I enjoyed my stay, but because of the size it was a little overwhelming, and a lot of walking to navigate the hotel. Suggest maybe a shuttle or something. I would not recommend to an elderly person

Rhe hotel was design was outstabding. The room was comfortable but the shower had lots of mold? The carpet in the hallways had large stains and the furniture has significant wear. The elevators and corridors have deferred maintance and lack of cleaning. The casino was very quite mainly due to lack of payouts. You can hear many people grumbling as they walked the halls. The UPSCALE names on the restaurants where very disappointing and after three meals in the food court and Bio we abandoned the over priced sub par food and service. Well enough said...we will NEVER be back and wish you luck if you decide to go.

Room was spacious and quiet. Only downside is how far parking is from the hotel and the elevators/rooms. Things were a bit expensive but to be expected at a casino.

We booked two rooms two nights. The service was outstanding. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and quiet. We stayed in the Cherokee Tower and it was a10+min walk to the food court and breakfast cafe. Food services were a little slow but we were not in a hurry.
The rooms were very clean. But the beds were not very comfortable with sagging mattresses and scratchy sheets.
I wished they provided complementary bottles of water.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Well we reserved a mountain view room, but the view out our window was a retaining wall. So there's that. Then, we never had out room cleaned or serviced. We actually had to use the personal valet to get clean towels. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire complex is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great stay, issues with air blowing super cold in our room, front staff helpful, maintenance personnel not so much. Everything else good, would go back.

The hotel rooms are huge and very clean. We dined at Guy Fiere's, had cocktails at Ruth's Chris, and breakfast at Sulu Cafe and all were excellent. My only criticism is that the elevators and elevator lobbies in the hotel parking garage are filthy. Almost like something you would see in a city subway. It creates such a horrible first impression of the property. Additionally, the elevator doors in the hotel towers were smeared. So maybe housekeeping needs a tutorial on elevator cleaning? Other than that, the property was clean, very pretty, and the staff was VERY friendly.

My husband and I have not had a romantic weekend in months. I bought the Charlie Wilson tickets back in July and in September I decided to book a room at Cherokee Casino hotel. We enjoyed the food, concert, and casino. This trip came at a great time because my mother passed away and was buried on October 12th.
Have definitely been sharing my awesome experience with others.

Room had many issues, shower glass was hanging to one side and door wouldn’t close or open without lifting it, toliet paper holder fell off the wall when we went to use it, the vents above the toliet and sink in bathroom were so clogged up the air wouldn’t circulate, the cooler not refrigerator hardly even put out any cool air. The staff was very friendly and restaurant food quality was very good, expensive and but expected in a hotel. We did go to buy a soda from the machine until we saw it was $4.00 for a Coke. I’m sure staffing is an issue but you should take that into consideration when charging what you do.

We stayed across the street the night before and were so disappointed that we canceled our next night there and moved across the street to Harrah’s. The last minute booking saved me a few bucks and the room was amazing. We will stay here next time we travel to Cherokee!

The room was great. Check-in was a challenge: We had followed signs for the hotel and parked in the attached garage. At reception we learned that our room was in a different building with a different garage. So, we had to drag all our luggage back to the car and go to another hotel tower. For both towers the garage is quite a walk from the garage. Some clearer upfront communication would help. Returning to our room in the evening of our second day, we found that it had not been cleaned. Surprising for a hotel that tries to project an upscale image.

Anniversary trip. It was amazing however a little cleanliness issues of the rugs, and we encountered 2 staff that was not friendly. But all the other staff was sooooo nice and helpful. Comfy bed. Would definitely return.

The dining options outside of the marketplace are QUITE expensive. Restaurants off campus are charming and less expensive. BUT, for $500/nt I would expect that more than 2 of 6 elevators would be working! Very inconvenient! Property is very expansive and not very walkable, and it's troublesome to arrange "shuttle" service (which really doesn't exist but the staff tries to be accommodating). Overall, unless you really love to gamble, not worth the money.
