In winter and if they addressed the rodent problem, it could be an amazing place. Views and location are stupendous, but we didn't get to enjoy any of that because we could not use the property the minute the sun came up because it was so hot. So disappointed.

Great views! Had a fun time with friends. Lots of space and very cozy.

The house is in need of some updates. We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Couldnt get in the front door from outside. But were able to get in vis the garage door.

This house had an extraordinary view of Sedona. The furnishings were outdated, however we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come here again and would encourage others to stay here.

Loved the living room, location & super views!

The location was perfect for our stay in Sedona. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house needs maintenance, the roof leaked a little and a few drawers were broken. The WiFi only worked occasionally.

The home is in maybe the best location in Sedona. That said, it is comfortably appointed with furniture, but may be a little rough around the edges for a longer stay (we were there six days). Needs some work on Kitchen Utensils and knives and a little more attention to small details like outlets, and light bulbs, and internet service

The views from this house are spectacular (5 star) but do not expect a luxury experience. For our group, the price was reasonable compared to other accommodations so we looked past the aged and well used amenities. The house needs some maintenance but the only thing we were really disappointed with was the fact that the grill was not usable. We also had to buy wine glasses as none were provided. A list of other maintenance items has been provided privately.

Beautiful house. Great location. Looking at dates for a 2nd trip out there!

The house was perfect for accommodating my family. It’s an older creaky house but it’s nice and relaxing. I like the down stairs bedroom separation. I’ll be back!

The house was good for my son and me. It would be great for a large group as there is tons of room. Great neighborhood, loved the sauna. Our only complaint was it is VERY dark. The pictures make it look bright and sunny inside and it most certainly is not. Also, lots of lightbulbs were burned out and unusable. You can't comfortably read a book in the lovely living room because it is just too dark. So while we enjoyed our stay, we were unhappy with all the burned out bulbs and dark atmosphere indoors. If the lighting is improved, it would be great.

We stayed here as a family this week and really liked the location. Great decor- very Sedona feeling. It had a big, open floor plan that allowed us to gather and chat. Fun room downstairs allowed our teens to all sleep in the same room. Very fun. Sedona itself was incredibly busy with no parking anywhere so it made it so nice to have a safe spot to be as a family.

8 Ladies on a Girls Trip. This one is all about location and the spaciousness of the house. Basement bedroom had some issues -Never got any hot water out of the sink. The shower also didn't work for the first 2 days we were there, the outlets in the basement bedroom are also a bit sketchy, falling out of the wall, some spark, some work some of the time . . . Couple of other issues - Wi-Fi very inconsistent. More than 1 hair dryer is needed in a house with this many beds. Not many cups/glasses either. The Location was perfect, the place is very spacious!!! Warning about walking, though, there is a VERY steep hill to climb back up to the house, so be prepared.

We loved the red rock views, watching the hot air balloons in the morning sunrise and the sunset views at night.

We loved the spaciousness, convenient location and gorgeous views that this home had to offer.

Four couples on vacation. Pros: centrally located, nice common space and great views. Cons: poorly stocked kitchen, mice in bureau, towels were wet when we arrived.

The sauna was nice. The house isn’t well maintained and the kitchen isn’t well equipped.

We absolutely loved our vacation to Sedona! And the house was pretty good as well. It does need a few upgrades, however. It rained pretty hard while we were there and found out that the roof has a few leaks in it. One being over the bed our girls were sleeping in. And it had a bit of a mouse problem. We had to put our groceries on the kitchen island because the mice would get into it if we put it in the cupboards. Also, the microwave would blow a breaker every time we used it for longer than 45 seconds, like for popcorn or something.
The house itself was very nice, however, and the location was perfect. The view from the from porch was amazing as it overlooked the town and had an excellent view of the mountains. It was a pretty nice house with potential to be perfect.

We had 3 families here and the house had plenty of space. The decor is dated and the kitchen was not missing some necessities.
The microwave didn’t work.

House could use some updates but the view was amazing from the living room. Great place for a large group.
