Our one-night stay at the supposedly serene Four Points turned into an ordeal from the moment we checked in. The evening began with the promise of relaxation after a long day on the road, but the peace was shattered by the incessant slamming of doors that echoed through the halls like a relentless drumbeat.
The hotel, advertised as a quiet retreat, was anything but. The architecture, or perhaps the negligence in maintenance, allowed every door closure to reverberate with such force that it felt like each one was right next to our room. No matter how tired we were, sleep was an elusive dream. We tried everything from earplugs to white noise apps, but the cacophony was unstoppable, penetrating even through the supposedly soundproof walls.
By midnight, frustration turned into a night of pacing and checking the clock, only to see the minutes crawl by. The noise wasn't sporadic; it was a continuous assault, with doors banging every few minutes. It seemed like every guest was up and about, either coming back late or leaving early, with no regard for the noise they were generating.
The next morning, we were zombies, sleep-deprived and irritable. When we spoke to the front desk about our sleepless night, the staff seemed indifferent, offering a weak apology without any real solution or compensation.

This was a very nice, relaxing visit.

The rooms were a little run down, a little dirty, not up to par so to speak. Pool area was not as shown , very run down . Jets I. Hot tub didn’t work, deck dirty and chairs were not good.

Workout room was nice. Convenient shopping adjacent to the hotel! And Starbucks! How could you go wrong? Pleasant weather and beach walk in the morning was the highlight of our stay here for one night.

We had an outstanding stay.
The hotel is close to everything and offers a shuttle to the cruise port.
The Starbucks is located in the lobby and opens at 6:00 am.
We grabbed our chairs and a cup of coffee and enjoyed an amazing sunrise.

Amazing staff. So friendly. Shannon was the sweetest nicest server we have ever had.

I liked the fact that it is walking distance from the hotel to Coco beach. The facility also has a store where rentals are available for e-bikes, body boards, beach umbrellas and chairs and other beach going items. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is the 3rd year straight that we have had an end of summer getaway.

This is a budget hotel with a fancy name attached to a ridiculous overpriced beach clothing and lousy restaurant. The musty carpets and tiny gymnasium at the parking garage entrance made my heart sink, the pool is spartan and inadequate for an overpriced alleged resort hotel (we paid over $300 for a one night stay and were very disappointed), no pool side service and if you think this hotel is beachside, you are mistaken, it is a bit of a walk with no hotel linked amenities, you're on your own. They will provide you a "discount" of 15% if you eat at their attached "Shark Bites" restaurant. DON'T DO IT. These people don't know what they are doing. We ordered a pizza which took well over 35 minutes and it arrived so overcooked and inedible we refused it and decided to leave but were still charged for their overpriced soft drinks and chips. The staff was not accomodating when I complained about the restaurant they recommended and did nothing to amerliorate that situation as if to say, "too bad for you." I would certainly avoid this place. It is basically an overpriced Motel 6 with a fancy name, BS beach merchandise theme and lousy restaurant.

Great for beach access and convenience of the cruise port.

The room was very spacious but the pool didn’t look at big as I thought. I feel like the hotel alone was too small.

Sheraton is a brand I trust and enjoy while traveling. The hotel and room itself was good. The restaurant in the lobby was great in terms of food, value and staff. I did not like the room was facing the inside the store with not sun! The pool is under the parking lot with no access to sun. I would only recommend this hotel for business travel. The front desk man refused to store my backpack in the storage room because he claimed not to have space.

Absolutely the worst $300+ per night hotel I’ve stayed in. At this price point you expect more.
Check in was quick and easy. Finding the room was a challenge, as you needed to swipe a room card in the hallway to get through the corridor door, but the card swipe wasn’t beside the door, it was several feet away on a column by the elevator.
My “suite with a view” was 2 queen beds and a couch, no bigger than your average Motel6 room, overlooking the inside of a retail shop.
The pool is tiny and INSIDE the parking garage. There are no pool towels unless you ask the front desk.
Need more room towels? Go get them yourself, housekeeping left.
The beach is 2 blocks away and accessed through a public park.
The room was mostly clean other than some beach sand on the bed.
Hotel bar was decent, but there’s no room service.
Compared to other Sheraton properties and other much less expensive hotels in the Cocoa Beach area, this one was a disappointment.

The staff were incredible...Helpful, polite & professional. The hotel felt relatively safe & clean too. Rooms were nice. You did need to be really carful about your hotel room door as it didn't shut on its own & had to be pulled hard to close (our room & 2 others). Pool area was adequate but did need a bit of love. I would go back - located in an area near a lot!

Overall, it was an okay stay for a one night before heading onto the cruise ship the following day. In my opinion not worth over the 300 range for a night. The lobby and store area were nice and the exterior is very cool. However, going up to the rooms the access doors to the hallways leading to the rooms looked like they had been kicked in, the hallways smelled like heavy smoke and weed. Tried to eat in the bar/restaurant inside the hotel and despite the wait staff seeing my family waiting at the kiosk for more than 15 minutes, no one came to greet or seat our party, and there was maybe 5 patrons total in the bar and restaurant so it wasn’t during a dinner rush or busy.
