This property is very nice, stylish and comfortable. It was well stocked with essentials and perfect for us. It also had a nice enclosed back yard which was great for our dogs to play in. The host, Jason, was super responsive. It all made for a wonderful trip to Flagstaff.

We chose to stay at VRBO's instead of hotels as we moved from CA to the east coast. Flagstaff was our first stop and this house was amazing! We have two dogs that enjoyed the fenced in backyard and my husband and I were grateful to have a driveway to park our SUV and Uhaul trailer in. The garage made it easy to unload our luggage and load in the morning. The house was warm and cozy and smelled divine. My only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer than one night but I appreciate that we were accommodated!

We had a great time celebrating my son’s 13th birthday in Flagstaff. The rental property was the perfect size for my family of 6 to hang out, play board games, make dinner and have some birthday fun.

We were only in town for a NAU tour, one quick nights stay but the house was cure and well furnished. Thankfully lots of blankets cause it was cold! We could not get the fireplace to work but it could have been user error. We would definitely stay there again

We had only a small one night stay at this lovely home. There was coffee with all of the fixings for adults and hot cocoa provided for tbe kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes for everyone. Basic spices were in the house already which we typically see in most homes. There were no ziploc baggies of any kind so if you stay and need them, be sure to bring them. The bed situation surprised us as I think VRBO has messed up the listing somehow. There are not 2 king beds in the master, just one. There are not 2 queens in bedroom 2, just one. There is only one bunk bed in the last bedroom not 2 queens as listed but the bunk bed has a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. The mattresses were all super comfy with soft sheets for a relaxing sleep. Luckily for us the sofa folded down into a bed which was helpful. There were plenty of throw blankets to use and lots of extra pillows if we had needed them. The one drawback for us was the checkout time. We got in late and had to scramble to get out by 10am. That is the earliest checkout I have encountered and when traveling with small children, it was a struggle to get out the door. Communication with Jason was amazing and he was very responsive. Lovely stay if you do not mind an earlier checkout time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect proximity from the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Sedona. The host was very easy to communicate with and he was very responsive. I will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

This house is wonderful and is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood but not too far from any place you’d want to go in Flagstaff. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space, very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, fenced in yard for our dogs. We’ve stayed in LOTS of VRBO’s and this one was spotlessly clean (and I’m picky!) We’ll definitely be back anytime we’re in Flagstaff.

I came up with 8 friends for tequila sunrise, the home was beautiful as advertised in a very convenient location and had an awesome backyard! Very clean inside and had no issues at all with our stay! 15/10 recommend!

This home was the best we’ve stayed in Flagstaff. Location is so perfect. Wonderful walking trails in the community, easy to get to NAU, Downtown and shopping. Home had a very cute design and decor to make you feel welcome and cozy. Every amenity we needed was available. Host was beyond responsive in accommodating an early arrival. A must stay for us again in the future.

The house was very clean, well stocked and organized with plenty of kitchen ware, linens, games, etc. Nice backyard with grill and gas fire pit. Full access to house, laundry, and garage. Very cozy and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the house, very well set up and clean. (Fans need a little cleaning). Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is due to proximity to the freeway (I-40).. Early morning traffic can be heard from the freeway. Would definitely recommend this property though, very close to NAU.

Lovely home in a dog-friendly neighborhood with excellent trail system. This home is well-appointed with everything you need for a short or long stay. Our stay was part work/part vacation. We were able to work with no issues. Close to downtown, convenient access to everything. Jason is an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful.

We spent our time in Flagstaff going to shows at the very close by Fort Tuthill amphitheater and going downtown to have great food and also staying in the house, playing games and having fun. Very clean place, comfy beds, easy access, easy to find in a charming neighborhood.

This home is the perfect fit for those visiting Flagstaff, who do not want to contend with the downtown traffic. Located on the southeast side of town, easy access to everything. 3 ample beds and a great backyard. Jason was very accommodating and communicative. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

As usual, this property has been a great stay. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The host is extremely nice and responsive. We always stay with our two dogs who love the backyard area; however, this time the yard was covered in large amounts of snow and the dogs were scared of it 😅. Hopefully we can revisit in the summer! If you are looking for a place in Flagstaff, stay here. ♥️

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this property due to it being double booked through different apps. Jason was super communicative and let us know right away, however, we were in a pinch to find somewhere to stay, because we were five minutes away from the property when he called. Again, mistakes happen. I don’t think this was done with any Mal intent I hope to be able to stay here in the future.

We had a great visit. Very clean house. The owner was even very understanding to us not being able to check out by 10am. The winter storm has us buried in for a couple extra hours.

Great little house. Checked all the boxes. Coffee pot was the only issue. Takes about 2 hours to brew coffee. Loved the hot teas and super hot shower! Bed was comfy. Great location for skiing and checking out Flagstaff. Backyard was nice for our pups to safely play.

Stayed in Jason's home with my husband and two small children (ages 1 and 2) for 10 days. The house was very charming, and quite baby-proofed which is something we greatly appreciated (he did remind us to bring covers for the switches which helped a lot). Some of the reviews mentioned that being off a busy street, the house was quite noisy at night, which we agreed with. Our kiddos did not have any issues sleeping, however, if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you. Jason was a wonderful communicator which put us at ease throughout our stay when we had questions ( and even before when we were packing), and he was great to work with. The location of the house being near the Ponderosa Pines trails containing a park was awesome, and we did this walk ( which drops off into a playground for the kiddos) twice a day, we loved it! If you have small children, this walk through the trees was the best! The house could use a little TLC for sure, and for the price we paid, I felt that scuffs on the baseboards, chipped paint, etc. should have been examined and repaired as it was a bit off-putting. Finally, I was most excited about the backyard, but unfortunately, with small children, this yard is not ideal due to high steps, stairs, and large cobblestones. The photos all displayed the home during the winter, so updated, summer pictures would provide a more realistic expectation for families with small children. There was a patch of artificial grass in the middle of the yard, however, we had to constantly "stay on" our children when we were in the yard, which was not as relaxing as I had hoped. Thank you so much, Jason, for allowing us to stay in your home, and to enjoy the pines and the beauty of Flagstaff!

We enjoyed our week in Flagstaff at this property. It was very comfortable and complete with everything we needed. The only negative was the traffic noise from the highway, but it was a great neighborhood and close to some great hiking trails!

Property was so nice, clean and perfect location. Close to NAU (our purpose of visit) and just a few minutes away from downtown. The street/neighborhood very nice. Process, check in easy and efficient. Communication with host was excellent. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for location and neighborhood was the location was close to major highway and at night in master bedroom you could really hear the traffic. Did not notice the traffic noise AT ALL during day in main part of house. I would definitely rent his property again.
