Bellísimo, barato, y con el mejor personal. Tienen un hotel prácticamente 5 estrellas y a un excelente precio.

Me encanta cada detalle a nivel arquitectónico, está súper bien detallado. Desde la entrada súper limpio y eso dice mucho de un lugar. La amabilidad de los que trabajan ahí. la puntualidad al venir a recogerme al aeropuerto. las camas súper cómodas, además del agua caliente y el agua gratis apenas llegué.

Conveniently close to the airport

Very close to the airport. Just what I needed: a place to stay close to the airport for my early morning flight out. Roof terrace to enjoin a beer. Excellent shuttle service to the airport, it's only a 2 minute drive.

Would be nice if staff could switch on the A/C in the room beforehand. Room was very hot when I arrived; so I switched on the A/C and went to the roof terrace for a beer. When I returned, the room was cool. Pillows are very thick, couldn't sleep on them; I ended up taking one of the small ornamental pillows and putting it in a pillow case; that worked.

čisté útulné pokoje s pohodlnou postelí, vše fungovalo jak má, připravili nám snídani take a way z důvodu brzského odletu. maximální spokojenost. Možnost transportu na letiště ( i když je to asi 300 m)

pokoj neměl okno, jen balkonové dveře do světlíku - pro pobyt absolutně nepodstatné.

Great place to stay near the airport.

The service was fantastic. Our flights were quite delayed and the staff at the hotel were quite accommodating and picked us up very late at night from the airport.

Room was quite noisy in the morning. We could hear many conversations in the hallway and reception.

Excelente, conveniente, muy cómoda y personal muy atento.

El lugar es genial para descansar el día antes de un vuelo muy temprano o cuando los vuelos llegan muy de noche. El transporte es súper conveniente, la habitación es muy cómoda, limpia y tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.

A Nearly Perfect Hotel Airport

The location RIGHT by the airport is phenomenal. You can literally walk to the airport. The rooms were modern, clean, and perfect for an overnight. The food was "fine." That's only non-stellar amenity IMHO!

As noted above the dinner was so-so and with a rather limited menu menu. But breakfast was fantastic! And included,!

It was only to catch an early morning flight.

Location to the airport was excellent! The people were very nice. The shower was nice too.

No windows in the room, the pillows were uncomfortable, the doors were not securely locked . My husband was able to use the key in my friend’s room.

Fantastic hotel close to GUA airport

This is a real gem of a hotel. Located so conveniently next to GUA airport. Extremely comfortable rooms, good wifi, tv with netflix and hairdryers etc. Staff were so friendly and offered us a breakfast to take away to the airport before oir early morning flight as well as a free shuttle.

RUDE STAFF

Siting on the patio for breakfast

The front desk staff were lazy and had a sour, rude attitude. Room did not even have a hot water kettle for tea or coffee. Messaged many times about airport shuttle, but just received a generic. Proscribed response. Staff did nothing to answer the concerns I had, and they made me feel very unwelcome and uneasy. I could not recommend this place, Staff have the attitude that guests were an inconvenient bother... they are only interested in collecting money..

Brilliant stay near the airport

Really close to the airport. Hotel is great and offers transfers to and from the airport for free making it super easy when first arriving or departing. We were leaving very early and staff gave us a packed breakfast which was appreciated.

Only negative would be the water pressure of the shower, however other than that it was great.

Very convenient airport hotel with helpful staff

Very convenient hotel to travel in and out of Guatemala, 2 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff that were happy to do airport transfers at all hours and helped us get a driver to Antigua even after check-out. Basic, clean, decent rooms. Nice breakfast. All in all value for money.

Showers had zero water pressure and had to ask for a second set of towels in a 2-person room. Thin walls means hearing other guests leave. Blankets are so heavy that you either sweat (under them) or freeze (without them). Would still come back just for the convenience of the location.

Keine Kulanz bei eine Stunde früher einchecken. Wurde Geld verlangt obwohl das Zimmer schon langefertig war.

Close to airport & comfortable bed in modern style room. Overall room lacks attention by some staff.

The location and bed quality were good. It was nice to have a quick shuttle ride to the airport in the morning.

The room was not as pictured, and was more of a room for one guest rather than the two we had booked it as. E.g. - There was only one towel supplied. The room still had a shirt remaining in a drawer left over from a past guest. The shower had very little pressure and flow for the water, making it a long and annoying shower experience in order to rinse off from cleaning oneself. A coffee maker was in the room, but no coffee packet supplied.

Ausstattung ist gut und das Bett sehr bequem Das Personal sehr bemüht aber spricht leider fast gar keine andere Sprache als Spanisch Die Lage war super, 30 sek. Mit dem Auto zum Flughafen zum Hotel gefahren

Das Internet war so schlecht und daher ging der TV nicht. Das Frühstück ist ok, nichts besonderes und man bekommt einen Teller serviert - aussuchen kann man sich nichts was etwas ungünstig ist wenn man picky ist.

Funciona para emergencias pero mejor evitarlo

El alojamiento es muy cercano al aeropuerto, funciona para vuelos tempranos ofrecen servicios de traslado, desayuno para llevar. Hay aire acondicionado en el hotel.

Pese a sus ventajas de cercanía, la atención es pésima. Durante un paro nacional sin posibilidades de traslado en el país, se negaron a hacer cancelaciones ( cosa que no hicieron otros hoteles en lugares turísticos y de 5 estrellas). Adicionalmente revisan la habitación cuando uno sale, como si uno se robara alguna cosa o dañara algo. Realmente es muy caro para lo que ofrecen.
