About this house rental
This is our family townhome with two levels of gracious living space- so this can be your home away from home.
Fully renovated kitchen with dual islands. 4 bedrooms and a 5th room designed as private office. Two living rooms and an open layout style that welcomes a gas fireplace and a dedicated dinning table and eating area. With 2 full bathrooms, both with tubs and showers- a private washer and dryer in a full laundry-room off the kitchen. We have an abundance of child ready materials - including a full sized baby/toddler crib within the walk-inclose (more like a mini room) off the 3rd floor Primary bedroom. We also offer private exterior space with an exterior weather couch, pergola - and ONE off-street parking spot.
Both living rooms have a TV with fire-stick and/or Roku. With an open layout dining room off one living room and the kitchen wide open to view the whole floor. Our TV is a Samsung hub (essentially a giant ipad), next to a gas stove and gas oven. Our dishwasher is quiet, over-priced, but never dries a single plate! Our laundry room is off the kitchen and private to you.

It was perfect for our stay in Boston. Plenty of room and the dedicated parking space was so nice. The host is very attentive and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay overall — Jenn was friendly and helpful, and the home was clean and good for a family with kids. We liked the location as well. We ran into a few instances of appliances needing maintenance, but it didn’t create much of an issue. Jenn was responsive in trying to get things resolved quickly as soon as we called something to her attention. The other tenants in the building were kind and considerate as well.

The home was spacious, with lots of bedrooms, closets and living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bathrooms were nice. Lots of towels, pillows and various amenities. The location is a 5 minute walk to the T, 10 minute walk to a playground, restaurants and Whole Foods, 25 minute walk to Harvard. Quick ride to various museums and historical sites. The hosts were very gracious setting up a crib and baby gate for us, and responding to our various questions immediately. Super easy check in and check out. All around, I highly recommend it, we would definitely stay here again.

We were a small group of family/friends in town for a reunion and we very much enjoyed this apartment. The owners were very responsive when the first person to arrive had trouble opening the front door. Overall, the apartment was exactly as advertised- the only discomfort was arriving to find most of the towels wet in the washing machine, which was incomplete, because the machine couldn't spin with the weight of so many heavy towels and sheets. I had to do the laundry essentially-- but once that was done, the stay was very pleasant.
