could’ve been met then this property would be a great place to visit but sadly after no reply to my text that highlighted some basic essentials were missing I was left disappointed paying for an apartment that lacked curtains and forks and on arrival no electricity!
The lack of response when highlights that the following items were missing;
3 forks in the kitchen for a 6person stay
No curtains in the bedroom or lounge
No sieve, grater or basic utensils
No bath mat
No parking permit abs having to pay as you go meter every 4 hours changing location

The property was lovely close to everything the keys was easy to access and id defiantly book again.
The only thing I did not like was there wasn't any heating on and on the Sunday we had no hot water to shower
However this was the day we was leaving so wasn't much of a issue

Spacious, very clean, well equipped, brilliant location. No road noise. Would return and rent again if heading back to the coast.
Beds and sofas could do with an upgrade to provide better comfort (didn't bother my husband so it's personal preference!) Extractor fan noise in bathroom may bother light sleepers

Location was really good
Facilities needs changing and the bed was totally uncomfortable
