Poor cabin condition, suffocating without any air exchange conditioning after you close your curtain. I had to leave half way of my stay and found another place to stay

Property was too hot. All pods need cooling. Fourth floor needs to be better cooled due to sauna heat.

Match the price in Tokyo and clean place to rest. Air was a bit warm early in the evening. After midnight, it felt better.

This is a cheap capsule hotel. You do get good amenities, but simple. Lomited bag storage, but nice public bath. Good if you're in the city for a couple days or your are traveling light.

Hassle much. Dirty.

The location is very very good. It’s 5 mins away from JR station, it only takes 10 mins to go to akihabara. If you are a ramen lover, there are few high rated ramen around. You can have everything within a 5-min walk, Donki, arcade, bars, restaurants, etc.
The sauna here is really good too. The sauna-onsen room is small, but well-equipped. A hot onsen, a hot sauna, and a cold bath, that’s what you need to enjoy a standard onsen sauna experience. Also, for every 20 mins, there is a sauna jet stream service which I have never tried before. That’s INSANE. You can get a bottle of milk and get back to your room and have a good sleep. The 2nd floor common room is really nice and clean too. Except for poor sound-proofing for your bed, it’s a very good place to stay for a few days with a reasonable price.

very noisy that it is right next to a tram station, and the elderly cleaning worker is so unfriendly and aggressive.

The staff is great and the area has a lot of convenience. The floor I stayed the night is a bid outdated but it was an experience.

All in all it was pretty good; but not the fanciest/most modern capsule hotel I’ve stayed in.

The whole experience from the kindness and consideration of the staff to the facilities and accomodations were fantastic for the pruce and I would happily stay here again!

I like the public bath. It's a good start to any Japanese hotel experience. The "superior room" mattress was much better than the twin size, but still not ideal, although that is probably expected at this price point. There was a mix up in my reservation and I stayed one night in each. It took awhile to sort out, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location

The only downside is the smoking area which the smokes follows the person and bring it inside the whole room. My accommodation is strictly non smoking area
The massage chair, too bad placed right by the door of the smoking area..

Location was good, right next to Ueno station. Shared bathroom and toilets were always clean. Large communal area for lounging or eating. Beds very comfortable. Complimentary supply of ear buds, toothbrush and disposable razors.
