Did the job for our short stay but would likely not return

We came for a university week at Uni of Manchester and the location was really convenient. Parking space was a bonus, and the host provided very detailed instructions.

There was a really overwhelming smell of sewage in the flat, particularly in the en-suite bathroom. This seemed to be a problem in the whole building as there was a notice from another tenant regarding complaints about the smell. The flat didn’t feel very clean. The bathrooms need a deep clean and the whole flat could do with a clean. There were also items in cupboards/drawers either from previous guests or the owner that made it seem like we had just stepped into someone’s home (half empty shower gels and shampoos, empty food packets in drawer) No towels provided, however due to the cleanliness of the flat in general I’m not sure I would’ve wanted to use one if provided.

Great location for RNCM! Quiet, clean. Allocated parking. Really friendly and helpful people. Would recommend and will stay there again myself providing that there's availability. Great! Thank you so much.

Everything was great. Nothing to dislike at all. Perhaps the front door key is a bit of a pain but nothing major!

Great value for price couldn't have asked for more

The apartment was fantastic, it was very cosy, easily heated and easily maintained. On arrival the first thing I always check is the fridge and it was spotless as well as the whole apartment. Instructions of where the apartment was were clear the host even provided step by step videos.

No plug actually fitted the bath so my wife couldn't have one however both showers were fully operational and easily used.

Convenient and cheap stay to visit Manchester

The location was good. It was spacious and beds were made up on arrival to occupy the group. There was tea, coffee and sugar in the cupboards - although we took and used our own. I suppose if someone came in they could make use of it. We liked the fact that there were dishwashing items (liquid, dishcloth and sponge). We did use them. The kettle, toaster and microwave were the equipment we used and they were clean. The TV was a smart one so that was good. Plenty of storage for food/clothes. The kids absolutely loved it in the apartment.

The door going onto the balcony was very stiff. Needed some muscles to move that. There was also a strong smell of sewage in both bathrooms. That was quite off putting for me on arrival.

Perfect for our requirements as a group on a night out.

Spacious and enough room to sleep up to 10, plus one free parking space included. Hosts were very friendly and quick at responding. They also allowed us an early check-in and offered us a late checkout when we were chatting and found out we were going to an event at night.

Comfortable stay, brilliant for a group.

Exactly as described and perfect for a big group. Owners were super responsive and helpful, deposit was paid back quickly!
