Incredibly beautiful and elegant house with a wonderful view of the bay and church. The house has everything you need for a comfortable rest and celebration of life. Every morning we enjoyed the beautiful views and church bells. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with a staircase.

Prachtige locatie met geweldig uitzicht en een mooie tuin. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. De zee en het dorp zijn op loopafstand.
Het huis was niet op alle plekken schoon.

Beautiful view. Excellent host and property. Would highly recommend but to be fair there are many stairs. For our family, the property itself and view were worth the stairs.

We had an amazing time whilst staying at Villa Lemon Tree. To be in the centre of Porto Venere was really quite special with breathtaking views from the terrace. The host was always available and welcoming and attentive ensuring we had everything we needed. The terrace was a great backdrop for a relaxing time listening to music and enjoying a glass of wine. The real bonus was our trip coincided with the natural swimming pool. An event not to be missed!

excellent location, reasonably spacious, fantastic views
second bedroom was very small, property was extremely hot inside, we had to request additional fans. Second bedroom size meant price paid was not value for money

Nice location, period property over looking the historical old town/the sea and island.
The main bedroom is wonderful. The lounge has a sofa bed and is nice and large. The kitchen is large, well equipped and has double doors onto the patio.
The second bedroom with the bunk beds is set at the back of the house - it’s very small, window opens directly onto some steeps steps going up in a very small inner courtyard. This is more a box / storage room. I wouldn’t like to be using this room to sleep in.
There are lots of steep steps up to the house so you need to be fit / reasonably active.

This is a true Italian villa with perfect view, shelves full of art books and jazz CDs (they have a good quality music set) and lovely garden. This was a real pleasure to be there. We shopped in a local wine store and candy manufacturer, put on some smooth music and relaxed on the terrace after walking 14km in Cinque Terre. What could be better?
the parking garage in the nearby hotel has a ridiculous exit, but it was more of a funny than a scary story.

The property is really beautiful, very private, with breathtaking and stunning views over the port and the castle on the hill from garden, terrace and master bedroom. The villa is literally few steps (exactly 133 steep stone stairs) up from the town's main square, port, restaurants, bars, small shops. But, this daily workout throught the stairs is worth it! :)
Marta, the owner, is a very kind person, the check-in was smooth, she gave us the exact instructions about the villa and recommendations and tips for the places to visit.
We had such unforgettable 3 days. Highly recommended!
Everything was okay.
