Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber. Wenn man genau hingeschaut hat, ist das Zimmer ziemlich heruntergekommen Punkt Schimmel im Bad kaputter Schrank, kaputter Tisch, die Wandfarbe löst sich von den Wänden. Die Stecker der Lampen sind technisch nicht in Ordnung.

Located close to Brussels-Midi, so perfect when you arrive late with a train from Paris or Amsterdam. Everything is very spacious and very functional. There is nothing cozy or warm in the hotel and my room. The floors feel like plastic, cold, and that gives it a very unwelcoming feeling. The Wifi works fine, and when it did not, it was solved very quickly.

Convenient location from Eurostar station. However team was quite unfriendly. WiFi is not working. Bathroom was not clean. No black out curtains or anything in the bedroom.

Good location, a short walk to Zuid train station. One can also walk to Grand Place and other attractions from the hotel if reasonably fit. Within about 25 minutes. Also pubs and a nice restaurant next to train station and shops inside station.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms do not reflect the pictures that are online. The staff listened to my complaints but took no action to rectify the issues. Only one light in my room worked, there was hair on the restroom sink that did not belong to me that was not cleaned throughout the entire duration of my stay. The bed was not made each day. I asked for the sheets to be changed and my request was ignored. The floor was not cleaned a single time and the trash was not changed daily. The wall had several chips of paint missing and the WiFi connection was extremely poor.

The hotel was in a really bad condition - rooms were unclean, not properly painted, floorboards broken and some lights not working. Location was close to Eurostar, but not comfortable to walk through during late hours. Other guests were loud and overall we felt really uncomfortable and kind of unsafe here. Therefore, we left 30 minutes after arrival, searching for a new hotel to stay at midnight. Not a great experience.

A hotel that had black mold in the bathroom. It was hot in the room. The neighbourhood was quite loud. The breakfast was not worth 10 €. We will never go here again!

Problems with reservation. They tried to charge us twice and they said that it was our problem and that we should contact expedia to fix it. To be honest, we should do it. Actually, they charged twice to my colleague, and I refused to present my credit card as I already paid. Not very pleasant to see that expedia charged 40 euros more than the amount we paid for the room :) Scary bathroom and room. Burnt marks of people in the sofa. Tobacco smell in the room. Noisy, not quite clean and the worst part. Area was not good to go out at night. Might be dangerous. Not recommended at all.

Hotel location is good as is quite close to Midi train station, although to go to the city center is a bit far. Hotel was very clean and we did not miss anything in our room. Negative aspect: The guy at the reception was a bit rude. Overall, it was good.

Photo of the room did not match with the room I received. The building looks dark and old. Perhaps paint with lighter colours, add mirrors, light coloured carpets and bright lights can give this hotel a new look. No tv in the room.

The staff were wonderful friendly and helpful. I even got a googy bag for breakfast because i left very early to catch a flight. I can only highly recommend the Les Fleures.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning to leave our luggage however it was too early to check in. The receptionist was very nice and spoke several languages. Our surprise was that when we checked in in the evening and went up to the room we noticed that the bathroom was flooded. I went downstairs to ask for a solution. The guy with very broken English couldn't give me a solution or a quick fix until the technician could come the next day. I had to tell him to give me a mop or towels so we could dry the floor ourselves. In the morning we reminded the other receptionist about the problem but we got back to the room the bathroom was flooded again. That night there was another receptionist, which I had to manage to speak with him in French, despite my French is not good enough for that purpose. And again, using towels to dry it out. But the day after didn't get better because no one came to even collect the wet towels... also, mentioning that no one is watching the place where we left our luggage before checking in or after checking out.

The property was ok, some of the staff were friendly and helpful. People staying at the hotel were knocking out doors almost every single night, felt like there’s no privacy in that hotel. Overall was ok, the room was fine. The cleaner entered the room despite the fact I said one second,

Room was clean, very dated furniture and bathroom. The WC tap was broken, the shower doors were broken. The bed was ok. Big problem was that at 7.30am on a Sunday morning they decided to call in the plumber for the room next door to ours and they wake us up after making noise for more than an hour. I had to go back to reception (as the phone from the room didn't work with number 0 or 9, and there was no information of the right number to call reception) and ask the receptionist to make them stop. She did not even apologized! Terrible service. I am not going back again.

This hotel was clean, the room was spacious with good clothes storage. The phone didnt work and the room definitely needs work doing. The toilet lid fell off and the table lamp wobbled badly. The staff were neither welcoming or friendly. Very close to Midi Station.

Booked a room I when I arrived at hotel - I got the message that I Booked on a hostel for women. Booked more that 100 night using this app and hotel.com. Already payed 100 euro and now they want 170 euro extra from me. Could only accept as the area was totally full. This totally unfair and against all policies...

Not much to like about this place. Itchy sheets. Ambulance noise throughout the night. Whenever a neighboring room used the toilet, it gets REALLY loud in the room. Also, could hear the next door neighbors intimate time. The only redeeming qualities are that it is near Brussels Zuid Station and very close to the shuttle bus to Charleroi Airport.

Very disappointed. Room was extremely noisy and walls paper thin. Came back to the room after being out all day and the TV was turned on with a handkerchief on the floor as if somebody had been sitting in there watching TV all afternoon. In the middle of the night woke up to beeping and the phone was off the hook. Very weird.

Wifi stopped working and when we asked reception to fix it she said we had to wait for her colleague as she didnt know what to do. They never bothered fixing it as it was still down the next morning when we checked out. The room was a good size and on the same street as where the coach buses drop you from other cities so very convenient. There were no block out curtains so it was extremely bright early in the morning and the pillows felt like cement so we both woke up with very sore necks.
