Everything was great. Nice location, very clean. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Dublin.

Checkin staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. Beds were uncomfortable. Worst of all was the loud dance music that blasted for hours. When we called in the morning, staff seem to deny the problem.

Terrible experience, waited for more than 30 minutes to check in. Room view was a construction site and woke up 6:30 am by machine started to hamming, after a long flight! Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. All over was terrible.

The corridor leading to the room was a bit like a dungeon. Wifi did not reach my room in the lower floors. Lots of partying outside and noise until early hours in the morning. Less than ideal for an early start.

Lovely hotel but the room didn’t have AC and was noisy to have the window open.

Super lovely staff and great area. Within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and nice city spots. Super clean and beautiful.

Immaculately clean room with a very comfortable bed. The whole staff was helpful and friendly! I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of delicious items, which I enjoyed on the sweet little patio adjacent to the restaurant. The hotel is in a lovely, quieter part of the city, but is still centrally located and within easy walking distance to popular tourism sites such as Trinity College. And the price made this hotel a great value in every way. Highly recommend -- would choose this hotel again.

Excellent customer service. Will definitely try to stay here next time we're in Ireland.

I rented one of their city pods. Highly suggest avoiding such an option. Despite specifically making sure on Expedia it was air-conditioned, it was not. I had to leave the window open for a comfortable temp. However, that brought in the constant smell if cigarettes and weed all through the night. Next, the bed is like sleeping on plywood - very hard and uncomfortable. Finally there is no shower door. You can close off the whole bathroom area, but nothing keeps the entire bathroom from flooding. Add AC, an actual mattress, and an enclosed shower and it would be quite nice. As is, I’d strongly suggest avoiding. You can do much better.

Great location! They let me check in at 10:30am after a red eye and it was so lovely to have a nap before exploring Dublin. Stayed in a city pod room, would be tight for two people but perfect for me. No A/C but was a fan in the room. I had CP7 which was the last in the hall and at the quieter end.

Great hotel and restaurant. The noise from nightclub across the street was a bit loud, but not terrible

Extremely disappointed the hotel did not refund our stay when we could not get there due to airline industrial action. Completely out of our hands.

Construction on a nearby building made it noisy from morning until late afternoon. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. We arrived early in the am and where given our room right away.

The staff were amazing. They were all really helpful and friendly.
All of the areas of the hotel were beautifully and tastefully decorated with the exception of the dining room. We felt the walls of plastic flowers and fairy lights were bizarre. It was not an area that one wanted to linger in.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel is really clean. I stayed in a city pod (lower ground) and the room was incredibly hot. They did provide a fan which made it semi tolerable, but both nights of sleep were pretty uncomfortable. The outlets were very strange in that you could only use one plug at a time. If you tried to use both, the entire outlet would stop working. Management was quick to fix this problem though. Upon booking this hotel I used a filter to get air conditioned hotels only, but apparently was placed in a room without that. The staff friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel made up for this, however next time I know to not stay in the city pod.

You can get the breakfast at a discount if you buy it the same day check in and it was really good. The staff is very nice.

Amazing location next to the Iveagh Garden…does get a little loud at night due to the clubs but a great place

We were very excited to stay at this property as it was our first time in Dublin. The staff checking us in were very friendly and answered what questions we had.
Our room however could never regulate temperature and it made for a sweltering night of sleep. Along with that, the hair dryer was broken and it was a struggle to locate another one. Upon checking out, these two concerns were shared with the staff and there was nothing done to compensate us for a night sweating.
The facilities were lovely and always clean and smelling nice, which I appreciated. The location was great and we had access to many of Dublin's top things to do.
Aside from the concern for my concerns, this hotel is worth staying at.

Great place and location to stay.
Faucet at sink is too close to corner of sink leaving almost no room to place hand under it.

Lovely property with great bar and restaurant within walking distance from great culture, shopping, bars and restaurants. Staff were beyond courteous to us- we were a family of 5 with 12 bags and Alan called and got us a taxi to fit all and helped bring the bags across the street with us. Could not have been kinder! Stay there if you can❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here! Staff was incredible and attentive to any needs that came up. Restaurant and bar, Elle’s Bar & Bistro, is solid. Highly recommend the afternoon tea! Rooms were immaculate and modern.

We booked to stay for 5 nights and we were given an extremely nice room at the back of the hotel with a view over the park. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. When you are staying a few nights it's really nice to have a pleasant room. The service was outstanding and the food in the restaurant was excellent (note that the serving sizes are large so don't over-order). The breakfast was good and we appreciated that it was available on an as-needed basis (you can book the previous night for a discount). We couldn't understand the heating system in the room but there was a simple heater provided as an alternative. So many excellent and thoughtful touches made our stay pleasant including the restaurant staff making a birthday extra special.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The room was spacious however we were disappointed it didn’t have a fridge of some kind. The one thing that really threw me off was that the carpet in the room was extremely dirty and marked up, it made the whole room feel less clean.
Otherwise great location, staff and service.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and room in a good location. Good service, nice decor, good overall vibe. I did have some noise from a nightclub on a Saturday night because we were staying on the street side, but on Sunday night it was better
