La gentillesse du personnel, l'accès a la salle de sport . Le personnel du restaurant est tres arrangeant et fait de très bonnes salades !

Piscine peu entretenue en basse saison mais tout de même propre. Difficulté d' avoir un taxi (30 minutes) , prenez vous y a l'avance si vous avez un rdv.

O conceito ginásio e hotel a logo disponibilidade de quarto e a decoração simples e agradável.

O colchão e a casa de banho. Deveriam aprimorar. Mais uma vez a falta de indicações de morada faz nos ficar um bocado à toa

J'ai aimé le concept qui rassemble piscine extérieure et intérieure, le spa. J'ai adoré le massage reçu. L'accueil par Houssine et toutes les autres personnes.

J'ai trouvé ma chambre bruyante vis à vis de la route très passagère même la nuit. Et je pense que le service du restaurant peut-être amélioré.

Was prima, maar hadden iets beter verwacht.

Locatie aan de rand van de stad, was wel rustig, maar waren voor aan de straat aan het werk wat wel wal lawaai gaf. Ontbijt was prima, maar iets meer variatie was beter. Hotel was vrij klein (25 kamers) dus we hebben bijna geen andere gasten gezien, ook niet in de ontbijtruimte, dus rustig. Mooie zwembaden, maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Personeel vrij vriendelijk.

Bedden waren niet goed. Het is een vrij oud hotel, maar blijkbaar was het een aantal jaar geleden toch opgeknapt. Vrij ver van het centrum. Ontbijtruimte was niet echt gezellig, een beetje oud/armoedig (ook het meubilair).

Le personnel été très chaleureux et convivial Petit déjeuner marocain copieux

La piscine extérieure était en chantier et donc fermée (pas prévenu et marquée ouvert sur le site), aucun transat propre disponible. Le wifi fonctionne mais de façon aléatoire. La piscine intérieure est accessible par planning homme/femme !!! idem pas prévenu. Aucun prix affiché que ce soit au bar ou au hamman, pas de carte, pas de tarif, pas d'horaire. Le check in a été compliqué alors que nous avions fait une demande anticipée par mail qui a été accepté par l'hôtel. 2 jours où la chambres n'a pas été faite (nous étions en excursion), elle a été faite après notre demande en fin de soirée, 2 jours où nous avons été obligé de réclamer les serviettes à l'accueil car non mise dans la salle de bain. Oubli également du papier toilette!!! Impossible de faire fonctionner la TV Salle de bain avec odeur d'égout. Chambre en bord de route hyper bruyante, impossible de dormir sans des bouchons d'oreilles. Idem pour le bar pour le petit déjeuner au bord de la route donc hyper bruyant. Pas de mini bar, pas de coffre, 1 cintre dans l'armoire.

Quite place to stay

I would not recommend this place, even if they offer a free stay

Everything. This place is filthy, unsafe, dirty and poor Customer Service. The bed sheets are old and dirty The rooms, showers and toilet facilities are disgusting and full with insect and flies This place is not a hotel. It’s a gym and a restaurant If you have any issues with this property, do not dream of getting your money back

Enjoyed my stay

friendly staff, nice accomodation

pool only accessible on certain days based on your gender (many days women only so I could not take my son, then when I was allowed to take my son on the mixed day, there was a bad reaction because they obviously did not want a woman in the pool on the mixed day). Also confirm meal prices before arranging extra meals or you might get a nasty surprise. Also, no ramps so difficult with wheelchair or pushchair

The best place for those who wants to stay fit in their vacations

Eventhough I was expecting a bouffet for breakfast and at first I got sceptical when the stuff start bringing me the plates I got amazed. Every day they manage to serve me different plates.

The rooms were a little old but the kindness of the stuff along with the fitness facilities balance that to th epositive side

2 nuits avec petit déjeuner, dîner et Hamman Massage

Personnel remarquable, très serviable et aux petits soins. Le gérant Houssine nous a très bien accueilli et nous a fait un suggestion très chouette pour le Hamman et le massage qui d'ailleurs était fantastique (mention aux masseuses qui travaillent très bien). Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon.. dîner également excellent ! Parking sécurisé. Piscine magnifique. Accueil parfait.

Malheureusement un peu bruyant la nuit avec la route assez passante. Rien de bien méchant.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel was clean and well managed and the outdoor pool was greay

The outdoor swimming pool was superb, in a nice setting and very quiet. There were not too many people using the outdoor pool, which made it even more enjoyable

The hotel is quite a distance from the centre of Marrakech but a regular bus runs nearby.

The staff were fantastic and the facilities were brilliant. The location isn't ideal but due to the fact it's a lovely place to stay it's worth being a little bit further from everything.

The location. It's a 20+ minute drive from all the main attractions.

The pool area was very nice, very quite and clean and the service was exceptional! the breakfast in price and we had lunch by the pool and dinner in the room, perfect place for chill out! highly recommended 👍♥️

The property is vast and well-maintained. The pool is humongous. had special covered parking in back of building under lock and key. I will go back.

amazing staff that treats you like family

The pool is gigantic, and the rooms are spacious. The bathrooms have a granite countertop. The only spacious bathroom on my whole trip.

The bathtub didn’t have a shower curtain, but I managed without one by pointing the showerhead against the inner wall . The Wi-Fi was spotty in the beginning so the manager moved a router to my room and solve the problem.

nice stay for the busy Christmas period

beautiful room, big spaces, nice huge pool.

breakfast was ok, the location is very far from everything and getting a taxi into town was not easy, as we were 5....so not very convenient. i had booked a room but was given another, still nice but not what i thought. when we arrived late at night the staff didnt know where to put us there was a bit of confusion.

Acceptable if you have a car

This hotel is a good option if you rent a car from the airport, and dont want a stressful journey to your first night's stay in Marrakesh, as with google maps, it pretty easy to find The hotel is actually primarily a very comprehensive fitness centre and gym for locals...that just also happens to have some hotel rooms, but I would say that the fitness centre drives the business, not the hotel part. A big benefit is that if you stay here, you can use all the fitness facilities for free. There is free, secure private parking

A personal hate of mine - they use water proof matress protectors on the beds - which do not 'breath', and so I woke up sweating and wet each morning. I did not eat at the hotel, mainly because it was fast food outlet open to the public, and did not look that nice. There were plently of cafes on the street within a few hundred meters to visit instead It takes about 20-25 mins by car to get to the medina

Superb

The best hotel for all fitness fanatics in Morocco ! Great and calm atmosphere outside of the chaotic city centre of Marrakech. Very kind and helpful personal that helped my with everxthing I needed (taxi, printing flight tickets..). The gym is free during your stay, other services like sauna or massages are for extra money. Also very good prices and delicious burgers in the hotel bistro. Great cleaning service. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who loves the gym and who wants to enjoy some relax in a busy city like Marrakech is.

The wifi unfortunately doesnt work in my room but it was no problem for me to go a few meters on the reception where the wifi was working great. The pool doesnt worked. My visit was in January, I know, but I was looking forward to swim after workout.

Very good

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed engaging with everyone and it really made us feel at home. It's definitely a fitness hub if you want that, which wasn't so important to us, but regardless the entire place is nice and comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there were lots of other amenities to take advantage of. It was quiet and we slept really well, and it definitely felt like coming home every night. The staff is young and energetic and you may be asked to participate in some pseudo promotional type stuff when you check in (instagram) but overall it's fun and I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you didn't want to. We thought it was entertaining. Compared to the average place this hotel is really nice and has a lot going for it, definitely consider staying here especially if you need to stay in shape!

The shower/bathtub situation was pretty bad. Hot water was limited, the shower wasn't set up well and only had a manual handle to wash with. The tub was huge but there is no way there would be enough warm water to draw a bath. It was enough to get by, and having stayed in many other places with less we didn't complain. Still, it would have been nice to relax with a hot bath or have a reliable shower that was slightly nicer than the norm. Given how nice the other facilities are (gym, pool) the lackluster shower/bath seems like an oversight. The only other complaint, which isn't really a complaint, is to be aware that this hotel is located pretty far outside of the main city center. Taxis didn't always know how to get there since the hotel was new, the google maps location is wrong, and they expected a premium payment at times. Just keep this in mind while booking if you are wanting to explore the city. Other thing to consider is this hotel does not sell alcohol either.
