The living areas in this rustic, single-storey lodge is open plan with a kitchen containing an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with a Smart Freeview TV and woodburner. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front terrace with seating, an enclosed rear garden with furniture, barbecue and bike storage, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.2 miles, there is a shop and pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however, smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The property is accessed via an uneven track. Dogs must be always kept on a lead when outside. Forest Farm Cottage offers an unforgettable, rural retreat in Sussex.
