Für einen Zwischenstopp / eine Übernachtung ok

Lage war ok, man ist schnell bei der Fähre -wir hatten zwar eine Baustelle vor dem Haus, aber trotzdem eine Parkmöglichkeit- Wasserkocher, Tee etc. konnten auf dem Zimmer genutzt werden- Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht

Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein- die Lage direkt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Straße ( Fenster jedoch gut schließbar), etwas hellhörig, Haus ein wenig „in die Jahre“ gekommen

The stay was very nice.

The food was delicious and the people were very friendly and polite. The location was close to the train station and the taxi driver was very friendly.

The bathroom was a little small but it was ok since this was an older house.

We really enjoyed our stay with a very homely atmosphere. Everything was nice and clean, We had privacy, peace and quiet and of course a very lovely and friendly staff. Everything needed could be found into the room

Authentic B&B. Very nice hosts preparing with passion great variety for breakfast incl. lactose- and gluten-free. Perfect for a short stay before catching the ferry and to see cliffs and Castle of Dover

Shading of the room was not effective, so had early start in the morning, but this is rather my personal preference v

Lovely place, lovely room and outstanding staff. Very friendly and helpful. If either of us are in the area again, this is the place we'll stay. Can't recommend enough... Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Quiet overnight stay best location and accessible

We arrived late 9pm and had to leave early 5.30am owner met us on arrival and again on departure fanatic location for the ferry we had everything we needed for an overnight stay with quick get away the following day

Dover was not a planned part of our holiday but we are glad we got to stay here.

Great location very close to train station , staff were the best they were very helpful and went above expectations to make our stay nice. Loved the pub across the road.

Well located for our trip and visiting Dover. Staff were friendly and very helpful with amending the booking at short notice and with contacting me regarding lost property. Rooms and bedding were clean and as advertised. Thank you for accommodating us.

Great host and location

George the owner went out of his way to help me with various things when I wasn't well, I am so appreciative. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the station with the option of stairs or a gently sloping footpath and a few minuted from the town centre.

Cosy warm and homely B&B

George, his lovely wife and Jan have been very warm, welcoming and helpful. We feel right at home here. They were kind to let us deposit our luggage before check in and after we have checked out. That made our moving around in Dover so much more easier They upgraded us to a triple room, it is very clean. It has nice hot shower, firm bed, beverage and biscuits were provided. We will stay here again if we visit Dover again :)

great location, great place, comfortable and good value for money

It is a GREAT location, about a minute walk from the train station. The person who greeted us was really nice and informative. It wasn't a long walk from the restaurant center and you can get anywhere you need by foot which is great.

No luggage keeping. We wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours the next morning to walk around the city before we needed to leave but there is no one on facility to open the door between check out and check in time. But it was a really minor inconvenience

Our host was extremely helpful and even arranged the taxi to move our cases to the next hotel (we were walking).

It was very noisy for sleeping, although we did have the windows open.

Left my headphones there and they sent them back to me instantly

Curtains are way to thin so the room was super bright from 6am plus the stationed train outside would make a buzzing noise every min and keep me awake so only slept 3-6am so ended up just leaving real early

Excellent, basic accommodations. Clean and great price.

Full English breakfast was excellent. The location was great, walkable to Dover Castle where we spent most of our time. Room was basic but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was great and offered lot's of tips on how to navigate the area. Very happy with our stay.

The location, its near to the station and a descent distance from the city centre. The host is quite lovely as well.

Bed is very hot due to the plastic cover, room needs to be sound proof (I can hear my neighbor's snore)
