The Yellow House is a great B&B. The staff goes out of their way to make sure they accommodate guests’ needs and preferences and that made for a very relaxing long weekend.

The entire stay was wonderful. The Inn Keepers were very friendly and always ready to help. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. But the brst part of staying at the Inn are the views. Unbelievable!!

The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here.

We loved staying in the Patriot room at the Yellow House. The fireplace in the room and the deco was very warm and inviting. The fridge was stocked and the glass of wine was a great added touch. Our host, Chad, was super accommodating and prepared a delicious breakfast! We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. We would return again.

Tucked away on a small hill, the old house retain its 19th century charm, complemented by contemporary hospitality and features. The staff was exceptionally nice, as were the other visitors. The room was generously sized, the breakfast good and the location ideal. I almost stayed another day just to linger longer.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Yellow House. We were greeted immediately, and our bags were carried to the room in the main house. We were given a brief tour of the house and the outside facilities. We were also offered a glass of wine and had a nice plate of peanut butter cookies in the room. Couldn't ask for better service!!! After we settled down and had dinner we walked their beautiful grounds, sat at the pond enjoying the geese and birds and tried to find as many gnomes as we could. What a treat. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated us earlier than scheduled as we had to leave a bit earlier than planned. This B&B was fantastic, and we look forward to a return trip this sometime this fall.

Beautiful property with a very friendly staff! The house was clean and welcoming ! The shower experience, however, was lacking in the Carolina room, and the TV was very small and almost unusable because of it’s size.

Chad is a wonderful host. We where greeted immediately when we arrived given a tour of the place and then left to relax in a very tastefully decorated room. Looking forward to a great breakfast. They accommodated for a vegan diet too. Really fantastic B&B.

This B&B is in a beautiful setting, grounds have several different areas both outside and inside where you can sit, relax, take in the beauty. The rooms look exactly like the pictures! We stayed in the Carolina room but were able to look inside a few others that weren't occupied...all were equally beautiful. The home is full of antiques but nothing looks old or dated. I'm OCD about cleaning and I never felt that anything could be more clean or sanitary. The breakfast is to DIE for! Chad, the Innkeeper, cooks a breakfast to match any dietary restrictions and the food is 4 star quality! We had so much food for breakfast that we didn't care for dinner on two of our nights! There were freshly baked cookies in our room each afternoon, a very nice touch. I can't say enough about how wonderful Chad was, anything we could ask or need I'm certain he would have helped with. True pampering and relaxation!!

What a beautiful historic home converted to a B&B. The customer service could not have been better. From the email preceding our visit asking about our food and beverage preferences to the wine and cookies awaiting us upon arrival. A working fireplace in our bedroom, deluxe bathrobes, and a wonderful breakfast served in our suite made our stay indulgent and romantic. Perfect for our anniversary weekend.

Beautiful old house situated in a quite wooded area. Co-owner Chad and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great as were the freshly baked treats delivered daily. Close enough to excellent restaurants, but secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quite. Nicely done!!

Beautiful historic home with all the original character. Chad met us upon arrival to show us around, super nice and friendly. Our room was ready with complimentary wine and home made lemon bars. Breakfast was awesome. Grounds are beautiful. We will make this a regular stop at the yellow house!

Everything about this B&B is beautiful. The rooms, the grounds, the food - everything was top notch! The service was awesome. They reach out to you before your stay to ask what kind of snacks/drinks they can provide. The breakfast was phenominal! First morning was blueberry/cream cheese stuffed French toast, eggs, sausage, and fruit. Next day was a croque (so yummy), yogurt parfait, and a peach cobbler muffin with cardamon cream. Because of COVID, we enjoyed both breakfasts on our private veranda. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable and even offered suggestions of where to hike and eat. You can even place an order for the super soft sheets, which I did. :) I will definitely be back!

It was a good stay. I think it would have been better if we had not gone right after they were allowed to open back up from being closed due to COVID-19.

Cute and cozy place in the hills of Waynesville, The Yellow House is an ideal location to explore the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah National Forest. Dont pass up downtown Waynesville either, which is just 10 minutes from the hotel. The main house of the hotel itself is charming and inviting. The rooms might appear a bit dated to some, but it aligns with the overall vibe of the place. We stayed in the Cottage room at the Pond House. We slept very well, enjoyed the jetted tub and fire place, though the television is a bit small. We could have used some bubble bath for the tub, but this was made up for by the terrific breakfast and breakfast service, as well as the chocolates and cheese available daily. 4.5/5 stars overall :)

Beautiful property. The hospitality was beyond any expectations. I've never felt so welcome!
The room was gorgeous and comfortable. A double sided fireplace between the bedroom and the deep soaking tub. Level entry shower. The room was wheelchair accessible, but was not clinical. Very comfortable!
Plus, great breakfast! In the lovely dining room with antiques.
