Very dissatisfied!

Location to beach

Our room was very dirty, couch was filthy, big crack down the window, holes in the walls, white table and chairs were dirty. Shower had hair stuck to the wall, refrigerator was very dirty on the outside. Asked for a different room and they said they had none! Bathroom door handle fell off 3 times, they came and supposedly fixed it 2 times. There was black mold on the inside vent for the air conditioners and on the bathroom ceiling. We went and bought cleaning supplies to clean it ourself and were told to just throw a sheet over the filthy couch! I asked for a manager to come look at the room 3 times and no one every showed up

Great place and location

The location was great and we stayed in the tower and the rooms was amazing !

Had to park across street but nothing major!

I probably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again. I may try the tower next time since it is newer

The bed was comfortable

The room looked like they had painted it after a hurricane🌀. Our microwave was rusty and gross on the inside. The fridge barely kept our food cold. The beds didn’t have comforters just sheets. The outdoor bar was under construction so we couldn’t use it. The office didn’t offer much when it come to drinks , snacks..

Beds was comfy and nice location and right on the beach was amazing

Great location with a beautiful view and laid-back vibe!

Price, location, the active improvements being made to the amenities.

The only issue I had was the Wifi was very spotty on devices except a smartphone. This was not convenient when trying to perform small work related tasks. Everything else was awesome!

I literally checked in. Saw the room. Checked out. I refused to stay there.

The property was walking distance to Pier Park.

The property looked good until I opened the door to my room. I was instantly hit with a strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana. The bedding had burn marks on them.

Overall it was a great stay, we will be back.

The location was good right on the beach

It was hard to get a beach wagon out onto the beach due to having to go down stair to get the the sand.

I will never use the Flamingo Motel or Hotel again.

The location was good. We like the pool and the beach for the water was good.

The first room (301) where I was with my Mom and brother, wasn't that clean. The bathroom had alot problems with breaking the floor wood and rust everywhere. There were a lot bugs. The kitchen was very small with very little plates, cups, bowls. The have to buy cups, plates, bowls. The beds were not comfortable at all with you go feel the springs.

Beachfront the rate was reasonable it was clean the staff was very kind and friendly and helpful the property is well maintained the pools are very nice and very clean

The couch in our room looked gross needs steam cleaned

Construction in progress

The hotel is in a good location. Close to a breakfast place and Shuckum's for oysters and Diego's for great burritos. It is also also walking distance for Pier Park.

We were never informed that the veranda area was partially blocked off and the 2nd pool was unavailable. We should have been notified. Also, Some of my family chose the garden area due to having small kids. They should have been notified prior to allowing them book their room.

Thank goodness it was only 1 night

Their website was not truthful with pictures. Construction areas. Sheet rock on walls were peeling off from bottom. Roof several patch areas. A/c was set at 70 but temp in room was never lower than 78.

Wouldn’t stay again. Unfriendly staff and room did not meet expectations.

Great location. Perfect size room.

Paid extra for room that said it had a kitchen and it didn’t. Messaged the facility and didn’t receive a respond. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Had to go to office at 11:00 pm for toilet paper. Across from outdoor elevator, so noisy at night.

we enjoyed the location. we would def come back!

location was fabulous. beach access was great, and the views!

one the mattresses in our room was pretty old and had a def hole from collapse from use. but other than that, we enjoyed the room. could possibly provide a hair dryer, I didn’t pack one as most places provide. also, coffee!

Walking distance to several restaurants

The office worker when checking in was not very nice. She actually must not have done her job correctly when checking in. I received a call at 4am the next morning wanting to know if I was still coming.

Location and Sunshine can't be beat!

Location, kitchen, beds very comfortable.

Tiki bar 🍺 under construction and quite a mess. This kept 2nd pool closed. Parking left a little to be desired. Sporadic maid service, almost had to beg to get room cleaned. Shower stream weak. Overall though we will be back in fall or in March of 2024.
