The building is fairly new and the room was immaculate. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was great quality at a good price.

Had a great experience. The staff were super helpful to my family and I. There was a larger sister property about two buildings down, that has the hotel, bar, and pool. Room's a bit small but great, strangely didn't have any wash cloths. The hotel is off the main area, so a bit quiet, but easy to walk to the front beach and good access to restaurants.

Not as advertised. We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom loft, to advertised to accommodate 3 people, with one queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to one bed and one sofa that was neither a bed nor double size. Just a standard two seater sofa which we had to take it in turns sleeping on for 4 nights! Not great, uncomfortable and not what we paid for!

10th visit to Boracay and this was my easiest check in and departure out of all of the hotels I’ve stayed in this island. Perfect for solo travellers or those who just want to sleep without paying for luxury. I stayed at their sister property next door in 2022 and was also happy. Very friendly staff and location is super convenient. 5 mins walk from D Mall and 7 mins walk to the main beach. Coffee shop and ATM next door. Situated in a quiet but safe neighbourhood. Lots of E-Trikes and Bike drivers nearby for transportation. Morning of departure Front Desk organised an easy airport transfer. Thank you Ferra Team, I will be back.

The staff didn’t change our sheets so we slept with sand for two or three days. We also recently bed bug bites from the room. Each morning waking up to new ones. Shower had smell and bugs. I requested the room be sprayed, it didn’t seem like it was followed up on. Room had menu for pizza but they discontinued the service.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and well appointed rooms. Had to go to the Hotel next door to swim in the pool but the pool and its location were great. Was not happy with my initial room which had stairs to a loft bed but was moved on request.

The property is centrally located and is walking distance to the white and back beach. While the rooms resemble the pictures on expedia, the quality of the bedding (pillows and duvet) is not of good quality. The wool inside both is broken and caused a lot of inconvenience during sleep. I even requested a different duvet for the second night but not sure if they understood my request. Moreover, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell.

Our stay in Boracay was amazing! The Ferra Hotel made us feel absolutely like a true guest. The staff were all very kind and attentive to our personal needs. The hotel in general is very good, but I can't recommend it because of a bad experience. On date of arrival we were joined by family members for an overnight stay. They ( a 64 years old & a 15 years old) were charged a fee for a ripped bed cover. No evidence shown but a picture on the phone. It was a scam! When disputed they quickly waived the fee and apologised. The remaining 2 nights of our stay became uncomfortable. We were thinking what potential damage or faults will they charge on our check out day? The hotel offered a written apology before we checked out- no hiccup since then but it left a bad taste in the mouth.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I like the welcome drink,; very refreshing. Room and towels were clean which is important for me. There's a refrigerator and microwave oven inside the room. Breakfast is also good. Their hotel rate is truly value for money.

Pros: Excellent customer service.Was welcome with a welcome drink. Cons: Transport to the hotel could have been better. Cockroach was found in the room. Overall its still a budget hotel ,value for money n a good experience.

Only spent a few days here but the experience was pleasant and the staff was highly accommodating, particularly for my request to change a room due to noise from the kitchen on the first level. Breakfast buffet was great too, awesome pancakes and fine coffee.

Can't fault this hotel - The staff were exceptional, especially when one of us was unwell and they helped us to extend our stay and make us more comfortable. The hotel looks brand new, beautiful and clean, would definitely recommend.

The boutique hotel has the nicest staff imaginable. A 5 min walk to D-Mall and beach. Quiet at night. Rooftop restaurant/lounge "Ruf" is very nice.
