Worst place I have EVER stayed in

Clean and tidy

The rooms were freezing - I asked for a double bed. Had a room with no windows. Had to move apartments 3 times - arrived home after a 15 hour day to find my mattress and sheets had been taken - no help available what’s so ever. Ended up leaving and getting a refund - terrible service which was shown on BBC news - DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION

Adequate flat for short stay customer service poor one to avoid because of this unless customer service improves.

Location was great for work and lots of places to eat out and about.

Customer service was poor we had a problem with bedding as not enough bedding was left for sofa beds or towels for the people staying I complained several times to be told it was I. Apartment which it was not then I was told they would drop off this did not happen so I had to buy extra bedding and towels. It’s a real shame as other than that it was good. Better quality bedding would be advantage as what was provided was of poor quality. Also a topper on sofa beds would be beneficial as they are very thin mattresses.

Wouldn't stay again.

No Breakfast provided, was kept up until 2am by neighbours each night.

Rooms not very clean, strong smell of cigarette smoke, very very noisy neighbours, poor wifi, and unhelpful hosts.

a nice 2 day break whilst boiler was fixed, only problem is been 3 days now and deposit not been return I can only hope

I will not be staying there again even with a discount

The room was positioned at the back of the weatherspoons pub…glass bottles being emptied into bins at 12am.Parking was diabolical, being trapped in by other vehicles…fire alarm going off at 1:30am to 2:45am, absolute joke !!!

This was a very enjoyable stay, Lovely apartment I was also in close contact with the owners who helped me so much and

everything very close ,train station high street and beach very near , bus station 10 min walk through the High St. the flat was modern comfortable and extremly clean, kitchen abf vathroom excellent lots of space to move around in

I stayed here 6 days ….outside was a tad tacky and parking spaces were locked!! no wardrobes or cupboards just a small bedside table note it would be lovely to have a full length mirror or a wardrobe with mirror

Nice enough flat, clean and new, but a grim location with no free parking.

It was newly refurbished, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed to use worked OK. The appliances were all new as far as we could tell.

This is a building of 12 flats above a disused office. The premises are accessed by a security buzzer system. The outer security door was wide open almost every time we approached it, so it stays open too long. The location is a very run down area and there is sea gull mess on every surface. Despite the advert, there is no free parking available. The parking is for 3 or 4 vehicles (for 12 flats) but there are signs everywhere saying the parking is reserved for someone else with threats of £100 fines etc. The nearest car park is in Bon Marche, which is only c100 metres behind the property. It was full once, but we eventually found a space. You cannot stop outside the front of the property as it is on double yellow lines on a three lane carriageway. There is only one mirror in the whole flat in the bathroom. The one bedroom has no windows. At the time of booking, this property was listed as being in Mettingham, but it is actually 15 miles away on the sea front in Lowestoft overlooking the dock.
