Situated in the beautiful municipality of Arucas, this beautiful traditional Canarian villa can accommodate up to 10 people distributed over 5 bedrooms with double beds and 5 bathrooms with shower which 4 of them are inside the bedroom.
Finca La Casona de Abajo is equipped with a kitchen with all kinds of appliances needed for a pleasant stay such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils you may need. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house gives access to a wonderful terrace with private heated swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by sunbathing chairs.
Guests who book this holiday accommodation will have access to several lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas and a barbecue.
La Casona de Abajo is only 8 minutes by car from the beaches of the area and only 15 minutes from the famous Las Canteras beach in the capital of Gran Canaria.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.
The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th and 5th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 9-10 people.

Pool Features
Rectangle-shaped, Wooden steps ladder to access the pool border and stainless steel ladder to get into/out of the pools, heatable with a surcharge, 7 metres long, 3 metres wide and 1,40 metres deep
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00
** Between 22:00 and 00:00
** Between 00:00 and 01:30

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:00 and 01:30 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:30 and 22:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
