Location
The hotel is definitely not suitable for people in a wheelchair. We booked a wheelchair accessible room however there were no rails near the toilets or shower. Non of the doors were self opening. The lift was tucked away in a corner and hard to access. The “code” to unlock the door from the car park did not work. There was no bell to contact reception.

The sea front location, right in the town centre close to all amiantinites.
The hotel has been refurbished the entrance was lovely, staff was very polite and room was very clean.
The carpark is very limited, during the day workers were taking up the space I had to pay for parking during my staying

The staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was delicious, good variation and quality of food - brilliant for the price. The entrance area is stunning
The property is still being refurbished in parts, so there were handymen around. Can’t be helped, but make sure your kids wear shoes at all times just in case. Only blinds in the bedroom, no curtains, so did let light in

The hotel location is fantastic for everything beach, town, shopping, pier and the theatre.
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly would come and stay again
4.1
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the only thing I like in this few night stays! Security is awesome too, not afraid of taking a late night smoke! Design of the room are quiet and a nice sea view!
Unfortunately, they are having renovations. Most facilities are not working. Rooms are good, but just a little bit too hot. Remote temperature for the room isn't working.

The hotel is in a prime spot on the promenade and close to the town, beach, and pier.
Everything was spot on in the hotel, and we will definitely come to stay again.
Nothing - everything was good.

Amazing sea view!
No laundry and the bathroom was like a public pool bathroom, not a hotel.

Location and staff
4.1
Great location on the front near the hub of all the attractions. Carpark at the back and plenty of places to eat and drink around. The triple family room we had booked was upgraded to a quadruple which had a sea view and was very spacious . All rooms have large tv and tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of milk which is generally my bugbear. The rooms are wheelchair friendly with wet room access.
The breakfast wasn’t great - there was plenty of it continental and cooked but the bacon eggs and hash browns all seemed to have been sitting for too long and were overdone and dry .
There were adverts in the bar for Pimms - glasses and pitchers which we tried to order but were told by the barman that he couldn’t do anything that was advertised ! It didn’t really matter to us but they lost a sale !

We didn't have breakfast as we wanted more time to explore. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lift doesn't cover all of the bedrooms. I would make sure if we stayed again that we had access to it.
