This delightful cottage rests in Heacham, Norfolk and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Bay Tree Cottage is a superb cottage, located within the village of Heacham in East Anglia. Hosting two bedrooms, one double and one twin as well as a family bathroom and a separate garden chalet with twin beds, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is roadside parking and a lawned garden with a patio area and furniture, leading down to the charming chalet. Situated within a cosy village, and just a short drive from Hunstanton, Bay Tree Cottage is a lovely property in a delicate part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove and electric heater in external chalet. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Rear garden with patio, furniture and chalet which sleeps two and has a shower room. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 1.4 miles. Shop and pub 12 mins walk. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Summer house is only available May to September inclusive for daytime use

This part of Norfolk is known for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites. Within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, as seen on BBC's Springwatch.
