This place is new, clean and a very well equipped kitchen. The only downfall if you have a group is there is only one bathroom.

A decent drive to West Yellowstone/Park entrance. 20-25 mins but very nice, comfortable and clean property. Be prepared for narrow dirt roads but quiet, secure and so nice. Be prepared to be off the grid with no Wi-Fi but honestly in todays world, you should consider unplugging for a few days!

This place was outstanding. We were all amazed about how gorgeous it was. If I ever had the chance to build a vacation home, I would model it after this! In addition to the space being incredible, the kitchen was extremely well equipped for a vacation home. my son also really enjoyed the soaking bath! Given that we were out in the country, I was worried that we wouldn’t have good water pressure, but the shower worked well with a rain style showerhead. We did have to manage the single bathroom, but we knew that ahead of time so that wasn’t an issue. others have commented that the master bed is firm, and it is firm although I didn’t mind it. The bunkbeds and queen bed in the second bedroom were great for our two boys. The wildlife around the property was also great. We were able to get very close pictures of a moose and her two babies! Strongly recommend!

I love the property. Better than expected. Pictures shows this house simple and ordinary. In my experience the host is know what hospitality is. House is super clean, everything feels new - cups, bedding, towels. Heating system works great. It is enough space for 6 people. Great location if you are visiting Yellowstone National Park

The cabin is awesome! Good quality finishes, comfy bed, nice furniture, well appointed kitchen…it was all good. The development/neighborhood was very quiet. Although we visited early season. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed was on the harder side. It was hard to regulate the heat in the bedroom and bathroom but the fireplace in the living room worked really well. It was a pain to have to gave a water boil due to bacteria in the water in the area.

Beautiful cabin about 20 mins from Yellowstone's West Entrance. Perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking.

The cabin was much bigger than in the pictures. The interior was upscale and exceptionally clean. I would say the cleanest rental I’ve stayed to date. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood within about a 20 minute drive to West Yellowstone. We were notified that the water required boiling which really wasn’t an issue for us as we just bought water from the store. There was plenty of refill stations in Yellowstone as well. The cabin was very well stocked except for bath products, so make sure to bring your own.

We had a wonderful stay during our summer Yellowstone vacation. Close proximity to the West Yellowstone Entrance. Beautiful new interior, nicely stocked with linens and supplies. Host was very responsive with communication. Perfect size for our family of 5. Even got to see a moose just outside the cabin! Would stay here again.

The place was beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The water situation was a little tricky but did not deter us in any way. Would definitely stay again. More than met our expatations.

Beautiful cabin in a secluded area. Close to Yellowstone. Stocked with all of the essentials and a comfortable place to rest after a full day of exploring the surrounding area!

This is a gorgeous place with vaulted ceilings and stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Very clean and close to Yellowstone, big screen tv and fireplace. If it weren’t for the water issues, I would give it five stars. There are ongoing water issues—water being contaminated— so there was a boil water advisory. We had to use bottled water (which was supplied) and be careful while bathing and brushing teeth to not ingest the water. This really put me on pins and needles during the stay and detracted from enjoying my vacation here. People who have health issues can get very sick easily if they ingest contaminated water. My husband had some health issues and I was very concerned during our stay. I’m disappointed that the ongoing contaminated water issue is not disclosed in the booking. There have been several boil order advisories, the most recent one being in April. We were not told of the boil order advisory until June, one month after we paid our final deposit and were no longer eligible for a refund. I understand this water issue is out of the control of the owners; however, the responsible and fair thing to do to would be to disclose this problem in the listing. This is a health risk, and could have serious health implications if people happen to inadvertently ingest the water. If we would have known about this, I wouldn’t have chosen this property. Because it was July 4th week nothing else was available. No running water also meant no cooking-boxes meals instead.

We enjoyed 3 nights here while we explored Yellowstone over my husband's birthday. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything a cook would need. If only we had a longer stay to make more use of it! It was perfect for our family of 5 to have the separate bunk room for the kids. The boil order was inconvenient, but manageable. The hosts graciously left more than enough bottled water for our stay, as well as other helpful information to get situated in the area.

This place was an oasis. Spacious, clean, fully stocked—we loved it. There’s very little reception and absolutely no internet, which may be a deal breaker for some, but if you’re game for disconnecting, this is the best place to do it. We stayed here for our visit to Yellowstone, and it worked great—quick 15ish minute drive into West Yellowstone, well stocked grocery store about five minutes away, and very responsive property manager. Would 100% stay here again!

Super nice, super new, kitchen was STOCKED and you can tell the property managers went out of their way to ensure amenities are abundant. The weather wasn’t so great one day during our stay, and we were HAPPY to just stay in the cabin while it rained that day. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for - extremely worth it.

This property does not include running water! The issue w/water was known to us **after we arrived (when bound to the contract) We were told the water was contaminated and it occurs most of the year in that area. (Boil order advisory) If so, why not let visitors know when advertising? This property is beautiful but if our family had it to do over again, we’d stay where we can use the sink water without hand sanitizers, and for necessities such as brushing teeth, showers, washing hands & face etc. Vacation getaways should include basic running water. I DO NOT recommend this property. After I voiced our family’s concerns, management said they could not reimburse us for this inconvenience as we decided to stay there in light of the situation. They did happen to leave us bottled water for the inconvenience. Very misleading cabin rental; stay elsewhere!

Amazing property we loved it so much we could move in. Has everything you need right down to the freezer cold packs for your cooler.
The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, along with the whole place. Great neighborhood as well.
It’s about an 18 minute drive to West Yellowstone gate. About two hours and 15 minutes to Jackson hole.
Everything was five star. Communication with the booking agent Shawna was great as well.
Thanks again!

Comfortable and spacious place to enjoy while visiting Yellowstone. Very clean and generous in accommodations.

Very clean, luxury, relaxing and peaceful. Tucked away at the foot of a mountain in a small neighborhood of similar mountain homes. We loved every minute. If you’re lucky, moose will feed on the side of the house and walk across the street. There were 2 bulls feeding right outside the front door. Very easy access to west Yellowstone and 30 minutes or so from Mesa Falls We’ll be booking this again.

The great customer service and communication met our expectations and contributed to a worry-free stay. The property location was wonderful for exploring nearby nature and close by West Yellowstone. We very much enjoyed our visit!

Great stay
Everything was great except the water problem. We should have been told about that before Checking into the house. Everything we washed smelled bad I believe because of the water problem. In addition neighborhood surrounding house just seemed unkept. Rough ride getting into house. Other than that it was truly and amazing home and we have referred several friends to try to stay there.

Yellowstone Trip
Such a wonderful cabin! We really enjoyed staying there. It was beautifully decorated and squeaky clean! We really enjoyed watching movies together in that awesome reclining couch! It was a really nice way to end the day. There was everything you'd need in the kitchen and it was great to have a washer/dryer. Our teen son said it was one of his favorite places we've ever stayed! We would definitely stay there again if we go back to that area. Highly recommend!
