Alles prima.

Wir blieben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise als Fahrradreisende. Die Einrichtung war neu und praktisch ( Steckdosen am Bett.....) Die zimmer im Herbst angenehm geheizt. Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab auch ausreichend Obst. Die Fahrräder wurden gut aufbewahrt und das Personal war sehr freundlich, flexibel und entgegenkommend. Verständigung in englisch gut möglich.

Great stay!

We stayed at the hotel while our bycicle tour. The staff was very kind and helpful. We could take the bycicles into the dry and safe entrance of the hotel. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. The kittchen was very good with all the stuff you need for cooking. We recommend definetly this hotel. We had a really comfortable stay.

Quite content

The exterior of the hotel is very misleading, as the interior has everything you might need: space, cleanliness, facilities, etc. Haven't opted for a breakfast, so can't assess that part, but everything else is very satisfactory. Should I have plans for work/leisure in Ninotsminda in the future, I'd confidently visit Sharl again.

Great value for money in small town

Was greeted by friendly owner who showed me to my big and clean room. Bathroom was nice and hot shower worked well. Wifi worked well in room. Town is located close to Armenian border.

Hotel looks unimpressive from the outside, I almost missed it. Ninotsminda is not exactly a culinary hotspot.

An okay stay, best you’ll find in Ninotsminda

location was central to town and easy to find. our room was big and clean. the tv had internet which was great, we managed to watch a few things in English instead of Russian.

there was a bit of a funky smell lingering, not sure what from? the beds weren’t overly comfortable. it was a bit basic overall

Luxurious stay, if you only find it.

Spacious room, well designed. Very comfortable. Completely equipped kitchen, all very clean and new.

Difficult to find, since the address and GPS is correct, but hotel is in an office building without reception desk (as of October 2021)

Clean, super big room, fast WiFi, good beds, good price, good base to explore the region!!

It was a little hard to find as the front of the hotel isn't finished yet.but the location is pinpointed correctly on Google maps.

The hotel is very new, the room was sparkling clean, bed very comfortable. First it was a bit cold, but they turned on the heater for us and it got snuggly warm. Bathroom, shower, everything working perfectly. There is a shared kitchen with all necessary basic utilities. The breakfast was very good and more than enough. Well worth it's price. We would stay there again.

Newest hotel in ninotsminda

Room was super clean and spacious. Bathroom is well arranged, shower separated from toilet. You can also use shared kitchen. 1min walk to restaurant and bakery.

Great new Hotel to visit the Javakhethi Plateau

The hotel just recently opened and is an excellent place to stay while exploring the beautiful surroundings. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. Would stay there again and can recommend if you're in the area.

The town itself is small and there are few options for restaurants, but there is quite a good one near the hotel.

Recommended. Great little hotel. Loved it!

It was absolute surprise. Spacious and clean rooms. Really luxury interior for that price. Very friendly and helpful host. Soft and big beds are tickets to good night sleep. Will recommend and would visit again. Thank you!

Hotel main entrance was going thru some renovations so i hope it will be awesome when they get it done. Some rooms may be bit noisy because gas station is across the street.

Perfect accommodation!

Despite of the fact that this was a small town and hotel is not so famous due to not having many stars I really loved it. Small, comfortable, pleasant, lovely room and hospitable stuff who baked traditional Georgian and Armenian sweeties specially for me! Hotel is situated on the main central road and there are bakery and a shop nearby which makes the accommodation more comfortable for the customers !

I would love to see a bar or a restaurant in the hotel, thought I know that both the town and the hotel are too small for such kind of pleasure

Superb

New room, nicely done. Very friendly and helpful host. Although located on the main road through Ninotsminda, it was surprisingly quiet, also thanks to very good windows. It was a very pleasant stay.

No breakfast possible at the guesthouse. But the host showed us a very good bakery with café just around the corner. Also a restaurant for lunch/dinner is just a few meters away.
