ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD :
The condo is located at the heart of The Village, one of the oldest downtown neighborhoods in Montreal, built in the middle of the 1800s. It’s streets are lined up with trees and historical 3-floor stone or brick houses topped with slated roofs and window dormers. There are numerous old horse carriage doors, alongside more recent buildings and stunning murals. The neighborhood is sprinkled with manicured city parks and playgrounds, old schools and churches, and laced with large backyard alleyways mainly used as gardens. The history of the neighborhood and of its residents is told at the Musée du fier monde, located on the same street as the condo.
This hip area is composed of an ethnically diverse population including young families with kids, white & blue collar workers, retirees, old and recent residents, LGBTQ2S persons, and students of the nearby Université du Québec à Montreal, all living in harmony. Three main roads cross the Village: first, Sainte-Catherine St., which is the main shopping and entertainment strip of Montreal. Second, Ontario St., which is mainly filled with all types of specialty food stores. Lastly, Atateken St., mainly known for its antique shops, designer stores and art galleries.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay in this location. It was very close to the metro, it was a close walk to Old Montreal, and the neighborhood was great. We would happily stay here again!

We loved staying at Réjean's place for our trip to Montreal. Being close to Rue St Catherine was a fun location (especially in the summer when it's pedestrian only), and it's so convenient with being a less than 10 min walk to the metro station. Réjean was a wonderful host and the place was perfect for what we needed. If we visit Montreal again, we would absolutely stay here again!
4.9
Fabulous host. Had everything we needed. Great location. Couldn’t have been better.
4.9
This condo was perfect for our needs. It’s got anything you would need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is a delight, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great for walking many places and transit options are nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
4.9
Very roomy, clean condo in the heart of the village. Rejean was easy to communicate with and very helpful. All amenities were just as described. We loved coffee on the terrasse every morning. 1 km from the place de arts, walking distance from the river and plateau. Highly
recommended, we hope to come back.
4.9
Really lovely and clean, plus a straight shot down to Old Montreal. We had everything we needed and Réjean is a stellar and super responsive host. The patio out back is a superb bonus and the tea shop next door is great! We would absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was so clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Our host was amazing. He met us personally upon our arrival and showed us the property and answered any questions we had about the area. He even researched the information we needed for one of our planned activities and left us an anniversary card and candy as we were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. He always communicated with us and answered my text messages right away. I highly recommend this property and host.

We had a fantastic stay in Réjean’s condo! It’s in an excellent location for exploring the city. No need for a car when you stay here. There’s a subway station just 2 blocks away, bicycle rentals in several spots around the neighborhood and easy walks to restaurants, markets and shops. The condo has everything, Réjean is an amazing host! The kitchen has all you need for cooking/eating meals -there’s spices/seasonings in the cabinet. He even has extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something. The outdoor deck was an extra bonus! We enjoyed having coffee there each morning. Excellent spot for experiencing old Montreal and popular places! This was easily one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in!

Very clean and comfortable stay.

The property is very inviting and well maintained. The owner is just a “text” away and helped us with any questions we had. I would rate him 10 stars out of 10 stars!
The city has excellent restaurants and things to see and do.
All in all it is a wonderful vacation!!

Everything from booking this property, to pre trip communication with Réjean, check-in, stay, and check out was a breeze.
Location: Located in the Village on a quiet street was ideal. Quiet area day through night (we could have our bedroom windows open to let in the fresh air and not be disturbed by outside noise. Located walking distance from the metro, old Montreal, St. Catherine St. Grocery stores etc...
Property: As described. Can be configured as a 1 or 2 bedroom suite. Excellent amenities all around. We especially appreciated the kitchen and being able to grab essentials for breakfast. It's also decently equipped for cooking (dishwasher was a welcomed touch) In-suite laundry, awesome shower, comfortable bed, and two TV's with Netflix, Prime etc...
Host: I can't say enough good things about Rejéan. He kept in communication until our arrival, gave us a tour and gave us an excellent listing of recommended places to eat, Montreal highlights etc...and was otherwise hands off unless we reached out to him with a question or to ask a favour. He always responded right away, and was willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as best possible. Thank you Rejéan!!!

We enjoyed our short stay. Réjean made himself available when we arrived and went through everything.
The apartment was clean well equipped and comfortable.
We would definitely stay again if we return to Montreal.

We were provided the perfect place from which to venture out and enjoy all of Montreal! The condo is comfortable, exceptionally clean, and is convenient to the metro and therefore all of the city! Highly recommend! Thank you, Rejean!
4.9
The property was perfect for our trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
4.9
This condo is exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for us for our visit to Montreal. Rejean is a perfect host. From start to finish everything was flawless. The location is wonderful with many points of interest, restaurants, shops etc. within walking
distance, and there are two Metro stations nearby to get you everywhere else you might want to go that is too far to walk. The Metro is easy to navigate and affordable. Lots of useful information is provided at check-in. Highly recommend.
4.9
Rejean is a wonderful host. Met us upon our arrival to show us around the condo and left us with neighbourhood instructions which was very helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for our 4 night stay in Montreal. Close to many excellent restaurants, the metro station and all that Montreal has to offer. We would not hesitate to recommend Rejean’s condo to friends and family.
4.9
Host was courteous and prompt, gave tour of condo which is thoughtfully equipped (so nice to have napkins for once!). Had a comprehensive and well thought out list & map of 4 block radius covering everything you can imagine. That was exceptionally useful to a non-local. As seniors with a fading sense of balance, a safety bar in the shower would be nice, but not everyone needs that. We would jump at a chance to rent this property again if we return to Montreal.
4.9
It was a home away from home. Very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet. An easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc. ReJean was a wonderful host. Be sure to check out the old part of Montreal. You will be staying in a foodie paradise.
4.9
This unit was perfect for our stay in Montreal. So clean, spacious, and quiet. The location was close to 2 metro stations, which we used to get around the city. Rejean was very responsive to any questions or requests we had.
4.9
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised. Near everything. Excellent.
Rejean, the host, was EXCELLENT.
I strongly recommend this condo.

I loved this rental so much I felt I could have lived there! Everything was top quality and it was totally immaculate. It has a lovely back deck where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening dinners. It was in a very quiet neighborhood which was very centrally located. You can walk to most things and the subway was also very close. There are great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, a lovely park a few blocks away, lots of shopping and nightlife. I can’t understand why anyone would want to stay in a hotel! The host, Rejean, was even the nicest and best concierge you could hope for, so accommodating and helpful. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
4.9
My son and I stayed here on a recent trip to Montreal. The condo is exactly as described. We were so pleased with the convenient location - less than a five minute walk to the metro and within short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and groceries. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet! The host is lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
4.9
Loved the condo! Spacious, clean - felt like home. Rejean greeted us personally and provided overview. Walked everywhere! Close enough to river (brunch cruise), Sainte-Catharines Street (non stop people, shopping, food/drink), Place de Arts (live music). Old world charm mixed with new…Montreal is a fabulous city to visit and this is the perfect place to stay!! N&T
4.9
The condo was in a great location. Close to everything but very quiet. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The host Rejean was great. Friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!
4.9
The apartment was exactly as advertised and was comfortable, nicely decorated and is conveniently located in Montreal!
4.9
We loved this beautiful little apartment. It was immaculately clean and we enjoyed the little terasse at the back. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail or dinner after a long day of sight-seeing. The apartment was quiet and yet still close enough to all the major attractions in Montreal.
The neighbourhood had great cafes, restaurants and parks all close by. I would strongly recommend L’Oeufrier (breakfast/brunch), Le Blossom (sushi) and O’thym (gourmet sharing plates). All are within a couple blocks.
Rejean was a fantastic host. Very friendly and accommodating. Quick to reply to all of our questions and happy to make recommendations.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home away from home for their visit to beautiful Montreal.
4.9
The apartment was exactly as listed, clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with plenty of places to eat within an easy walk. We took advantage of the parking at the apartment and used the Metro to get around. It was great that there are two stations within 5 minutes. Rejean was a fabulous host! He was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Next time we are visiting Montreal, we know where we will stay.
4.9
Cleanliness was excellent and host made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
4.9
What a wonderful place to stay in the Village. The condo was even better than the pictures. The owner was fabulous and wonderfully accommodating. We were able to walk everywhere. Best bakery, cheese shop, and tea shop nearby and downstairs. Everyone was so nice. Had a great time. Would definitely return.
4.9
Wonderful place and host! We would highly recommend - conveniently located within walking distance to many great places. And a parking spot is an extra bonus…worth paying the small extra. Beautifully decorated and offers anything one might need. We would definitely stay again.

The property is located on a quiet street and easy walk from Old Montreal and many attractions. The host was exceptional, meeting us and giving a tour, providing lots of information about the area and recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very well appointed with a wonderful deck, a large bedroom with many windows, a terrific kitchen with all appliances and even espresso, and a very nice living space. You can’t go wrong here; we definitely want to come back!

Réjean was an amazing host with an amazing property. This stay was hassle free as the host was always one text/chat away from any needs. It was also really beneficial that there were maps/to-do lists and spots to visit that were just in short walking distance. The atmosphere was clean and both my family and I would highly recommend if you plan on visiting the Montréal area sometime soon!
4.9
Our host was top notch on communications and suggested venues. Great apartment near the downtown area. Nice value, super clean and well provided with all the amenities, especially the kitchen. We prepared most meals from excellent nearby grocery stores. We also liked the outdoor terrace when the weather cooperated.
4.9
Everything about this experience was wonderful! Rejéan is such a thoughtful and helpful host, who had great itinerary suggestions. The proximity of the condo to all metro lines was very convenient, and there were also many attractions within walking distance. The unit was spotless and well appointed. We would definitely stay again and recommend the condo to friends and family.
