Would look to stay again
I liked how spacious and modern it was As well as the entertainment available in the lodge
Didn’t like the incorrect postcode is supplied on the website and then there were a lot of cracks in the plaster and plaster peeling

Great location and view of the lake ( pond). Quiet - clean and tidy. Would visit again
Spacious and well equipped. Great location. Didn’t get to try the restaurant and facilities due to transportation issues. Will be back to try the full range of facilities when we are able to get away again. Nice quiet relaxing site ( not sure what it’s like during school holidays).
Nothing! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a ramp as well as steps to access the property for people with minor mobility issues.

Like they say on four in a bed “perfect, 9/10”
Bed was so comfy Hot tub was lush Not too crowded resort
Toilet seats were not a match to the actual toilet so they moved loads and didn’t sit right at all Internet in the tv would be a nice upgrade Couple door stops as well

Fantastic place for relaxation
Love the size, cleanliness, basic needs and hot tub❤️ Highly recommended for peace and relaxation
I like everything but would be better if there are recreation/activities for teenagers.

Never again
Never again! ☹️
Photograph of site as advertised is misleading. The lodge no. 8 we stayed in not near a lake. Lodges opposite each other. No privacy. No aircon so lodge like an oven in hot weather, no fans. Unable to use water safely as it was either running incredibly hot to cold whilst rinning. Not fixed for two days during hotest days of the year to date. Old grubby mattress on bed, springs noisy! Hot tub filter didn't appear to work and it floated around. Water extremely cloudy! Unlike any hot tub water I've experienced. Told I'd have to pay £50 to have it refilled. Extremely disappointed.

Nice peaceful place and Cleethorpes beach close by, also Hubbards Hill nice place to visit.
Location was fine, lovely hotel and nice lodge. Beds were quite comfortable and lodge was spacious.
Hot tubs were at the front so weren’t private, lodges looked onto each other so privacy was limited as neighbouring lodges could see straight into lodge. Hot tubs would have been better at the side and back of the lodge to give more privacy. All driveway/car park was all gravel and kept jamming in wheels and tyres, got burst tyre from a sharp stone that stuck on tyre so when it was pulled out tyre went flat, full car park is big gravely stones.

My visit
Loved it all. Lodges were comfortable, and it was excellent location for my dog .
Check in check out . Just need to find a way of speeding up the process. Having waited for 15 minutes for receptionist to come off the phone. Key was taken , and that was it. So maybe just a key box , several people behind me waiting.
