Other motels could learn from you guys absolutely amazing

The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and so helpful all the time I would definitely refer my friends and family to this establishment. And this will definitely be the place that I choose any time I come to town

I was in town welcoming my first granddaughter, and I have to say the property was amazing. The room was beyond any other place I’ve ever stayed. I absolutely loved the amenities. It was a home away from home.

I did ask several times if there was another room and was told that there was no other option

I love the breakfast Buffett and the happy hour with food and drink was outstanding.

I did not care for the bottom floor. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. Also there may have been industrial washer/dryer on the other side of the wall? Whatever it was caused the headboard to vibrate loudly waking me and keeping me awake

Facility good, most staff good - 2 staff - poor

Room was large and clean - very comfortable. Common areas were clean. Second days breakfast was good - woman running the breakfast on second morning was great

First morning breakfast was being operated by a couple of teenagers. Rather than bring out more stuff - they just said “we’re all out”. All out at 8:10 am for breakfast time from 7:00 to 10:00??? Think the two were lazy. They “ran out of” eggs, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, milk, plates, flatware…pretty much everything. They would go into kitchen for long periods of time. Also did NO cleaning of tables or around the buffet area. The woman who had the second day (by herself) was great - cleaned area and tables, replenished items immediately with no “we’re out” response. Rooms are not sound proof as some say. Would be great but when undisciplined children are running around screaming and yelling not much can be done. The women watching the kids (not all their own as it was to allow kids parents to attend NYE parties) should have been talked to by staff. Overall the facility is good - 8 out of 10 Teen aged buffet pair - 0 out of 10 (being generous here) Woman running buffet on second morning - 9 out of 10.

We stayed there Nov 19-22. The place was unbelievable nice and clean

Property was very very clean and the staff omg very welcoming . The breakfast in the morning unbelievable so delicious, the staff from the kitchen very very nice. 100% recommend

The breakfast was good, nice variety.

The room, restrooms off the lobby and the laundry room had a horrible smell. I believe that the hard floors were mopped with a dirty stale mop. It left behind a putrid smell. Made our experience here very unpleasant. The tables in the breakfast area appeared to have been wiped off with yet another unclean linen. There were greasy smear marks on all the tables. Two of the washers were out of service, only 3 towels in our room booked for 6 people, and the desk clerk did not know what I was asking for when I requested some plastic laundry bags. Then said they were on back order. Seemed very unorganized and not customer oriented.

Amazing

Breakfast was amazing, not just your continental but hot food too. The suite was spacious and very clean. Very new and great views of Pikes Peak. Staff very friendly. Overall an exceptional place to stay, highly recommended

Streaming on tv was not working and we rented a movie before we knew that, so couldn’t watch it on the tv. Light in bathroom only came in with light at the sink in the bedroom. Would be nice to have a separate switch,

Beautiful enjoyable much needed

The room was brand new full bathroom small kitchen 2 queen beds and a pull out couch we took our toddlers with us and they had plenty of room to play

This was my favorite hotel out of the three we stayed at no complaints

We will stay again.

The hotel, over all, was clean. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and roomy. The staff, except the breakfast person, was very friendly.

The doors leading inside the building did not work except the main door. one of the doors to the swimming pool did not work either. Breakfast was VERY incomplete. There was no milk or protein (bacon, sausage.) The excuse was the shipment was short these things but there was a Walmart right a crossed the street. I just did not understand why a person would set out cereal and biscuits for gravy if there was not milk or milk to make gravy, and oatmeal packets if you are not going to set out hot water.

The breakfast was good. Location was amazing with a great view of Pike's Peak. Every staff member I was in contact with, were, Genuinely happy to answer a question or assist. GREAT JOB Y'ALL!
