Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom is quite small but everything else is good. Decent breakfast. Staff is polite and professional. They allow you to store your luggage and wait in the lounge area if you have a late night bus to catch. Overall a good budget hotel choice in Puno.

The staff were very helpful with booking tours and transportation! The rooms were clean and nice, and it was a fine place for a hot shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was small but was still nice to have to start off the day, and the hours were good for early morning departures.

Nice hotel, we really liked, it has everything, good location, good price, it is clean and confortable, nice people, and good food in the morning buffet, I am from Mexico and my wife from Poland, 5 stars for this hotel, if.you go to the juliaca airport call Roosy tours, it cost 20 soles but very good service to Juliaca airport

The hotel is great value: Close to center of town, hot water for tea/coffee on every floor, free and solid breakfast buffet, helpful front desk in booking tours, incredible check-in time (9:30am and sometime earlier if the room is available from other reviewers), elevators, luggage storage. The 180 degree view from the 6th floor room is incredible. The first night we got there, one of the beds wasn't made up. The front desk cleaned up. Because of the view, we decided to come back after an overnight stay in Lake Titicaca, I am glad because the room is impeccable.

The hotel was a great base for a few days in Puno! It was very centrally located and easy to walk to the central plaza. The room was spacious and served all our needs for our trip. The breakfast was also nice and included bread, jam, fresh fruit, coffee, and a wide variety of teas. The real winner, however, was the customer service! We happened to have a ton of questions about the area and a few hotel requests, and the front desk thoughtfully and kindly took care of everything. They were also very helpful with booking our tour of Lake Titicaca. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

Hotel was what we needed for our 2 night stay.
We did arrive around 12am and rang the doorbell and they let us in. Rooms where basic but clean. Breakfast was good.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. It was close to the downtown. Easy to walk to restaurants. Close to the Plaza. It had FANTASTIC staff ! So helpful. It was clean and the bedding was crisp and clean and the beds comfortable. We used the baggage storage surface when we went to the island for two days. Definiately the best option for us. It is a small hotel that does the trick. Breakfast buffet was basic but typical fare. Happy with everything here.

Very good hotel for the economical price and good breakfast included. Rooms are more tired than the photos show, but it is priced accordingly. Kind and helpful staff, who allowed us a late checkout. Great location.

This hotel was used briefly for a shower and nap after a uros island tour. The hotel was wonderful! The woman at the desk was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us also. The room was clean and the shower was hot. They had coca tea and coffee available as well! I highly recommend this hotel!

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, thank you. Unfortunstely our room was right opposite the lift and very noisy with a room of screeming kids next door.

The elevator was broken. There was a foul odor in the bathroom. There was not enough water pressure to shower. The room was drafty and it was colder in the hotel than it was outside.
Thebreakfeast offered a good selection of food. The staff was helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The tea and coffee available in the small lounges on each floor was also much appreciated. We booked and took two tours through the hotel. They were reasonably priced and well worth it.

This hotel is very well located, the staff has been very helpful. The only problem we found out is that the room are tiny, you go there to spleep that's it. Our recommend this hotel to young travellers that has a small budget. But overall this hotel if fine.

The hotel is new and there is an elevator which can help a lot at high altitude. It is just a few minutes walk from the main square and shopping street. The hotel staff is nice and helpful.
