Very good

It was comfortable and location was great.

The only thing is the breakfast could have been better or with other options. They were only serving one meal option and the kids were not happy, so we had to stop on our way out and grab them a bite to eat.

I left before the 19 because I booked another room with everything this hotel room didn’t have

the outside and inside are nice and clean

the room was too small, no hot water, a lot of noise. my tv wasn’t working. I just felt tired and not enjoyable

the hotel need a refit really bad

the price was good

it was really dirty, the towels at the room where really stained, bugs at the room, even cockroaches, the shower door fell off when I open it

very disappointing, would not recommend.

location was close to airport

room was dirty. counters were not cleaned and dusty. didn’t have hand towels or floor towels. water in the shower was cold. did not warm up. no amenities like small basic toiletries. bed was rock hard. walls in room paper thin. could hear the people in the adjoining rooms and hall way. staff knocked on the door early every morning and tried to open the door when you didn’t answer right away, to check if you were still in the room. breakfast was not free and food was terrible. facilities were all together very poor and not well maintained. would not recommend. the fiesta inn hotel down the road was a much better option. we had friends staying there and it was very clean, well appointed rooms, nice facilities which included a sparkling clean pool and lush grounds. they offer food and beverages all day that were very tasty and reasonably priced. would stay there next time I’m in Colima.

This is a basic hotel in a convenient location for an affordable price.

Location is good for a quick overnight stay. Grounds are well kept; they were good for walking our dog. Sleeping was quiet. Beds were firm.

The towels are old and rough on the skin. There was only one towel for each person. There was only one bottle of water in the room for two guests. There was a sewer smell in the morning after other guests flushed their toilets.
