This house is gorgeous outside and the pool area is amazing, but the design is really difficult for a group of friends. It doesn't have a 1/2 bath or any bathrooms outside of bedrooms. I think it's best for families and was poorly designed for a big group of friends. friends are walking in / out of each other rooms all day and in the night to use th bathrooms. It also lacks storage, so things like the broom / vacuum are in someone's room instead of a central place. The air conditioning was iffy and the main room didn't cool down, the hot water wasn't hot enough for all of us to shower and the stove was inconsistent - it's a cooktop and it kept cutting out for our chef. We had an amazing time, but the layout of the house and the functionality of the above were slight challenges.

We had a wonderful time at Beau Soleil. The property was beautiful and well-appointed, and the property owner and manager were helpful and kind. For planners, the house had a very user friendly app with recommendations for activities, restaurants, and advice, which we relied upon and proved to be very useful. Definitely highly recommend this beautiful home and community!

Rob and Karen have a gorgeous home! We have traveled as a family to many places and have learned over the years what to look for in a house to fit adults, children and babies. Beau Soleil has everything we desire in a vacation home. The layout of the house with 6 separate bedrooms, four of those being suites with their own huge bathrooms, plus an enormous great room with kitchen, dining and living areas that look out on the back deck and patio with pool and the ocean beyond are amazing. There are tons of dishes, silverware, utensils, towels, beach towels and all the appliances you use at home. Many houses don't come supplied for the number of people they sleep. The beds were awesome, we all slept well. They even have pack n plays for the babies. Both Rob and Karen, as well as Samantha, the house manager, were always quick to respond to my many questions. The excursions they recommended were exactly what we were looking for. We made sure to spend half the day at the house each day enjoying the beach and pool and spa there. Being able to go straight from the pool to the ocean and back is so much fun. And there was always beach, even at high tide. It was windy during our stay so we had zero bugs! One thing that we didn't do that I would recommend doing is to have Samantha shop for your group ahead of time. The markets are not what we are used to here at home and there definitely aren't fast food places anywhere on the island. Restaurants are limited so cooking is a good option.

What an exclusive and beautiful property! Everything we had hoped for and more for a family vacation! The house is perfectly designed for large groups. 3 bedrooms on each side of the house with the kitchen and great room between. Ample room for privacy.
There was a constant slight breeze at the house which was lovely - kept the mosquitos away. We only experienced a few mosquitos on the last evening when there was absolutely no breeze, but even then it was not an issue. Just a couple of bites.
If the kids (ages 5 & 7) weren’t swimming in the pool, they were boogie boarding in the ocean directly in front of the house. We took them out to the little reef on the paddle boards and they were able to snorkel and see all sorts of fish. They spent endless hours looking for hermit crabs and other beach treasures. It was fun to watch them explore while the adults relaxed with drinks in hand.
We only left the house one day to travel to Cocoplum beach where we found countless sand dollars! We only kept 3, but it was so fun snorkeling for them! That’s how much we loved the house! No need to go anywhere else … we were in paradise!

There are not enough adjectives to describe this beautiful house. This was our 2nd time staying at Beau Soleil and it was as perfect as the first time. There is so much to do in Exuma so coming back was an easy yes for us. This house was beyond perfect for us and our friends, very spacious and each morning every one woke up refreshed and said how very comfortable the beds were. Sam and Emmitt are top notch and available with help when you need it. They are so friendly and made our stay even more pleasant with their recommendations. If you are looking for a spacious house with everything you will need, this house is it. I can not wait to come back Rob and Karen, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had the best time.

We came for my 60th birthday with our 4 adult children and spouses. It was a perfect property for this!! Sam the property manager was extremely helpful responding immediately to all my Whats app inquiries. She even brought cupcakes when she heard it was my birthday. We loved the private chef—best food on the island. The pool and beach were wonderful. I think just hanging out on property was everyone’s favorite but we did rent a boat and enjoyed finding private beaches and exploring as well. Wonderful week in a beautiful location

This was our 3rd trip as a group to Exuma and maybe our best yet. The house handled 8 of us well, and the layout was a little different than the others in a good way. Great location, near airport but on a private road which was nice. Pool was amazing, beachfront with easy access.
Sam was great to work with, welcomed us the first day and was responsive whenever we had any questions.

We chose to go to Exuma because I found this house on VRBO. It had the perfect set up for my family traveling with 3 year old and two 1 year olds. We needed six rooms, pool with umbrella and large tanning ledge, easy access to the beach. The house did not disappoint! It had everything plus more than I could have asked for. One of the best things was the fact it had hair dryers, robes, shampoo, etc like staying at a hotel but the space and privacy of a house. The house also had two cribs, high chair and toys! It was so nice to not have to pack every little thing. The house is located in a good area, close to the airport and other great beaches. Close enough to Georgetown.

We had a 3 generation family reunion for a 50th birthday with 10 people. The house was perfect: big dinners indoors or out on the deck; evening games in the living room; the swimming pool and beach waves for the teens; the winning pool for our mother who doesn’t have the balance for the beach/ocean. And the 6 bedrooms including bunk room allowed for all of us to stay and have individual rooms.
The owners and managers were prompt with communication and very friendly.

We just returned from our stay. The house is actually more beautiful in person than the photos, which was a wonderful surprise! The house was immaculate, and very well appointed. Everything you need for your stay. We had 8 adults and 5 children 2 1/2 and under. They were busy all day and crashed into bed every night. The adults loved the pool area and hot tub. We had dinner catered in by Chef Adalaid on our last night and she did not disappoint. Highly recommend her as well. You will not regret staying here looking out at the beautiful pool next to the sea. We will be back!

Absolutely breathtaking house . The views were incredible . My family spent their days alternating between the pool and gorgeous ocean . The house was in tip top shape and incredibly clean . Very well maintained. The beach was completely empty it was our own little paradise . Communication with the owner was great . I don’t have a negative thing to write . Ohe of our best vacations! I recently celebrated my 40th birthday with nine of my closest friends in Exuma, Bahamas.
We chose this property for our stay and we were blown away by its beauty and comfort. The house is spacious, elegant, and well-equipped. The backyard is a paradise with a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a direct access to the beach. The water is bluest I’ve ever seen. We felt like we had our own private resort.
The house manager was amazing. She helped us with everything we needed, from grocery shopping to arranging local chefs to cook for us. She even surprised me with a delicious cake from a local baker for my birthday. She also helped us book a massage therapist to come to the house and pamper us.
We also had a lot of fun exploring the island and its attractions. We swam with the pigs, fed the iguanas, and snorkeled in the coral reefs. We visited the Chat and Chill, a beach bar and restaurant where we had some food and drinks. But honestly, the best part of our trip was spending time at the house. It was the perfect place for a birthday getaway.
I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We have several vacation properties of our own and I really appreciated the communication from the owners and property manager. Thank you for a fantastic stay to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday. The cake was a special touch as well as all the amenities to the home. We especially enjoyed Chef Gavin & Chef Mama for some wonderful in home meals. The stocking of the fridge prior to our arrival was greatly appreciated. This is the most amazing place I’ve ever been, we truly felt like we found paradise. The photos on the listing are 100% accurate and it’s even more beautiful in real life. The color of the water and pristine beach are unlike anything we’ve seen before. The house is also gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. We had a group of 4 couples and everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of friends or family, with extra bunk rooms for the kids. The beach was so private, we only saw other people one day we were there. There are 2 reefs right out in front of the house and we enjoyed snorkeling (all gear provided by the house). Pool/beach equipment was amazing, everything you could possibly want. The location of the home was perfect: off the main road, close to the market, resorts, and airport. We went to Georgetown for dinner and Exuma water sports for a boat tour, and it was centrally located for both. The property managers were delightful and attentive. We could go on and on about this place as it was absolutely perfect and we are already planning our return trip! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

The house is perfection. 180 degree views of the ocean from the front rooms. Bedrooms exactly as described and with very comfortable beds all around. Ample towels (bath and beach) and set up couldn’t have been better for two families with kids and adults alike. Bring bug spray — the no-see-um bites are super itchy. And a jeep rental is a good for the roads. Local restaurants we loved included CocoPlum bistro and Palapa among others. The full day Reel ‘em in outing to swim with the pigs and sharks and visit the iguanas and the grotto “cave” was excellent — a highlight for sure. All in all a really wonderful escape to the most gorgeous tropical waters!

I rented this property for my bachelorette party with 8 girls. We had the most amazing time enjoying morning walks on the beach and afternoons sunning by the pool. The app that comes with your stay is super helpful in booking excursions, restaurants and transportation. Highly recommend Exuma Watersports for the Swimming Pigs and Gully's Taxi service!

The house was just as described. Amazing views, private beach almost, gorgeous waters, very cool back porch and pool area. The house is split up in almost 2 sections with 3 bedrooms on each side with the kitchen and living room in the middle. We would definitely stay here again. We had 11 people and all comfortably slept. The house manager and owners were very helpful with any questions we had. You feel like you’re in another world.
A couple things to note:
-if you are renting a car, get a Jeep- the road to the house isn’t paved and almost like terrain. It is rough! And the roads throughout the island are not great.
-bring bug spray:the flies and sand knats are BAD!
-the grocery stores doesn’t give you bags, so bring some.
Other than that—-it’s a dream!

Everything was clean, as pictured online, the owners were amazing at communicating from the time that I booked until we arrived on the island. Such an incredible beach house!!! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. The house is stocked with everything you need, from sand toys, scuba gear, kayaks and paddles boards to a well stocked kitchen and supplies.
We celebrated my moms 80th birthday and she must have said 1000x how amazing the house and island is!!
We had plenty of space for our party of 11! Having a chef and a full boat day were our other highlights but if you ask anyone in our party the house was top of our favorites!!!

This was by far the most turnkey ready, fully stocked, and prepared house we've ever rented! The house is unbelievably prepped for all your rental needs, from snorkel equipment, Sonos music, a local helpful staff to help if/when things go sideways. The pictures don't do the house justice and the snorkeling, yards from the shore, had some of the most amazing coral I've seen in the Caribbean!
Our stay was in early June and Great Exuma had had 24+" of rain in May and first half of June. Unprecedented, decade high level of rain, and the island infrastructure was challenged during our stay. Some of the roads were flooded, but generally passable. We lost power multiple times, but the whole home generator didn't miss a beat keeping the AC running, the refrigerator making ice, the blender running, hot water flowing and the pool still filtering! We still had enough dry days to have an absolutely amazing time with the family and friends. The house provided ample space for us to be home bodies for a couple days of rain and still have fun.
Lastly the owners really make an effort to make a difference and reached out personally prior to our stay. They have an app they send you with every detail about the stay, including emergency contacts, house operation, things to do and see, etc.
I would recommend the house to anyone planning to visit Great Exuma Island!

Wow! This house and location were way beyond my expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is stunning and has an incredible reef to snorkel just a few yards in. The pool is gorgeous and is the perfect place to take in the view. The house was very clean and fit our family of 12 well. The house is located in a great spot on the island- close to groceries and a middle point on the island. We did a full day, private excursion with Exuma water sports and saw so many incredible parts of Exuma and the surrounding islands. We hired Chef Gavin two different times and the meals were exceptional. Sam answered any and all questions within minutes and was super helpful. The house was fully equipped with plenty of water equipment and the beds were so comfortable. 10/10!

There is no way to put into words what a wonderful time we had. This house was spectacular and the pictures do not do it justice.
