Relaxing at Dawn by the Bay will be new favorite past time when you vacation at this gorgeous 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home located on a quiet street in Surf City. Multiple outdoor spaces will provide ample places to sit in the morning sun and then enjoy gorgeous sunsets when the evening comes! The neutral colors and coastal decor will soothe the soul as you reconnect with family here! Three floors of living space is just what you need to enjoy wasting time here on Topsail Island!

Living and Dining:
The open floorplan on this second-row home ensures that everyone can be together while enjoying preparing meals or enjoying movies or games. Everywhere you look you’ll see lovely details and designer touches, creating the perfect coastal vacation spot. The bright modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters includes all the amenities you’ll need during your stay. The dining table seats at least 8, plus room for four at the counter, and two more at the island. The elegant living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs.

Outdoor Spaces:
Everywhere you look you’ll find the perfect perch on the covered porch or one of the five decks. On the street side there is a covered deck outside the living room, a partially covered deck with ocean views on the second floor, and a cozy covered deck with comfortable seating area on the top floor. On the backside of the house, overlooking the back yard, you’ll find two covered decks and one sundeck with sound views.

Wonderful place!!! Beach access was just a block away and the shops were just down the street!!! We had so much room in the house and plenty of beds for everyone! Nice quiet neighborhood was also a plus!! No traffic driving up and down the street, was able to enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony! Will definately use this place again in the future for our family vacations!!

Beautiful home and furnishings. So convenient to the beach but just far enough away to super quiet. It was the first vacation home we’ve had that we didn’t have to clean as we checked in. Only drawbacks were; a leak apparently from the third floor leaked down to the first floor where my infant granddaughter and daughter in law were staying, and no view of the ocean. But these are not dealbreakers. The management company responded right away for the leak and I didn’t really miss the views since we were so close to the beach. All in all. A GREAT place.

Even better than we imagined!

Even better than we imagined!

The house was larger than the pictures could really give credit to! It was beautifully maintained and VERY clean! There was almost no bugs or mosquitoes inside or outside the property which was awesome because we thought to expect that with the proximity to the beach and bay. Speaking of that, we were like 5 houses away from the beach or bay both ways! With the private beach access, we were never closer than 20 ft from someone on the beach and that's on the busiest part of the day. The beach was clean and the access point was well maintained! The kids loved the balcony access from their rooms, as did we! The house was fully stocked besides the linens as stated in the description so we actually brought more stuff than we really even needed! We had a few questions throughout the stay and contacted Ward Realty with a very quick reply every time! Overall, best rental we have been in so far!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stunning, clean, and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was one of the most well appointed we’ve ever experienced. The kids adored having tons of books to read and games to play. Even the adults found time to read a beach book or two :). We would stay here again without question! Our only issue was a mosquito invasion the first few days. They covered the walls in the main living area and we spent a long time trying to kill them. Eventually we purchased a mosquito fog and sprayed the decks and car port areas. This resolved the issue.
