The hotel is new and therefore neat with additional extras. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing.
We were asked to sign up for the reward program but then could not claim our welcome drink at the bar. This felt a little underhand.

Great location. The roof too restaraunt and bar was very nice.
I was not expecting to pay an extra $20 per day for parking.

Hotel restaurant was very expensive and mediocre food and service. But STK is next door and other options nearby

Great location, rooms and food

The hotel is beautiful. The room was beautiful. The year round heated pool on the roof was amazing, we were able to use it in December and it was perfect!
The woman that checked us in was rude. We had prepaid for the room and they charged our card again, it took two weeks to get the money back. The resturant was poor quality and the staff was rude. My husband made special arrangements to have flowers and wine waiting for us in the room, he talked to a staff member three days in a row about this and was assured they would do this for him. It did not happen, at least he wasn't charged for it. Beautiful hotel, rude staff.

The place is beautiful. Excellent location. Way above my expectations for the price point.
Paid parking is always annoying. 40 bucks to park is a totally unnecessary added fee and the only negative of the stay.

Rooftop, cleaning staff.
Beds are to stiff for my lady.

Clean, well appointed hotel with good restaurants in facility. Bed comfortable, very nice bathroom, quiet in general. Well located downtown with easy access to interstate. Personnel very professional and vested in property. Roof top bar and light food great. We hit SLC in perfect weather and sitting outside watching the sun set after a long day of driving was very pleasant. Restaurant had great wine list, good food and quick service. Once again staff was excellent overall.
Rather awkward system for guests who were in the hotel to arrange reservations for restaurants. No concierge service and front desk staff did not volunteer to make this for us when we inquired. We were instructed to go to website and make reservation. I found this cumbersome. This is nitpicking but all other presentation of the hotel was so good I found it odd this was not a courtesy that was offered.

Love this hotel. My favorite in SLC. Nice rooftop bar. Nice restaurant on the first level. Overall amazing value for the dollar.
Parking is a bit of a pain.

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully appointed. Both modern and warm. There’s a variety of sitting and meeting spaces in the lobby. The rooftop bar has a cool vibe and lovely view of the city.
Rooms are designed with perfection. They are on the smaller side but everything is purposeful and functional. The art is interesting and hung well and the decor is elevated. Everything at the hotel felt clean and crisp.
The staff, from housekeeping to front desk and valet were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Service at the on-site restaurant was slow and clunky.

The location was great and double king bed room.
cold shower the first night and clogged toilets

this is such a beautiful, modern hotel with all the amenities that you would need. The front desk staff is very helpful. We will definitely stay here next time, we’ll come back to SLC.

The hotel is very funky and aesthetically pleasing to look out, the bed was comfortable and what you would expect from a hotel open on a week or so. The decor is very modern and has a Le Meridien "Feel"
The pool looks like it will be nice in warmer weather and the rooftop bar also looks like it will be great once opened.
All of my issues are about the service, perhaps they need a few more weeks to get their staff right, I will try it again because it has only been opened a week
Where does one start? We booked a King room and received confirmation of a King room, 1 week prior to stay upon check in we were told we had two beds, we said sorry thats not what we booked and she said yes it is, we then brought up the confirmation and she said oh you booked through expedia - they do that all the time (Expedia bookings beware) We said actually no we booked through Booking.com and she said oh they do it too. They had absolutely no king rooms so we ended up in a two bed room, no apology just attitude, anda patronising snare to book direct with them next time.
The room itself was on the tenth floor the windows were disgusting like a flock of birds decided to make these windows their communal bathroom.
The room did not have a coffee pot but had coffee capsules, we called and asked about a coffee machine and two hours later when they didn't respond we called again and they said oh we can't find one, no apology no suggestion of trying to fix the issue.
Breakfast, I asked for milk, my coffee came but not the milk, there were 6 wait staff on the floor standing around and so I asked again for some milk, 30 minutes later I asked again for milk. I am pleased to advise that after my 4th request someone brought me milk. Breakfast is not a buffet and there were only two other occupied tables with two guests and SIX wait staff.
I ordered the Beignets, Got a small plate with 7 squares of what looked like mini wheats, they were stale crusty textured like a cookie. After 24 hours of poor service and indifference from the staff I had enough so I complained and asked for a fresh plate of Beignets, to my surprise out came 5 fluffy Beignets triple the size of the stale shrunken ones previously offered. (Take note - don't like it send it back).
When checking out the check out staff who couldn't find a coffee pot for our room asked how our stay was, So I outlined the above. They gave us complimentary parking and Breakfast.
