Casa Mary is the newest luxury beachfront home, with all the amenities and toys you need to have a great vacation with family and friends. Located on one of the finest beach in Great Exuma (Jimmy Hill), with miles of walkable white sand beach. If you enjoy walking on the beach how about heading north for an easy 30 minute walk to enjoy the unparalleled beauty of the legendary Three Sisters Rock. It is said that just a glimpse at these rocks can spark romance and magic.
Location, location, location! Only 2mins drive from the airport, 15mins to Georgetown, 1min from gas station and 10mins to the award winning golf course at Sandals Resort, recognized as one of the most scenic ocean-side courses in the world.
You can find Casa Mary at the end of the cul-de-sac in Sandy Lane off the main road, where your kids are safe to play outside any time of the day. With its majestic wooden fence and Coconut Trees that welcomes you to your secluded private piece of paradise.
This beautiful property has 4 bedrooms(master suite, junior suite, queen bed suite and bunk bed room) with 3 1/2 bath in the main house (the queen bed suite and bunk bed room share a bathroom), and a 1/1 Honeymoon suite bungalow style equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The house has central AC and each bedroom and bungalow has its own AC split unit. There are also 4 smart TVs 50"+ including a 75" in the living room. Complementary ultra fast high speed internet, HD Cable TV with many channels and also Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV, etc.
The kitchen has a big island where everyone can gather around. It's fully equipped with all the cooking gadgets, gas stove, wine fridge and the best perk is the ice maker, yes ice maker! you will thank me later once you see the price of ice bags.
The laundry room is equipped with not one but two washers and two dryers, and an extra refrigerator for your water bottles and beers.
What can I tell you about the views?
From the moment you walk up to the front porch you will be hypnotized by the turquoise water on the other side of the glass. Walking out to the deck you see the infinity pool overlooking the white sand beach and gorgeous water. Also, sitting on top of the beach is the breezy gazebo, perfect to enjoy your coffee in the morning, a glass of wine or just some quality time and conversation.
Did I mention quality time? How about awesome time, sitting in the Hot Tub looking at the ocean, or kayaking or paddle boarding to Duck Cay, this beautiful island right in front of you( 30 minute ride on a kayak). All of this while dad and uncle grill some burgers in the outdoor kitchen. The patio area is perfect for Alfresco dining with an ultra long table that sits up to 12 people.
And don't forget about the fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying a glass of wine at night.
For the more active kids and adults, how about a game of basketball? Yes, we also have a basketball hoop in the front yard, and a sand court to play badminton, sand volleyball and even soccer. For those family game nights, we have many board games including dominoes, monopoly and poker for those that mastered the poker-face.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mary. The house and beach were perfect for our group. We had everything we needed and lots of extras - the ice maker, extra washer/dryer, snorkel gear to name a few. The hot tub needed repair but we didn’t miss it with the beautiful beach and pool. Julie and Spence were responsive before and during our stay. We enjoyed staying local just as much as venturing out - everyone loved the trip!

Where should I start? We arrived at Casa Mary and were blown away by the house but more so by the gorgeous view!! This home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space cannot be beat. The gazebo is the perfect shaded place to enjoy a good book while listening to the ocean waves. Everyone loved the pool, and with plenty of seating, we spent most of our time outside. Bedrooms had their own bathroom and another 1/2 bath down the hall from the laundry room which houses a double washer and dryer. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes an ice maker. We used the outdoor grill to fix several meals we bought at the butcher shop down the road (including fresh caught grouper and lobster tails). The owner is very responsive as well as the property manager. We swam with pigs, snorkeled, rented jet skis and enjoyed lots of time together. Casa Mary was the best!!!

This house is unbelievable and worth every penny! We'll be back! It is right on the beach but the house itself could entertain for days even without the beach. The teenagers loved the pool and I loved my afternoon hammock nap and morning walks on the beach. We went on a couple of half-day boat tours which were fabulous. Spent a day at Chat-n-Chill and loved relaxing at Hoopers Bay. All of Julie's recommendations were wonderful. Exuma is paradise and Casa Mary is the icing on the cake!

We have been to Exuma multiple times, this experience by far was the best! Casa Mary is the only way to go if you want a perfect getaway for family or friends. All you need is a new pair of flip flops and you’re ready! We will definitely be coming back!

Casa Mary was everything and more that the listing and pictures share! The house layout is fabulous for a large group. It gives everyone space and privacy.
Julie was helpful in every sense! She answered all our questions and provided great information and recommendations. Spence, the property manager was quick and helpful to respond when needed.
The view is simply amazing from every location in the house. The outside area is accommodating for everyone. Shade, sun, chairs, lounging chairs, umbrellas, pool, firepit, and just a few steps away the ocean!
The inside is stocked with every need. A really nice amenity that gave us peace of mind while we were out exploring was having access to safes around the home. We were able to comfortably leave our sensitive documents and extra cash without worry.
Although we packed shampoo, conditioners and soaps, Casa Mary had all of these! What a nice thought.
We all enjoyed the double washer/dryer much more than we thought. We tried to pack lightly and needed to refresh some clothes. Having two washers / dryers really made washing quick and easy. Hardly a time-stealer!
Not only did kitchen have everything you could need, all the cabinets were labeled so we knew where to find things and put them back! Super thoughtful. The large ice machine - WOW!
There was an "all the things" closet outside which contained beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels/masks, coolers plus more! Everything you could need right at your finger tips.

This house has it all! If you're looking for a house with all the amenities, perfect location, views and a fabulous beach, you need to stay here. My group of 8 adults stayed here in April 2024 and we absolutely loved it! I am unsure how many times someone in our group commented how fantastic the layout of the house is and how the owners really thought about every detail when they built the house. We hired a private chef one night who had never been to Casa Mary before, and he even commented how fabulous the house was and how the kitchen had everything he needed. Communication with the owners and the house manager was super easy. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Exuma and would not hesitate to book this house again!

We enjoyed 5 nights at this beautiful property with a group of 10 adults. House was as listed, right on the water and had many amenities. Kitchen and laundry was well stocked. Unfortunately, the weather was very windy while we were there which made it hard to be outside. Inside, the comfortable seating in the living space was a little tight for our group. Probably not an issue if you’re able to spend more time outside.
Most unfortunately, the hot tub was not really working during our stay. It kept completely draining due to a leak and blowing a breaker. The pool was too cold to use without the heater running and that kept stopping as well. So, we were unable to swim in the ocean or really use the hot tub or pool. The property manager did come check on things when requested, but unfortunately I’m not sure what he had what he needed to really fix the problem.
There was a liquor store and gas station right at the end of the drive, which was very convenient!
Overall, I would stay here again if the maintenance issues were addressed.

Such a beautiful home in a centrally located spot on the island! The layout of the house is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. Loved the fact it was set off the main road at the end of a cul de sac… and the views out the back can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend Casa Mary to anyone planning a special getaway to Exuma!

Casa Mary is the perfect vacation house for a large group. 5 comfortable bedrooms - one a bunk room with shared bath. Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and even had a caterer come in one night and she was impressed that everything needed was there. The large deck is wonderful for hanging out around the pool and enjoying meals. Although watch out for sand flies in the evening. We chose to eat inside in the evening because of them. The beach is lovely for walking and dipping into the water when calm. There are stairs part way down to the beach and then sandstone rocks to navigate the rest. Our elderly family members needed assistance over this part to access the beach. Over all would highly recommend.

This house is so phenomenal that we just came back from our second visit in 10 months. We brought our other side of the family this time, from grandparents to a 1yr old. Everything was impeccable yet again. The house is so well stocked that you have everything you could need - even a high chair and pack n play for the baby in the group. We will always recommend a stay at Casa Mary!

We stayed at Casa Mary the first week of February, The house was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations by far. The heated pool was a huge plus for us!!! The Wifi works on the entire property with out missing a beat which I guess is rare on the island. The Island lost power three times durning our stay which I guess is normal on the Island but the property has a whole house generator that runs the entire house, guest house, pool Equitment, hot tub and even the A.C systems in the house!!!! The beach in front of the house was great for swimming and using the house provided paddle boards and kayaks. We had Chef Dana Donuts come for dinner and breakfast durning our stay I would highly recommend her as well she prepares the entire meals right in the kitchen of the house nothing was pre-made. Our entire group of 7 people had absolutely no complaints on anything at all on the entire property everything is top notch! we definitely will be back for sure!!

Exuma is the most beautiful island we have ever visited. The water is amazing, and Casa Mary was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the hot tub was such a blessing at night! We rented a boat and had so much fun exploring around the island. Communication with the owner was so easy! This was all around such a wonderful vacation for our family!!

We loved staying at Casa Mary. It is a beautiful home that is centrally located on Great Exuma. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy. At one point the grill was out of propane and the property manager was there in half an hour to change the tank. We stayed with multiple small children and we loved how heavy the back door to the pool was for safety reasons. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This house is quite nearly everything the listing shows and was such a great vacation for our family of adult siblings and kids. The pool is the perfect size for little kids to splash and the adults to relax. We loved the variety of seating outdoors. The bedrooms were well designed, spacious, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable!
The location of this house is wonderful. Situated less than five minutes from the airport and in the middle of the island, it’s so easy to get around while you beach hop or check out the local restaurants.
Unfortunately there was a large storm that blew in at the start of our trip which seemed to cause most of the appliances to act a little haywire. The hot tub would have been so nice to use!
We traveled with two toddlers, so safety was top of our mind. We were relieved to discover that the doors are insanely heavy and all lock high enough that curious hands cannot mess with them. However, the beach, which is mainly rocky and a bit precipitous to get to, is far better suited to older guests. No worries, there are so many beautiful beaches all over the island to enjoy, which Julie thoughtfully details in the welcome info.
Plenty of thoughtful touches throughout, like robes for our use and board games for the evening.

Our family had a great time at this beautiful house! It is in a perfect location, close to the airport as well as George Town and Farmer’s Hill for grocery’s and restaurants. Julie provided answers to all questions all through planning and Spence was very accommodating while we were there. We will have the memories of waking up to beautiful ocean views from the house for quite some time.

The view the kayak, paddle board , pool we had so much fun and the kitchen! Although we were 12 we never felt crowded. Everything is incredible, rooms are spacious, bathroom incredible. Having 2 washer and dryer.

Our family spent a week at Casa Mary in September. We fell in love with the island and with Casa Mary. The views from the property are breathtaking. Home is fully equipped with everything you might need. Beds are comfy. House was very clean when we arrived. Julie was a great host. We will definitely be back! Simply glorious!

Casa Mary is phenomenal! Location is prime, just a few minutes away from the airport and stores. Pictures don’t do the property justice. The home is beautiful. We were a family of 8 that visited the property and everyone was very pleased. The home had everything you would need while on vacation, many types of kitchen items, ice machine, sunscreens and bug sprays, water toys, two washers and two dryers, etc.
The beds were extremely comfortable, this was the first time in so long that I had no back pain!
The beach…most days we had the beach to ourselves. During our entire stay we only saw 4 people on the beach or in the water.
While we were staying at Casa Mary we needed to extend our visit a couple of times and Julie made that process very easy.
Overall, I rate this property a 5/5 and would definitely book again while visiting the Exumas.

I’m that person who stresses and reads every review on every house trying to find the perfect one for our family vacation- well this house was a home run with everyone in our party ages 15-83! The location- so easy to find and easy to get to town or wherever you wanted to go and we rarely saw another person on our beach! The house was so comfortable- the beds, sofas, lounge chairs in the pool, you name it - this house was perfectly designed! The kitchen was well stocked for eating in and for having a chef come in and prepare meals. The house manager and owner were always available and made sure to check in and see if we needed anything! I can’t think of one thing i would change about this house and we really hope we can come stay here next year!

Casa Mary was even better than the description and pictures online. It was truly the perfect place for our family's vacation. Inside and out, this home has so much to offer. Beautiful views, many comfortable areas to relax and unwind, and a great location in the center of the island. Thanks to Julie for her outstanding communication before and during during the trip, to Nemiah for the onsite check-ins and to Chef Paul for an incredible dinner. Casa Mary had it all for our multi-generational group of 12! The house is thoughtfully laid out and every detail is well planned with guests in mind (Hellloooooo ice maker!). You can be at the house within a 5min drive from the airport and the fabulous view is staring you in your face as soon as you walk in the front door! The pool was perfect, the beach was pristine, and the hot tub (which I was certain I wouldn't use due to the heat) was lovely at night under the stars. One of our favorite parts was enjoying coffee and a book under the gazebo in the morning. The breeze from the water kept the bugs away, and the beach was lovely to walk up and down. We even tried our hand at the SUP and kayaks provided. Julie is a very responsive, thoughtful host, and Nemiah always made sure we had everything we needed (he even had our groceries stocked in the house upon our arrival!) 10 out of 10, we highly recommend Casa Mary for your next Exuma vacation. We will be back!

We had the best stay at Casa Mary! Everything about it was 10/10. Absolutely beautiful home, view was incredible, the back deck is a place you never want to leave and working with Julie was seamless.
We traveled with 5 kids under 5 and it was perfect to have everything we needed in our backyard - we even had jet skis delivered one day! Groceries can be delivered as well - so nice on the day traveling in!
The sliding doors are super heavy so the kids could not easily get out which was a win! and no stairs for kids to fall far distances :) We'd book again in a heartbeat.
Exuma is amazing - safe, beautiful waters, the people are kind, and some fun adventures but splurging on a house is WORTH IT because there isn't much you have to leave for, other than fresh fish and a boat tour or two :)

This home is absolutely amazing! And Julie was so great to work with - she was quick to respond to all questions leading up to and during our stay. She made great recommendations for us first-timers.
The floor plan of this home was perfect for our group of 10. There were tons of games to keep our kids busy, and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook at home every night. We also used Chef Paul (at the recommendation of Julie) for dinner one night.
The location down a quiet street was perfect with little kids. 5 mins from the airport and 15 mins to George Town. And steps away from a gorgeous beach that rivals all of the Exuma beaches everyone says you “must visit” while in Exuma. Although we ventured out to other beaches a few times, we were very content hanging at the house with the pool and gorgeous beach in our backyard.
