It is way better than its pictures. The host(Jeremy) is friendly and super patient. he answered all my questions and concerns right away with details. We enjoyed our stay, we were 4 couples (8 in total). Definitely would recommend this place .

The house was great! We'd totally stay there again. Here's what we found: Kitchen: We didn't try to cook, but there was plenty of counter space. Plan to run the dish washer after every meal since there's only that many utensils. We were only given one dishwasher tab that I could find. Master suite: King bed, full bath. The bath has a weird tub/shower that works fine, but there's no door/curtain. Looks fancy, does the job, wouldn't choose for my house. BR 2 & 3: Queen beds. Good, no troubles. BR 4: Four twins in day bed/trundles. Good for kids. Not so good for adults. Bath 2 & 3: Large showers and good counter space, though one is larger than the other. No complaints. Washer/dryer worked great. Two water heaters. Two showers at once were no problem. Patio: Nice sized, great for outdoor meals and relaxing. The pictures show a grill, but we didn't use it. Parking: 3 cars fit parallel next to the house, no problem. More could fit on the street. Neighborhood: Very quiet once the neighbor took their dog in. Location: 30 minutes to Zion, 30 minutes to St George. Good restaurants close (Pizza Wagon, Main St Cafe, Peruvian Flavors, Red Fort). These aren't necessarily complaints, just what we found and you may want to know so you can plan. I'd like to be more positive, but VRBO limits characters in reviews. 5/5 stars!

We had 7 stay here for a few nights are were very pleased. The house had plenty of space, rooms and beds for everyone, and was very clean. We were there in July so we were glad the AC worked very well. Would recommend.

We had a great time staying at Jeremy’s home. It was perfect for our family to have plenty of space. We loved the backyard and all of the attention to details. The drive to Zion was around 30 minutes which worked out fine for us.

Fantastic time at The Ross!! Beautifully renovated home with privacy . Everything you could have needed and more was provided - didn’t have to worry about a thing. The beds were super comfortable and it was a great space for my family with 2 adult daughters . They had their own bedroom and bathroom. Being that we flew in from Delaware , we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything from linens to paper towels ! The house was about 25 minutes from Sion but there was a few places to eat close by. Loved loved the River Rock for coffee and sandwiches and the Stage Coach. Jeremy was very quick to respond to any questions . Would highly recommend to anyone and if we ever get the chance to come back , we would definitely stay at The Ross !!

This property is fantastic. Just a short drive away from Zion NP. The house was incredibly clean and more than spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved the modern, open feel of the home. JR was great at giving instructions and we found the house with no problem. His suggestions for food and hikes were spot on. Kids loved the bunks and giant TVs. We will stay here again if we come to Zion soon!

The house was a great size for our family of five, our adult kids had their own room and shared two bathrooms. The central living and kitchen area is super comfortable, modern and updated, and very nicely furnished. It was an easy 25 minute drive to Zion National Park. It was nice to be off the beaten path in the small town of LaVerkin, and it offered a good grocery store and restaurant options. Happy customers!

Our family was very impressed by this impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and well equiped home away from home. Communication with the host was great and we received useful tips, suggestions and clear instructions. The location was convenient to food, shopping and our trip to Zion. We also got to visit Red Cliffs National conservation area. The yard was great to hang out in the evening once the weather cooled off a bit. Would book again on a heartbeat.

What's not to love about "The Ross"? This place is phenomenal! The moment you walk in you are wowed by the decor! Even picky teenagers said "wowwww" when they walked in! This home was immaculate and was just as the listing described. We had two families (7 people total) and we had plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor area was just as great & made for a relaxing place to sit at the end of the day. We enjoyed eating at River Rock Roasting Company (the bagel sandwich is delish!) and Stage Coach Grille was great too. Jeremy is extremely kind and a wonderful host. I hope to get back to this area again in the future, because we didn't have time to see all of Zion, and I would undoubtedly rent this home again. Thank you, Jeremy, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house is very close to the main road but away from the traffic. The check-in process was very smooth. The home is updated, spacious, and clean. It was well-stocked with needed amenities for cooking, showering, etc. It’s easy to park and it’s located in a convenient location near the town of Hurricane, with around a 20 minute drive to Zion National Park. The large fourth bedroom/office was particularly nice for our family to work and watch tv in. The host was super responsive and our stay was very pleasant.

The place was very enjoyable with new modern updates and plenty of thought out conveniences. The place was easy to find and conveniently located to make the trip to Zion National Park and surrounding restaurants. We really enjoyed the backyard and the comfy bed in the master bedroom!

Stay was wonderful place was very, very clean and super cute. The only negative would be the sprinkler system on a little early as we got sprayed most nights lol at 7:30 sitting outside.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The home is beautiful inside and out. It’s super spacious with enough bathrooms for everyone.We are a family of 8 and it was more than enough space. It has everything in it for you to feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Overall hands down the best experience we’ve had.

Our family enjoyed staying at the house for our Zion trip. It had all the furnishings and amenities we needed. The Ross house is very spacious, nicely remodeled and can easily fit large groups. The house also has a nice yard and patio for warmer days. It's situated a few blocks off the main road and there are several markets, restaurants and cafes within short driving distance. Jeremy was very responsive and had helpful tips about cafes, restaurants and activities.

My family and I went to Zion for Spring break with the kids. The house is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Appreciated the instructions beforehand and the binder provided at the house. We loved all the details in the house. There’s a great room for kids to stay. It’s also conveniently located to go restaurants and a grocery store. Didn’t take long to get to Zion and would definitely go back again.

Overall had a wonderful experience staying here. Jeremy was always super responsive and stayed in regular communication. The house was extremely clean and well equipped for a large group / family to stay in, particularly for day trips to Zion. It is very well located with shops and restaurants fairly accessible. We definitely also appreciated the stock of board games and basic food supplies (coffee, tea, etc). Overall highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay close to Zion.

This property was perfect for our family group of hikers. A wonderful location to access Zion. Kolob Canyons & Snow Canyon. The house was welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean and has a beautiful outdoor space. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful—we hope to return!!

The Ross is a beautiful and visually appealing place to stay loaded with all the extras. There is an outside “chill” place right outside the open plan living area that contains fun hanging bench swings and it is lit at nite with string bistro style lights. We only used 3 bedrooms but there is a 4th oversized bedroom with a big screen TV, a giant bean bag and games. Perfect for kids! Very modern style with so many up to date touches. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Zion National Park.

Great place - spacious, clean, everything in working order and nice. Close to Confluence Park (look it up - pretty cool place, with a river, old buildings, rocks, etc.) I'd stay there again!

Our family of 8 stayed here over Christmas. The house is perfect for a large family, which is hard to find- especially when it’s not outrageously priced! The price point here is reasonable and it has everything you could hope for. Plenty of beds, baths, space, towels, toiletries, kitchen goods. The only thing I’d recommend would be more pots/pans as cooking for a large group can require more than the average needs, but we were able to make do just fine. We did leave some new games and toys behind for the next family to enjoy as there wasn’t much for the littles do but watch tv. The location is great for folks wanting to explore southern Utah and all its beauty. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Views are wonderful. There’s even a hike down to the river behind the town that’s just wonderful. The owner leaves lots of helpful tips and recommendations for places. We would 100% stay here again. Will recommend to friends who plan to visit the area!

We enjoyed our time staying here while exploring Zion so much... No complaints at all. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Jeremy was a great communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here so we could visit Zion National Park, which is an easy 30-minute drive from the house. The house has everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and to house our entire family. We were quite comfortable in the plush beds with adequate pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the beautiful and private back yard. This is a great house for a family to stay together and visit a beautiful national park.
