Espaço pequeno mas confortável e no centro da cidade.

O espaço estava limpo e a localização é excelente. A relação qualidade-preço foi perfeita. Cama confortável e casa de banho em ótimas condições. O sr. que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso. Disponibilização de gel de banho/shampoo e detergente de loiça.

A vista foi o que ficou aquém. Pelas imagens fornecidas parecia ter sempre uma varanda, no entanto o nosso quarto não foi o caso. Tivemos vista para o interior do prédio e a janela do quarto dava para uma fachada cheia de pombos e bastante suja causando barulho durante a noite.

Pleasant staying

The flat it’s well organized, it has a contemporary design that feels minimalistic and nature inspired. Smart tv, great internet connection and all the gadgets that you might need while you’re staying in downtown. I loved the location and how close was for everything by walking distance. Comfortable bed.

Informalidad

Silencioso y con buena ubicación

Después de un viaje de 7 horas tuvimos que esperar más de tres cuartos de hora a que nos entregarán las llaves. Tirados en la calle con un niño con hambre. Ya que la entrega era a las 15h. Y se retrasó casi hasta las 16h. Nos dieron un apartamento sin terraza, cuando nosotros habíamos reservado a conciencia uno con ella. Y también más pequeño que el reservado Nos quejamos cuando nos entregaron el apartamento sin terraza, y a las horas nos enviaron un WhatsApp indicándonos que nuestro apartamento tenía chinches (que me parece fuerte el motivo) y que nos tuvieron que dar ese. Cuando lo propio hubiese sido avisarnos antes de llegar y ponerle otra solución. Todavía estoy esperando un reembolso de parte del importe pagado ya que paguemos un importe más elevado porque el apartamento era con terraza. El propietario dice que me lo ingresa Booking, y Booking que tiene que hablar con el propietario..

Buena situación pero siguen sin enviarme mi factura!

La ubicación es muy buena. Cama y sofa-cama muy confortables. Nos recibieron rápido y bien. Habitación amplia y luminosa, con balcón (es la única ventana del apartamento. La cocina/salón es más pequeña que lo que me dio la impresión en las fotos, no tiene ventana, pero cumple su labor para cocinar algo, tiene una mini nevera y cafetera también).

Di mis datos para que me hicieran una factura (la necesito para mi trabajo). Me la enviaron con errores (pese a que yo les había pasado mis datos correctos). Les volví a escribir para que me la vuelvan a enviar y todavía estoy esperando (después de un mes). He hecho una segunda reclamación, veremos si esta vez llegan las facturas o van a seguir pasando. Esperaba que siendo una empresa la que gestiona el apartamento, serían más profesionales con estas cosas. Es muy cansado estar insistiendo para que subsanen su propio error. Y más cuando has pagado casi 500euros por dormir 3 noches en Madrid. Por otra parte, cuando llegamos, tuvimos que barrer todo el apartamento porque había mucho polvo. No sé si se debía a que hicimos la reserva con poco tiempo y no les dio tiempo a barrer/pasar el aspirador o a que simplemente no habían barrido.

Gran experiencia en Madrid este puente de Andalucía.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la ubicación. Todo está muy cerca y la boca del metro a 5 minutos. Hay farmacias, bares, supermercados, teatros.. Un lugar fantástico.

Todo ha sido de nuestro agrado.

Hay un ruido que se genera en el edificio en general que puede ser de la calefacción central, a veces puede llegar a ser muy molesto

Bella Madrid

Posizione vicino al centro. Zona tranquilla e sicura ma nello stesso tempo molto frequentata di sera. Piena di bar e ristoranti, insoma pieno di vita. Vicino alla fermata metro,la latina,linea 5 verde. Lenzuola e biancheria erano puliti.

Appartamento molto piccolo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Senza vista.Bagno piccolo,senza finestra. Arredamento un'po' datato e presenza di polvere. La foto non corrisponde in quanto non esiste nessun balcone.

Estancia recomendable

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo. Ubicado en el barrio de La Latina, con muchos bares donde tapear y tomar algo. Nuestro apartamento era interior, y no escuchamos nada durante la noche. La Plaza Mayor está a unos 15min caminando.

Reservamos para 4 adultos, por tanto el apartamento se quedaba un poco pequeño. Aunque tiene una cama doble y sofá cama, considero que por el tamaño es mejor alojarse dos personas (o en su caso con niños). A la zona de la cocina le faltan utensilios: un mantel, trapos, etc. Desde la habitación se escuchaba un ligero ruido constante provocado por una ventilación exterior y ajena (no fue una gran molestia tampoco).

Lenzuola macchiate, muri tutti rovinati ed entrambe le finestre davano su una “corte” interna quindi stanza completamente buia. Forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno e forte odore di cibo proveniente dal vicino!.

De locatie, de rust waar je ook de drukte kan opzoeken. Je zit centraal loopafstand naar het center. Veel leuke restaurants in de omgeving.

Très petit mais bien situer

L'appartement est très bien situer, pas trop de bruit la nuit. Il y a également une machine a laver au rez-de chaussée pour ceux qui séjourne plus longtemps.

Ce que je que je trouvais très dommage c'est qu'il n y avais qu' 1essuie corps et 1 essuie visage par personne. Nous somme rester 5 jours donc je trouvais qu'il aurais pu en mettre plus. L'appartement a l'air grand sur les photos mais il est asser petit.

Foarte aproape de centru.

Am fost pusă să semnez un contract fără să identific ce îmi lăsa la dispoziție, foarte rapid menționând parola wifi și telefonul de urgență. Patul pentru a 3-a persoană fiind o canapea extensibilă incomodă.

Lage Top, für Madrid super.

Die Lage ist Top, La Latina, von dort kann man überall zu fuss laufen. Viele Restaurant in der nähe. Schlüssel übergäbe war gut. Antonio hat auf uns gewartet, alles super.

Das Bett war zu klein für zwei Personen. Die Wände waren zu dünn, man konnte die Nachbarn hören. Das Bad war zu eng.

Great location but unit needs work

Fabulous location and great water pressure in the shower. Leonardo was so kind and helpful and helped us out with a few things during our stay.

The airco doesn’t really work, nor does the wifi. Even when Leonardo came to reset the modem it only worked in the living room, not the bedroom. The sofa bed needs to be replaced, it’s insanely uncomfortable (coils poking you and dips in the middle.) Bathroom drains very slow and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 6 days for 3 people. Almost nothing in kitchen, very hard to cook. Laundry is not in-unit but downstairs in a room off the lobby. Overall the unit needs some TLC in order to be more comfortable. I guess you’re paying for the fantastic location bc the unit is not in very good shape for the super expensive price.

Not what I expected

Location and comfortable bed

For a few of nights in July we’ve booked an apartment WITH BALCONY around mid March. I was really excited about it because the balcony has a nice view over the street and the pretty church nearby. However, when we arrived at the property we were given an apartment without balcony (you have to sign a contract written only in Spanish, no English translation). The apartment was with a terrible view of the backyard in the bedroom and a view of the common corridors in the kitchen (we had to keep the blinds in the kitchen at all times because people who are waiting by the lift can see you). The substitute apartment was visibly smaller than the one we booked but we had no other options at the time. The person who welcomed us said that he was dealing only with reception and was not responsible for the bookings (not very cooperative). Someone was supposed to contact me on the next day regarding the booking but I never received a call and sorry but I am on holiday and chasing down people regarding a flat is not why I came in Spain. The price for the flat with a balcony is a bit higher so I am still waiting for some sort of a refund.

The location was excellent, in the city centre with many restaurants and bars nearby. It is situated in a friendly and safe neighbourhood. The owner was helpful and friendly.

The bedsheets and towels were not clean at first, but then the owner called the cleaning team and provided us with clean bedsheets and towels. The shower didn't provide enough hot water. We were 4 and only the first 2 people to take a shower had hot water.
