The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! It practically added another day to our plans. We did bring a folding table and chairs which allowed for more room for snacks and games. Highly recommend for a larger group including pets. The price was reasonable as well.

No dishes, glasses or silverware in the unit. There was mold on the carpet in the laundry room. Floors were dirty. This unit needs a standard table with seating for at least 8 people. There are also no end tables to set food or drinks on. It needs chairs around the fire pit, and it needs end tables. Sliding glass door is very difficult to open and the screen door had holes and kept falling off the tracks.

Check in was confusing. I emailed property manager several times about how to check in with no response. I finally called and left a message. Someone called me back with information. It was a little confusing as to where the office was to get our key, but we finally found it.
The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful.
The pool and beach were nice and there was evening entertainment.
The house itself lacked quite a few things. It had very few utensils. I was glad I brought my own. There are no cups, plates, bowls etc. House sleeps 18, but the coffee pot was a 5 cup pot. We brought a griddle and electric skillet and were thankful that we did. There were no end tables in the living room or bedrooms. The deck was a nice size but there were only 5 chairs. I'm glad we brought a few bag chairs. The rooms and bathrooms were a nice size and pretty clean. If you don't mind bringing a few things, it's a nice home that's not too far away from the main street and activities.

Our group of 17, ranging in ages from 2-77, really enjoyed our stay. Having access to the beach, boat pier, and pool across the street at the Delton Oaks Resort was a really nice perk for the young, old, and everyone in-between. We also appreciated being located near many of the Dells attractions. We had planned to cook our meals, so I’m thankful that I read other people’s comments about the house not having dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. We came prepared, but it would have been nice if the house had some of those items. We’ll definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Fantastic location, with awesome host like Allison, our trip started by checking in later then what I had originally planned, but Allison made it super easy for me to check in late hours. The house was very quiet, clean, and spacious. Allison and rest of the host were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Overall lovely experience! Sleeping arrangements were comfortable considering the group size we had (16 adults). Location is prime, the pool was very clean and firewood is included! The only small downside is the guests before us must of had pets as there was dog hair still present. Limited kitchen utensils/cookware so I recommend bringing your own if you plan on cooking often! Will recommend to friends and possibly book again!

Overall the property was in a great location and large enough to accommodate our family of thirteen. Having a full kitchen was nice although we had to provide all dishes, drink ware and silverware. Beds were comfortable and having three full bathrooms was a plus. The bathrooms were clean but all other flooring and carpets could use a deep cleaning.

The property was clean and the beds were quite comfortable.
However there were no end tables for putting drinks or food in the living room and no night stands in the bedrooms for putting items. There also were not toilet paper dispensers in bathroom which was inconvenient. The lack of any cooking utensils at all made it difficult to cook especially on the grill. Lighting in the living room made it difficult to read at night. The location of the TV in the living area made it hard on one's neck to watch especially for the children. IT was great location for reaching the activities in downtown Dells

I recommend this place for 8 adults & 7 kids. Stayed 3 nights during Labor Day weekend. Everything is fairly new & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kids said the two pullout beds were comfortable also. Location is quiet & 150 feet to Lake Delton & heated pool. Really liked the huge porch & how close we were to Noah’s Ark. A/C worked great, nice & cool. Also, the home is managed by Delton Oaks Resort which was very helpful with any miscellaneous things needed such as extra garbage bags, toilet paper, & utensils. Having 3 fulls baths was great, but only issue was running out of hot water when everyone decided to use all 3 showers at same time the first night. Would recommend to split shower times at night & morning so some family members don’t end up taking cold showers.

Super cool house, nice to have all the amenities available. Short walk to the waterpark and other attractions, great place to take a group.

Cozy house for family getaway
We stayed 3 nights in this lovely house and really enjoyed our time with our kids and friends. The place is spacious with huge deck and private fire pit! It is close to nature, we even saw a deer in the backyard. I would say the only inconvenience was not having enough utensils, you can rent few pieces from the office, but I would still bring my own coffee mug, plates (to warm something in the microwave), few spoons and forks, etc. Overall, we had a great time and are planning to come back next year 😀
