A top class place to stay

Convenient location near to the centre of the town. Victorian terrace house has been tastefully updated and modernised but retains its character. All furniture , kitchen equipment etc of good quality. Very comfortable bed. A great alternative to a hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous little place and close to all the amenities in Louth.

Excellent location and little welcome pack when we arrived, milk in the fridge and butter and even a cream egg for Easter. What more could you want!

Fantastic hideaway, within walking distance of the town

The master bedroom was surprisingly large for such a small hideaway, and the kitchen was both immaculate and we'll thought out, as well as being fresh and stylish. Thus is a great little getaway, giving you the option to self cater and cook, or a 3 mi ute walk down the hill for food at the weatherspoons at the edge of town. Everything is walkable form this exceptional cottage. Reading g the guest book, several people have stayed more than once in the short time the cottage has been available, and we'll add to that number definitely be using Auctioneers Cottage again!!

Very enjoyable

This property is beautiful and well presented. It is in walking distance of the town and amenities. The hosts left us the essentials, milk bread and biscuits which was a lovely touch!

Cosy, comfortable perfect long weekend away

We loved everything about this property, beautiful decor, very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Beds were super comfy, cottage was cosy at all times day or night.

The only downside is the parking across the road but once we found the right app it easy to add to.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely cottage in a good location for exploring the area.

It's a delightful cottage, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. Conveniently situated for walking into the town with car parking opposite the accommodation at £2 per day. The car park machine accepts card or cash.

Auctioneers cottage is a gem.

Property was very comfortable.well appointed in a great location.would highly recommend this property. We had friends join us and they to were delighted.Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds were a delight.

Perfect short break in a gorgeous cottage

The cottage is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

A gem of a place situated within all the amenities you would need for a holiday.

Location was excellent - £2 a day at the car park directly over the road and if you have a blue badge, the hours are doubled for you. The town centre was just down the road - 2 minutes walk to all the amenities within the town. Half hour drive to Mablethorpe. The Cottage itself was idyllic, all the mod cons you needed. Liaising with the owners was easy to do and we received a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Thankyou for a lovely stay and we will be returning x

Lighting a little dim in front room but that's an individual taste, not taking anything away from cottage.

Fantastic cottage stay in Louth

We loved the property! Clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Really well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and all mod cons. So lovely to have milk, bread, butter, jam, crisps and biscuits left for us to enjoy! Really nice touch. Bedding and towels were of high quality; the hosts have really created a lovely home from home to stay.

A great cottage with everything you need.

The hosts were very informative pre-check in, providing me everything I needed for a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. The cottage is located a stones throw from Louth town which is perfect for a stroll in to explore the local sights. The hosts have put a lot of thought in to making the cottage a home away from home and has everything you could need. Whilst there is no allocated parking, there’s plenty of cheap parking nearby. Would highly recommend Auctioneers Cottage and already booked for when I’m back in Louth.
