First time staying and the description was spot on!! We could not have asked for a better place. Clean, nice and cool. Beautiful area!! This would be perfect for any family or couple wanting a getaway. The pool is within walking distance and has an outdoor bar and snack area We spent most of our time just relaxing.

Our family of 5 with teenagers enjoyed the quietness of the resort as well as all the clubhouse amenities - swimming, fitness center, fishing access. Property was just as described / pictured in listing. Was an easy 15-20 drive to Silver Dollar City and 10 minutes to the strip. Nice gas station / small grocery store for essentials less than a mile away. Host responsiveness was outstanding prior to booking as well as after booking and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your place!

Met up with family from Oklahoma for 5 days in Branson….this place was amazing and fit all of us so well. The hosts were easy to deal with. The residence was quiet and relaxing. Cleanliness and comfort was 12/10. Would highly recommend this for anyone’s trip. We hope to stay the same place when we return later this year.

This was our first VRBO booking and we were very pleased. The place was clean and roomy with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities and anything else you may need. We were very close to all attractions and the pool was great as well. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in walking distance to the pool, golf, gym and clubhouse. The decorating in the condo is very nice and I appreciated it! The back deck is oversized and extremely spacious. Great experience and I would strongly recommend staying here.

The place was super clean and had toys for the kids! Plenty of sleeping area for everyone! I full stock kitchen with spices, an instant pot for easy cooking. Along with a wonderful indoor pool for us to enjoy in the cooler weather. Definitely staying there again!

Being our first actual vacation this was an amazing choice of place to stay. The indoor pool and hot tub stay open until 11pm, there were tons of children games available inside the home, very clean and well maintained home. The kitchen had a ton of useful items to make your own meals. We will definitely be back!

My family stayed here for spring break. First of all, the communication from the owners is great before, during and after checking out! The place is in a gated community so you feel safe during your stay. The condo is clean and feels like home with the décor and accommodations. There is a back deck with chairs and a table to enjoy the view. They even have games that our family enjoyed. The condo is a very close to the clubhouse area. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball and basketball courts. We even had a great lunch at the clubhouse restaurant. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. My husband said, he never wants to stay in a hotel again after we left. 🙂

On the day of check-in we ended up needing to contact the owner since we had not received the door security code (as indicated in all of the communications)....after receiving the code we did not have any further issues. My wife commented that the pan she was preparing pasta in was lacking.

This location was beautiful! It is on a golf course that was decorated beautifully, the entertainment gate attendants we so nice and the condo itself was so comfy! It had everything we needed for “meals at home” and was so close to the pool, stream and playground!

Love the location, and the Gated Community it was so much quieter at night than anywhere else we've stayed. We utilize the Pro Shop to rent tennis equipment utilize the tennis courts and the Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs.. there is a great playground toward the back that is right on Taney Como and you can walk down to the water

We had a great stay and had no issues. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The pointe royal property was very nice. The condo is a very short walk to the main clubhouse. We had lots of fun at the pool, playing pickle ball and used the fitness center every day. I would recommend bringing your own an pickle ball gear, the area to rent these closes pretty early. We would definitely stay here again on future trips!

It was a success for us and the family from Sweden. We had such a good time in the property area that we didn’t check emails, or need to go out to have fun, although we did. The location was an easy access for going out. Loved the Godly references ad signs. Sorry we got your instructions for closing after checking email after our stay. Thank you. The only suggestion was the floor left our socks dirty, we remove shoes. Otherwise all was clean!

There was plenty of seating and beds for our party and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals. Nice and quiet. Even had high hair, a few toys and some family games! Loved everything about it and the owners were great to communicate with us! And if you need more room you can always rent out the other side!

The owners thought of everything and then some. By far one of the best places we've stayed. Great views, very comfortable, and plenty of room. We were traveling with 3 teenagers. The condo was also very clean. I would stay there again!

The location of the property was perfect and easy to get to. The view from the back porch was amazing! This was a great property for a family of 5! We especially appreciated the amount of sitting space in the living room. Perfect for all of us to sit and watch a movie at night! We will definitely look into staying here the next time we come to Branson!
