This luxury townhome features 3 BEDROOMS / 3.5 BATHROOMS and SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 3000 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 2 QUEEN BEDS, 2 TWIN BUNK BEDS (4 TWIN BEDS TOTAL), 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.
This vacation home has one of the best locations available, which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park and a short walk to fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's Hideaway Park amphitheater area. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The pictured swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center (OFFSITE) with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability.
