This home is not your typical Tahoe cabin, and emanates cozy home living rather than a stale rental. The interior design is unique and it is recently redecorated and remodeled with custom and antique furniture imported from Bali.
Look no further, this house has it all for you family or large groupl!!
Located on 3 acres at the end of a quiet and private a cul de sac, this home is luxury and modern mountain living at it's finest! Custom built, this gorgeous property offers clean lines and upscale details. Highlights include serene wooded views from the floor to ceiling windows, beautiful caramel colored concrete flooring and an open floor plan with private nooks throughout the home. This home's unique layout offers plenty of open gathering space as well as private secluded areas which is perfect for a large family or a few families to share. Overall very nice house with beautiful property backing to pine forest for nearly complete privacy. The house is spacious with nice size bedrooms. Kitchen and Great Room have plenty of comfortable seating. Hot tub is spotless as well as new gas grill. It’s about 35 min to Kings Beach House is lived in and could use some updating and repairs. Nothing that impacted the stay but would rate this 8 of 10 in terms of overall quality.

Very peaceful & wonderful stay! House is very nice as described. Convenient 10-15 min to down town Truckee. We were in from Northern VA. for a family wedding. It was nice to have enough beds and en suites for all of us:) pre teen to 76. House is nicely equipped with Kitchen necessities. Nice backyard area with a hiking path and we enjoyed the hot tub on the chilly evenings. Thank you for sharing your home. Shannon and Family

Had a couple of challenges with the hot tub but it was straightened out. Public spaces are well appointed and spacious. Nice large kitchen with a giant island which worked well for us as we all love to cook.

This home has everything you'll need for a relaxing, quiet stay. We've never seen such a fully equipped kitchen - made for seamless cooking and baking. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together. And the entire house is clean and comfortable. Property management and cleaning crew were so kind and attentive. We'll most definitely be returning!

Ten of us went up to Truckee for a ski weekend and LOVED this house so much. It is wonderfully laid out with amazing communal spaces. The kitchen was awesome for cooking at home (with two dishwashing machines!) and we had many cozy nights in front of the fireplace. Amazing home, great decor, perfect communal spaces. I can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful cabin!! The cabin was as great as the description: clean, spacious, beautiful, and well stocked! We especially loved the big kitchen that had every thing we needed. The big windows provided plenty of natural light. The cabin sits on a big lot so it was nice to be able to walk around in the back. There is a trail behind the house that we were able to go on for a snow walk. The cabin has a huge family room on the 2nd floor, which was really great for our infant daughter. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We plan on coming back in the future!

A huge blizzard left people trapped in this property, and the owner was unwilling to accommodate new dates for us and instead forced the tenants to leave into a blizzard and tried to force us to drive in. I pleaded for alternative dates to come so we could avoid all this trouble but was given no help and support, and instead, the owner's property manager tried to trick us into driving in a dangerous storm. This is immoral behavior, and I recommend this place be avoided. It has been a nightmare dealing with VRBO trying to retrieve the money. I hope my CC will prevail.

This home is exactly as pictured. Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and ready for us at check in. The book with instructions for the home and suggestions for the neighborhood was complete and helpful. The property manager Kristin was very quick with communication. There were no issues with the home. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The only issue was with VRBO. It takes 3 weeks after the end of the rental to receive the security deposit credited back to the form of payment. Putting that here so it’s not a surprise for anyone and hopefully saves you the time I spent trying to figure that out with VRBO.

A quiet mountain home, coffee in the morning on the back patio before the day starts. Visit the surrounding area… return home to finish the day again enjoying the spacious home, patio, hottub. Close to Truckee and Lake Tahoe for an easy commute.

The property is fantastic, located a short distance from Truckee and all its charming shops and restaurants. There is plenty of space for five families to spread out and enjoy common areas and separate bedrooms. In addition, the host is responsive and addresses questions promptly.

This is a wonderful property. Quiet and relaxing. Large enough that our large group could be together or spend time apart. Close enough to a really good local pizza place and small grocery store. Our family used this home as a relaxing place to rest during our daughter's wedding festivities.

The house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and 2 kids, plus dogs, so a pretty big group, but we also all need our space at times. This house allowed for that, plenty of space for everyone, plus a fabulous back yard. We all left happy and wanting more this morning. We'll be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. The great room is like a cathedral with floor to ceiling windows and is a wonderful gathering space for groups. The area is private and peaceful. We stayed here during an extreme snow storm so it was a little difficult to navigate some of the private roads leading to the house that were not plowed as often as the public roads but we managed to ski every day. The owner and manager were very responsive to our needs during our stay.

Very nice open floor plan. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice to have the space around the house to be able to do a little snowshoeing in the winter. Neighbors were nice when one of our parties got a little lost.

Upon arrival, the roads were paved and ready for us to pull into the driveway. When entering the home we experienced a cozy atmosphere, with a comfortable temperature of 68. Beds were comfortable and linen was nice and warm. Helpful binder placed on the island for any “unknowns” that you may run into with the property. Bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and disposable use items were available for use and an abundance of them were provided. Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the forest. Close to Northstar resort and a local general store for any last minute needs. We plan to stay again!

We were 10 adults and had a great stay - stylish decor, comfy beds, very well supplied kitchen which is great for cooking, and lots of space to relax and chat. 15 min drive from downtown Truckee, a bit longer to ski resorts.

A lot of our family had moved out of state this year so we decided to get away for Christmas. This home is gorgeous, and we are pretty sure the property is too, but the 6+ feet of snow that fell made it hard to appreciate it all. We had more than enough room for our group of 9 (ages 18-74), my mom is in a wheelchair and she was able to maneuver the first floor with very few issues. Communication with Karin, the property manager, was top notch. We can't thank her and the owner enough for working with us through the challenges that mother nature sent our way. My dad is pretty hard to please and he said he would book the place again.

My family recently rented this place for a 5 day vacation and couldn’t be happier. The house has tons of space and privacy but is still reasonably close to town, lakes, truckee river and much more. Communication with the owner and property manager was perfect. Would absolutely rent again!

This house is spacious, well maintained and sits in a beautiful setting! We had a small family reunion of 12 people from 3 yrs to adult. The kids loved the trampoline, plenty of areas to hang out together and unwind. The owner called to check in and make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again!
