About this cabin rental
Discover the perfect escape at our unique and charming cabin, nestled among Ponderosa, Juniper, Pinion Pine trees, Manzanita evergreen, Scrub oak, and sage. Experience glamping at its finest in this tranquil oasis. The cabin offers a private outdoor kitchen area, a shower house, a propane grill, and a cozy fire pit, creating the ultimate outdoor experience.
Located within walking distance to East Zion Trails and adjacent to the Ponderosa Ranch Resort, you'll have access to resort amenities for additional fees, while still enjoying the privacy and seclusion of your own retreat. With the East entrance of Zion just 20 minutes away, Bryce Canyon only 90 minutes away, and the Grand Canyon North Rim a mere 2.5 hours away, this cabin is perfectly situated for exploring the natural wonders of the area.
The Live Simply cabin, located on the East Rim of Zion, offers a unique glamping experience. This custom-built tiny cabin sits on three lots within walking distance of Zion, providing ample space and a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Immerse yourself in beautiful starry skies, cool evenings, and the majestic presence of tall ponderosa pines.
Inside the cabin, you'll find a comfortable king-size bed, a leather couch, and a bistro table for two. A small TV/DVD combo is also provided for your entertainment after a long day of hiking. Cooking takes place in the outdoor kitchen area, equipped with a gas grill. The Covered gazebo offers a cozy seating area, an outdoor sink, and a small mini-fridge. Enjoy your meals at the nearby picnic table, or relax on the large deck with its inviting sitting area, perfect for reading a good book or immersing yourself in nature's tranquility. For those nostalgic moments, gather around the fire pit and indulge in s'mores while reminiscing about your day's adventures.
The separate private bath house, located just 20 ft. from the cabin, features a vanity, toilet, and shower. Please note that hot water is limited as it is heated by a small electric water heater.
As water is precious in the high-desert, the cabin has a limited water supply filled from a well. While the cabin water supply is safe for all uses, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking purposes to ensure you stay hydrated during your desert stay.
The cabin is centrally located in Southwest Utah, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's incredible sights. From Zion National Park, which borders the cabin, to Bryce Canyon National Park (75 minutes away) and the Grand Canyon National Park (120 minutes away), you'll have endless opportunities for canyoneering, hiking, biking, sightseeing, and 4-wheeling adventures. Take your time to enjoy other nearby attractions such as Pipe Spring National Monument, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Grand Staircase National Monument, Gold Butte National Monument, Red Cliffs Recreation, Kanarraville Falls, and Lake Powell.
During the winter months, please note that the weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. The cabin is located on a well-maintained dirt road, but in winter, a 4WD vehicle with good ground clearance and chains is essential.

I went to both Zion and Bryce Canyon during my stay. The location was convenient to both and provided a private and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Would highly recommend!

A very simple, comfortable, and quiet spot to come back to after a day of hiking in Zion National Park. My son and I throughly enjoyed our time there and having the time to connect with each other. It’s such an amazing and beautiful area of the country and this property definitely helps you connect with it. We will never forget this trip we had together!

Lovely cabin at Zion. Comfortable mattress and clean property. Did have a few wasps spend the night with us but they didn't cause us any trouble. Perfect place to stay for our elopement!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this spot. Everything from the location, the attentiveness of the property owners, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stop on our honeymoon!

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. There are so many amenities. You really only need to bring the basics and food. We loved it.

Had a fabulous stay. This place is secluded and beautiful. A far more comfortable option than camping/tenting. It has a small outdoor kitchen and dining space, and a clean outdoor restroom with a shower.
Good for 2 people stay. I was there with my son, and we enjoyed our trip thoroughly.

This was the second place my wife and I stayed during our honeymoon. We enjoyed the local hiking and the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin. My wife appreciated the well equipped bathroom!

So glad we drove to the cabin before dark and had downloaded directions otherwise, it would have been a scavenger hunt.

Solitude at it's finest but close to everything. Will definitely be back.

Everything was clean and made for an excellent stay. Right outside of Zion and extremely convenient, yet still away from all of the people. The hosts were very communicative and everything was very easy and smooth. 100% recommend!

We wanted a weekend getaway to Zion National Park. We searched for the perfect quiet location for after a day of hiking. Live Simply fit the bill perfectly. A bonus was hiking to Observation Point from near the cabin. We definitely will come back!

Peaceful and quiet
Very quiet place had everything we wanted. Counted 11 shooting stars one night! Has to be the closest place to get to observation point. Would definitely come back!

Seamless communication with the host. Not far from the East Entrance to ZNP. The drive into ZNP from the East is Spectacular. There are two access driveways into the cabin. The second driveway past the Live Simply sign is better and allows for easier access to the cabin. We inadvertently left a pair of sneakers behind and the host was kind enough to mail them back to us. Nice little cabin. The outdoor kitchen worked out great.Thank you!

Live Simply, that's true!
The property was great. Two things, one, neighborhood kid nosie would travel (not much you can do about that) and I would put up insect netting around the outdoor kitchen to help with the fight against mosquitoes.

Beautiful and relaxing!
We had such a wonderful time staying in this quaint, quiet cabin/house. It was close to Zion and remote, making for a nice getaway. Hosts were amazing and provided so much helpful information.
