We had to pay 50.00 a cash deposit for this, also went down for breakfast inly to be told they werent doung breakfast, which was part of the deal and ine of the reasons we booked the place, also a sea view which was looking in to a lane, so we checked out, the room also stunk of cigarette smoke so that was not good.

Not worth it for a family. Price of the place i wasnt expecting anything great but it was shocking! Felt like the whole place was subsiding, floorboards uneven, in desperate need of a fresh lick of paint or 5, no stair rails, lights hanging out, stains on floor. Water came through to our shower when upstairs had one, couldn't use the tv as no remote and no way of turning it on, i can honestly say the only thing it ws missing were mice and bugs. There is a £50 CASH deposit, which was fine but not mentioned on booking form, and a £5 per night parking charge for free parking on the booking form!! The entertainment seemed good but got VERY thin walls. From what we heard on leaving, we had it easy, as other people didnt have hot water for 3 days, given up and was going home. Its definitely not suitable if you have a disability either, no lifts, very narrow stairs...The guy seemed rushed off his feet trying to do everything, the bedding was clean but the mattresses, duvets and pillows underneath were disgusting. Not a place for a family wanting to sleep.

The hotel could best be described as a low budget doss house, filthy, unpleasant and bears no accurate resemblance to the web site photos. Leaking shower, disgusting carpet, no wardrobe and a dirty stained mattress with broken springs.
Although seriously understaffed, the two that I had dealings with were helpfull and courteous, sadly they had little to work with.

It was fine needed early check.in as partner was unwell they did let us but they charged £15 per hour early check in fee which was very expensive as hotel for the night was only £32 per night and ealry check in was £45 i would never off payed that if partner was well ........room itself was ok for the £32 but cuz of early check in i wouldnt stay there again early check in fee should be same as everywhere eles at £10 extra that would be more acceptable

Lovely little hotel seemed short staffed the entertainment was just kareoke both nights we were there. Beautiful view from our room clean beds, however the double mattress was weird it was like a single with a smaller less dense piece of foam attached to it making it feel like you're falling out of bed didn't sleep well due to this. The room was clean and the single beds were perfect for our needs we didn't get the bunk bed we booked but it was better being 3 single beds anyhow. We enjoyed our stay regardless of the bed situation. House keeping came in washed cups and replenished tea coffee sugar and milk.Thank you.

Staff very friendly and welcoming

Started with being charged £15 per night per dog. We have 2 tiny dogs. The dogs cost more to sleep on the floor than for the two of us to stay. Followed by people kicking off between 3am and 5am. Shouting, banging doors

This is our second stay at this hotel.... can't fault the staff in anyway... unfortunately on this occasion it was the other guests that were a problem...on our first night, the room next door very noisy until 2 in the morning...

I wasn’t expecting the ritz, but this was disgusting. I was charged an extra £20 for the dog, the room was already covered in hair, the sheets didn’t look like they had been changed, the floor is so uneven it feels like your on a boat. worst “hotel” room I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs !!!

I would never recommend anyone stay in this hotel, it was vile, The manager abusive, the rooms disgusting. i have sent pictures direct to hotels .com with my formal complaint

The hotel was absolutely vile so much so we didn’t stay and opted to drive the three and a half hour journey back home. I paid £120 room only plus £5 parking which was around back of the hotel if you can call it a car park. My car was crammed in and blocked in and I’ll be very surprised if it isn’t scratched. The hotel stunk of death and clearly hadn’t seen a bottle of bleach in a long time. The room had holes in the walls and holes in the floor, a lot of which was in the bathroom area! The kids bunk beds were rocking all over and very unstable. So yeah, we drove home in a storm so we didn’t have to stay a minute longer!!

It was awful. We moved room on our check in 3 times before getting a room that was semi decent. And then they charged us extra for this, another £108 pounds, the cheek of it. The place was an accident waiting to happen. Twice I had to push the carpet in on the stairs to prevent someone catching their heels on it and falling. The staff were nonexistent. The have taken £50 from my credit card after we left saying we were smoking in the room. I can assure you no one was smoking in the room. They will not answer the phone or emails that I have sent about this matter with the credit card. I have now sent them a letter for the theft from my credit card of £50. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Floors, walls, doors, furnishings, stairs, all beyond tired. No heating in our 2 rooms. No plug in sink. Window seals not working, cold air freezing already cold rooms. Pay for everything as extra, tv remote, breakfast, parking!
Absolutely SHOCKING!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Prices same as 5 Star, but quality like worst student accommodation you have ever seen.

Hotel was dirty room was never cleaned when there for the 4 days had to ask Multiple times for towels as one towel each for 4 days is not good enough for 3 people the hotel might be dirty but we aren’t the shower was broken and smelled of sewage overall was a bad experience at this hotel and would like a refund

For the price of £200 l expected a much better standard of accommodation. The hotel is very shabby and the room felt damp no heating would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good point was the staff on reception duty .
2.8
Receptionist pleasant but demanded a credit card number. I asked what for as it's not like there was a mini bar or anything in the room, and she said to cover vandalism. I gave one not knowing where i stood. I then thought I better check my room's condition. So no plug in the sink, no shower tray trap, shaver light cover off and no lamp, no remote control for tv. When I reported these to reception I was told it was £5 deposit for the remote.

Tired old hotel ,which needs renovating .when I booked through expedia I expected more .blinds in our room were broken ,almost imposible to use shower as room was so cramped ,toilet was difficult to flush everything needed renovating ,but linen and towels were new, for over £100 for one night with our Grandchildren ,dissapointing .Bar was awful there was no beer on draught. If any one reads this go to a travel lodge if you venture to Blackpool.
