We booked this hotel on the same day of our stay and arrived within an hour of booking, well within the check-in time. Unfortunately, the gate was closed, and there were no staff or representatives present to assist us. Despite emailing the hotel, we only received a response at 1 AM the following day, which is completely unacceptable for a service of this caliber.

A very pretty and friendly property. The room was very comfortable and had a pretty patio out the back door. Erika was so welcoming and friendly. She made the stay very relaxed and the breakfast was delicious. The property is located close the the central town area so it was easy to walk to everything.

Lovely place in a quiet street in walking distance to the Chateau Royale Amboise, the Clos Luce, the farmers market by the river and the train station. Check in time is 5pm but we were able to store our luggage upon early arrival and after checkout. The room is clean and spacious with a private porch. The host was kind and helpful and prepared a lovely breakfast.

Excellent B&B, Erika was fantastic, she gave us recommendations about things to do and restaurants. Amboise is a nice little town to visit!

This property is very simple. Stairs are a bit tricky with heavy suitcases. The staff was absolutely adorable and our breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it for the price and location.

Wonderful host presented fresh baked goods every morning for breakfast. Very comfortable room and bath, smart tv in room. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, laundry, activities.

Erica and Pablito (Erica's dog) are excellent host! Erica's home is beautiful, clean and welcoming. We had the top floor and it was very spacious. *If you don't mind the stairs* There is no AC but Erica provided a portable one even though it is loud (to be expected) we were able to sleep just fine. Breakfast was fantastic! It is more than just your bread and spreads, Erica prepares the coffee and will also make you eggs. There is a full kitchen that guest have access to so you are able to store beverages, food or make food. There is a beautiful outdoor sitting area and parking is fairly easy. We snagged a parking spot right across the street from the property. It is free! Erica can provide recommendations for activities as well as places to dine. Overall a wonderful experience. 10/10!!

Such a lovely place to stay, and a lovely hostess, Erika. Really a B&B, Erika served a great continental breakfast with lots of pastries, breads, cheese, etc., and good coffee. Our room upstairs was very light and airy and had a rooftop patio with lounge chairs. The shower was great and there was even a towel heater, the bed and sheets were excellent. Erika was very helpful with suggestions about restaurants and places to get food or visit. We felt very welcome, very well hosted, and recommend Le Huis Clos 100%

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Huis Clos. Nous somme restés 5 nuits dans la chambre Deluxe. La chambre est très spacieuse et récemment rénovée. La literie est extrêmement confortable (le fameux matelas Emma). La salle de bain est parfaitement optimisée avec une belle et grande douche. Nous aurions peut être aime avoir un petit peu plus de rangements, un porte manteau au mur par exemple.Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus de cette chambre ! Nous en avons beaucoup profité après de longues journées de visites.Malheureusement la météo était mauvaise lors de notre séjour et nous avons été heureux de voir que la chambre est équipée d'une grande Smart TV a laquelle nous avons pu connecter notre compte Netflix :)Erika nous a très bien accueillis et nous a partage des très bonnes adresses de restaurants a Amboise et d’activités aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varie : fruits, viennoiseries et pain frais, œufs, yaourts. Je recommande fortement cette adresse et y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
