When you get to the Equator you will be greeted by cockroaches at some point. Sadly there was a small one on one of the beds. Otherwise, the place was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. For the price, I was happy.

Not bad. A reasonable price for a reasonable room. A/C didn't work well, neither did Wi-Fi, but the location is as close to the airport as one can get and the price was solid.

Very close to the airport. Helpful staff. Everything went smoothly at a late night check in after a long day travelling.

The terrible thing about this hotel is that it had ticks on the bed

I have stayed at this hotel many times. When I fly into Guayaquil from the United States I generally have to spend the night. The next day I take the bus to my home in Manta. This hotel is close to the airport. It sets back off the man road, so not too much noise. It is a very basic hotel but it has always been clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs an economical overnight place to stay.

It was a spider on my bed and the shower a little bit dirty

Checkin and there is no toilet paper in the room. The room was a little cell. Windows so small and so high up that you couldn’t see out of them. The bath was dated. Booked a twin room with a sofa bed, and got two twin beds, . There was no water available in the room, and the staff did not provide any information on where I could obtain any. The neighbourhood is very industrial.

Everything was good. Location and staff were great. They even had a taxi to the airport at 4:45am. I would stay here again for sure.

The rooms are smaller but clean, modern, and the staff is super nice.

They gave me a standard room instead of the executive suit I have booked. Because I have arrived late and left in the morning to catch another flight I didn’t even bother to speak or argue with them. The breakfast was also very basic and not filling at all. Not worth the money they charge...There are so many other places which are much cheaper and better than this hotel, the only pro is the location; if you just need a place to crash between your flights...

We stayed here one night to be near the airport for a flight the next day. The airport "shuttle" is not free, it is a taxi service, cost $4. The room smelled musty and the smell wouldn't go away. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was included in the price of the room and edible. While we stayed there they were doing construction on the 3rd floor outdoor area and kept hammering on the wall outside of our room during the day, if they planned on doing that they shouldn't have put anyone in that room. If we weren't checking out that day I would have requested a room change. Overall okay experience, but would not stay here for more than one night.

This hotel is fantastic if you want something CLOSE to the airport. Less than 5 minute cab ride to the airport. Cab costs $4 - $5 on way. There seems to always be a cab driver in the hotel, so no waiting around to have one show up. Basic hotel, private bathroom, hot water, clean bed and a fridge in the room. Breakfast in the morning consists of one egg, toast with cheese (like North American grilled cheese), coffee, juice and a sweet pastry. Great start to the day....included!! We stayed on our arrival to Guayaquil, didnt book it for our return home until we stayed there to see what it was like. Once we stayed the night, we booked for our stay over on our way home too.

I reserved this room through Expedia. At the hotel in Guayaquil; I did not stay in the room I have reserved. Because I was told that they did not have the room. They also said, that 'I looked like I did not need that room anyway'. They also charge $1.00 for 'local taxes'; nothing should be charged out of pocket.

they told me that the breakfast was not included so that make me feel kind of frustated, because of the lie in the publicity

I'm not extremely fussy and when it comes to short, overnight stays, I'll take cost over anything else. This hotel is close to the airport and inexpensive. The room was basic, but fine. The bed was comfortable. I'm staying there again in a few weeks on my way home.

Had to stay because a 12 hours flight connection, so looked for a hotel close to the airport.
It is close to the airport is the only thing good to say about it.
It is nothing like the pictures in Expedia.
Supposed to have a shuttle bus, but they don't. You have to call in advance and they will send a taxi, which they will charge you. They tried to charge me $10 when it says 7.50 in Expedia and in cash, no credit card for the shuttle.

I paid for a suite room, and they without my authorization change my suite for a simple room, when I tell the staff about the problem, they say "yes I know but I don't have the suite" and never they apologize for the change, to get my room I return to the hotel in 1 hour, but they didn't give me my suite and gave me a room with 3 beds, I payed for a suite and not for a room with 3 beds.

I stayed there only for a one night. I arrived late which was no problem. I was given a triple bed room (as planned) on the base plant. Unfortunately the wifi network was not working well despite the router was restarted. I connected my phone to the 1st floor network with a poor signal.
As I needed to leave the hotel by 7am, i liked the breakfast was available early.
