Our hostess puts great effort into ensuring the comfort of her guests. We were made to feel welcome in her lovely home, and she supplied a wonderful in-room continental breakfast. Convenient walking distance to everything.
There was absolutely nothing that detracted from our enjoyment during our stay. The charming hostess does a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Grace was super sweet and very accommodating… to the point of calling a local restaurant and asking for a certain dish to be prepared for me because I wanted to try it!! You can’t beat that 😁
Everything was great!!

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Beautiful room and location.

There was plenty of space; location perfect; comfortable beds. Although we never saw the owner, she was very helpful on the phone and her son was very friendly when he met us.
Breakfast was very DIY; we expected a bedroom and got more of a flat but there was a lot of heavy extraneous furniture so it felt slightly odd.

Great guest house in an excellent location. Grace was very welcoming and an excellent host. Highly recommended!

Grace is very lovely and provided so many nice touch in room. She is also always available to help.
Not dislike but good know: I stayed twin room. Although 2 beds, think it be very tight 2 people. Room is floor 2 with very narrow stairs. Also seem some repairs are welcome like in shower.

Everything else! Beautiful bedroom and adjoining bathroom with roll top bath in the middle, 2 sinks, shower and toilet. Fully stocked fridge of breakfast goods (as can't eat downstairs due to Covid). We preferred it this way and our wonderful hostess Grace ensured we had fruit, juices, bread to our liking and our preferred milk. We had access to WiFi and plenty of spaces to store clothes, if you wanted to unpack if you were staying for much longer. Location is a big bonus too. Parking is at the end of the road in a public car park which is chargeable from 9am to 6pm. So costs nothing to park overnight and any money you put in the machine from 6pm will be added on to your parking time from 9am. Pubs and shops in walking distance and Dover Castle was about a 7 minute drive away. Perfect 👌🏻
The road traffic was quite noisy as its along a busy stretch of road heading into the town centre. Perfect for location as everything is within walking distance but because it is a beautiful listed building, it has sash windows which doesn't really block out any noise. We were in the main front facing double bedroom. If you aren't too bothered about noise of traffic or are used to living along a busy stretch of road in your own home, then it wouldn't bother you.

Lovely host, comfortable beds, and clean facilities. The fruit and milk was a nice touch.
The room would benefit from double glazing to help cut out pub/street noise

Good location - close to town centre, the beach, the train station. Very nice owner who will do her best to make your stay pleasant.
We got lower ground floor (I didn't check this when I made the booking). It was ok, but if you don't want that - check with the property before booking.
